When Gas Was High Under Bush He Was A Big Oil Man

Gas prices went up under George Bush’s presidency and the left went nuts. They blamed it on Bush and Cheney because, as Nancy Pelosi attributed it, two oil men were in the White House. Yes, Pelosi and the rest of the brain dead liberals (but I repeat myself) blamed the high prices on Bush, Cheney and oil companies gouging consumers. The left initiated a few investigations into this so called gouging only to find out that it never took place.
As an aside, I made the point then and I make it again now, the only one gouging in all this is the government. State and federal government get many multiples of oil company profits in gasoline taxes. We pay them a lot of money and they do nothing to earn it. Martin O’Malley of Maryland is looking to raise gas taxes even higher to fuel (pun intended) his welfare state initiatives and big spending programs.
Bush has been out of office for more than three years but the left continues to blame him for everything. No matter the problem, to the left it is Bush’s fault.
Ironically, the left never gives him credit for anything he put in place that worked out well for them (like getting Bin Laden).
Gas prices are at an all time high for the month of March. The average is near $4.00 a gallon and the price has topped five (and is close to six) dollars in some places in the country.
Now the left, which was quick to blame Bush for the high prices under his tenure, is just as quick to tell us that presidents have little control over the cost of gasoline. It is amazing how quickly their tune changed when a Democrat suffers high prices.
As another aside, the high prices under Bush took place when Democrats controlled Congress.
The price people pay for gas is skyrocketing (something Obama and his regime want) and it is now an anchor around his neck. He keeps claiming that things are getting better and he saved the world from collapse but people on the ground, those whose children can’t jet off to a holiday in Mexico on taxpayer money, can see what things cost and how the cost is impacting their lives.
Obama falsely claims that drilling is up during his watch. The drilling is taking place on private lands as a result of what Bush did. Obama banned drilling in the Gulf, refused a pipeline, and has kept our oil rich lands off limits to oil drilling.
Obama’s policies have hampered our efforts to get more of our oil on the market.
He is doing it to force us into the green energies that he keeps wasting taxpayer money on.
Who will the left blame for the rising gasoline prices? It is not Bush’s fault and the left insists that presidents (at least Democrat presidents) can’t control gas prices so who will the left blame?
The left can set its sights on speculators but it loses credibility when one considers that the left discounted them and continued to blame Bush during his time in office.
Obama and his dim witted Democrats are playing politics at a time when the price of gas is hitting all time highs. They are desperately looking for scapegoats so they can keep Obama in office.
But the reality is that Obama is to blame. His policies have damaged the economy even further and he is rocketing us toward a Socialist state where government controls everything.
He is working us into a frenzy using the Cloward-Piven strategy.
It is time to work hard to dump this man before we end up living like Obama’s brother.

Pelosi Says What The Rest Think

Nancy Pelosi let slip her feelings about unions in the private sector and her slip reveals a person who wants total government control. It reveals a person who wants a government that knows no bounds and a government that completely controls out lives. We already know this about the liberal/progressive/Socialist bunch infesting government at all levels from the courts, to the Capitol to the White House. Now Pelosi has put into words how far she will go for complete government control.
Heritage finds a nice catch in this CNBC interview with Nancy Pelosi last week, as Maria Bartiromo queries Barack Obama’s favorite House Speaker on the role of government in business expansion. Should agencies like the NLRB have the authority to shut down private-sector plants simply for not being unionized? Pelosi barely waits for the question to conclude before blurting out her “yes” Conservative Byte
Pelosi thinks a government agency should be able to shut down a private business for not being unionized. This is the mindset of those who want total government control. If there are no unions we will shut you down until you get one. If you don’t want to purchase healthcare we will force you to under threat of a penalty.
Yes, they encroach even more into our lives each and every day and they do so because we do not stand up to them.
Someone remind Pelosi that she and the government have no control over this and that our Second Amendment provides us a means to fight tyranny no matter how it manifests.
Our Founders would be shooting by now.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you do not fight for your freedom then your own government will take it away.

Obama Supports This Movement

The Occupy crowd around the country is full of filthy people who are disrupting life for those who work and pay taxes to support this country. They have had a number of crimes including rape occur at their camps and there are outbreaks of communicable diseases including sexually transmitted diseases and drug resistant Tuberculosis.
We have already seen pictures of people who have defecated on police cars and we know these “people” are using public places to relieve themselves. Breitbart has posted a video of a protester who squats and defecates on the sidewalk.
This is the movement that Obama and the Democrats support.
Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Michael Moore, Alec Baldwin and a slew of other liberals (many of them wealthy and who have made money off Wall Street or through capitalism) have publicly expressed their support for these people.
The occupy protests have been going on for about two months and police around the country are starting to clear these people out.
Unfortunately, they are about two months too late.

Pelosi Is Out Of Touch With Reality

Obamacare is an anchor around the necks of Americans and it will cost a fortune. Not only will it cost a fortune but not all people will be insured and government officials will be involved in our health. Our care will be based on what some bean counter decides and, contrary to Obama’s claim, we won’t be able to keep our doctors if we like them.
Nancy Pelosi, who once said we had to pass the bill to see what was in it (and we are finding more and more problems), is defending the 1800 or so waivers granted by the Obama administration. Yes, waivers have been granted so that some businesses do not have to participate in Obamacare. The health care solution, the panacea, is so great that companies have requested and been granted waivers from participating. The funny thing is that unions and other groups that pushed for this monstrosity to be rammed down our throats have applied for and received waivers. It is good enough for us but not for them.
Pelosi defended the waivers by claiming that they were granted to very small businesses and that the waivers would have a very small impact on our economy. If Obamacare is so great, why did they need waivers to begin with?
And if it is so great why did all the groups that supported it line up to apply for waivers before the ink was dry on the newly signed law.
And why is Pelosi defending the waivers when she and all her cohorts said it was the fix we needed?
And finally, why did McDonalds get a waiver when it is one of the largest businesses in America?
Surely that company does not qualify as very, very small and certainly it has a large impact on our economy.
This is election year history rewriting. It is time for Pelosi and her ilk to get out and tell you what you should believe because they say so.
Who will you believe, a known liar like Pelosi (and most politicians) or your own “lying” eyes?

Flea Party Or TEA Party

The TEA Party has been around for a few years and in all the events that it has been involved not one person has been arrested. Over 700 Socialist lefties have been arrested in New York since the occupy Wall Street flash mobs broke out. Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and many other Democrats support the law breakers even though these very people have condemned the TEA Party as un-American. To this day people like Nancy Pelosi tell lies and carry myths about the TEA Party (the use of the N word and spitting on members of Congress are LIES that are continued by the left) while ignoring the actual disgusting behavior of these morons in New York and their spinoff flash mob gatherings around the country.
We have news today that some left wing protesters in Washington DC entered the Senate Hart Office Building and caused problems leading to the arrest of some who refused to “cooperate with police.”
When did the TEA Party ever do this?
Funny thing that the Senate Office building, a building that belongs to the people, has police officers who arrest those who fail to conform while the Mayor of New York invites the OWS morons to stay and disrupt private enterprise as long as they want. Funny how the people that Pelosi and Obama support acting like pigs in New York are not welcome in the buildings in DC.
Why is it that the buildings in DC are protected by police who keep people from engaging in the very acts Obama and Pelosi support in New York?
Pelosi stood in solidarity with the people who occupied the government buildings in Wisconsin? Why wouldn’t she encourage that behavior at the Hart building? She and the other leaders should call the police and tell them to leave the protesters alone.
The dirty, smelly, non showering flea bags are supported by the Democrats while the clean and peaceful TEA Party is lied about and called un-American.
America, you have a choice. The Flea Party or the TEA Party.
We already know who the Democrats have chosen…
