US Government Keeps Letting Them In

Loudoun County Virginia has had a recent outbreak of graffiti tags from the dangerous MS 13 gang. MS 13 is a gang that originated in El Salvador and many members migrated to the US. They are here illegally, they conduct illegal activities and they murder Americans.
Evidently the graffiti appeared after three people who are in this country illegally murdered a student (who is also here illegally) from a nearby school. The three illegals have been arrested and will be tried for murder and it would appear as if the gang is not happy with that.
Centeno-Miranda was shot twice on Sept. 4 in Sterling, VA by 20-year-old Henry Dominguez-Vasquez, 18-year-old Juan Aguirre-Zelaya and an unnamed 17-year-old.

These gangs are here because we have open borders where people can walk right in. To make matters worse our government is importing a bunch of these thugs. The huge influx of illegals that recently took place certainly had members of this dangerous gang. No, they were not those innocent little refugee children the government told you they were.

These folks are disease carrying third world pukes who were relocated to a lot of small towns across the nation.
Our government is importing the gangs and it is looking the other way as gang members waltz across our porous borders.
I am saddened that a child was murdered and do not wish that on any family. As for the gang presence the county has itself to blame. It has turned into a liberal county that voted for Barack Obama twice and the state, no doubt with the help of Loudoun, helped elect a liberal governor. Liberals believe in open borders. They believe we should let just anyone walk on in and if they get here they should be cared for.
Liberals offer the illegals, which includes gang bangers, a place to stay (and taxpayer money in the form of welfare) so they only have themselves to blame for the mess.
Perhaps instead of getting upset about graffiti from a dangerous gang they should get on board with the plan to close our borders and get rid of those here illegally.
Including those who belong to dangerous gangs…

GOP Is Not Shutting Down DHS

Barack Obama and the Democrats are.
The last budget deal funded everything except the DHS through the end of the fiscal year (ends 30 September 2015). DHS was funded through the end of February because of one thing and that is Barack Obama’s unlawful Executive Order on illegal immigrants. Obama is moving forward with his plan to allow millions of illegals to receive some sort of legal status and of course, all the benefits that American taxpayers can provide.
The Republicans funded DHS short term so they could work the issue out. Democrats do not want to work things out and are now crying about the things they used to do and are doing the things they used to cry about.
Democrats say the DHS should not be held hostage because of immigration and that the issue should be a separate issue in a separate bill. Really? They loved to put bad things in must pass bills to force Republicans to vote for them when they were in charge.
They are also filibustering in the Senate. They hated it when Republicans did so and decried the party of NO. Now they are the party of NO and are doing the very thing they said was wrong to do.
I have no problems with either party using whatever parliamentary procedures they can legally use. This is how politics work. But it is hypocritical for either party to do one thing and cry later when the same thing is done by “the other guy.”
As far as I am concerned they can shut down the DHS until Obama and his illegal actions are stopped. We did not have a DHS prior to 2001 and we survived up until then. Shut them down for as long as it takes to force Obama to stop violating his oath and OUR Constitution.
Nancy Pelosi is telling people what is right and wrong with all of this as if she actually has a clue. She lacks a brain and should be in jail for her illegal actions and for violating her oath.
Pelosi is upset at short term continuing resolutions and says they are not the way to do things. Her party used CRs for years because they never passed a budget. They always let things get to the brink of disaster and then forced votes in the middle of the night or during the holidays in order to coerce people to pass bills no matter how bad they were. She is also as responsible as anyone for the number of CRs that have been used in years past.
Shut up Nancy. No one wants to hear what comes out of your mouth because it has no brain to connect to and if it did it would be a mush filled liberal brain that is devoid of logic or intelligence.

Intended Consequences Of Immigration Executive Order

There is a thing called unintended consequences where something is done and the consequences of the action are not thought through (and they can be good or bad). When they happen people never saw them coming. For example, Congress passes a bill that only affects employers with more than 50 workers. Small businesses reduce their workforce so they are not affected by the law (Obamacare is a prime example). Time and again this happens but they keep passing bills that harm people. The consequences were unintended but they happened.
The illegal actions Barack Obama has taken regarding immigration is a different monster. In this case the consequences were anticipated and intended. Obama wants to bring people who are here illegally into the spotlight and give them a legal status. He is operating way outside his authority but no one seems to want to stop him (and I mean to really put the brakes on his plans). Many talk a good game but do little to actually stop what is happening.
Illegals will be able to file income taxes and claim credits from years past. They will get taxpayer dollars even though they NEVER paid into the system. They are being rewarded with OUR money for breaking the law.
Illegals who fall under the Obama Executive Order will also be able to register to vote and vote in elections. It is illegal for them to do so but that will not stop them. The states do not have the manpower to weed out applications to see who is registered legally and who is not. This is all by design because Democrats want more voters.
Some Democrat lawmakers comically assert that they doubt anyone who falls under this umbrella would risk deportation by voting in an election. Really? So the same people who broke the law to get here and who risk deportation each day they are here would NEVER break the law and risk deportation by voting particularly when there is little risk of getting caught. Right. These people are either idiots or they think we are.
Barack Obama and his minions do not want restrictions. They do not want to go after illegals and they do not want to deport anyone because the overwhelming majority of these people support Democrats. This is all a backdoor amnesty designed to increase the number of Democrat voters.
In addition, these people will drain our resources even more than they already are by receiving tax refunds (if you can call it a refund when you paid nothing in), welfare and Obamacare.
This needs to stop and we need to put every member of Congress who supports this as well as Obama on trial for violating their oath to this nation. They are taking us down from within and they need to be stopped.
We tried the soapbox and the ballot box so we are running out of options.
[UPDATE] This article claims the illegals paid into the system for years but were unable to get benefits. Perhaps BUT, they were not supposed to be here and if they paid in were doing so under false pretenses. And really, does anyone believe they were not receiving benefits because they were not allowed to?…

Remarkably Healthy? And They Run Health Care…

The Department of Health and Human Services (the agency that is lead on Obamacare) says that the children illegally entering our country under Obama’s manufactured crisis are remarkably healthy.
These kids are bringing in lice, scabies, chicken pox, and who knows how many other diseases and HHS says they are remarkably healthy.
As I warned, there is another dimension that threatens the US and that is drug resistant tuberculosis. The illegals are bringing TB into the country and it is spreading among the close quartered population. These people are being transported all over the country and the diseases they carry are going along for the ride.
This puts unsuspecting Americans at risk as the sick people spread across the nation and infect people everywhere they go.
Nurses are reporting TB cases even as others downplay it and say it is not as bad as the nurses claim. Given the secrecy, lies, and gag orders as well as threats of arrest for speaking out I think the nurses are a more credible source of information.
As you see the reports and the denials from the HHS keep in mind that the HHS denied there were any cases of scabies…
This is the same agency that is responsible for implementing Obamacare.
Does it make you feel safer knowing that the agency in charge of your health care is denying that there are very sick children crossing our borders?
Does it make you feel any better knowing that HHS is allowing these sick people to be filtered into our general population?
When push comes to shove the HHS is a government agency that cares not one iota about your health or the care you receive.
Unless it is for abortifacients. Then it goes balls to the walls…
Be prepared America because the epidemics are one the way.

Congress Will Use End Run, Deceive On Immigration

With the Obama regime neck deep in scandals, all of which are real and deserve scrutiny, the Senate is forging ahead with immigration reform. Read that as backdoor amnesty because Senators from both parties are working on ways to promise us one thing and do another. They are also working to pass as much as they can while our attention is focused on the Obama criminal regime.
The Senators keep telling us that these illegals will not be allowed to get taxpayer funded assistance. No welfare for them when they come out of the shadows. This is absolute BS.
First of all, the Senate Judiciary Committee has passed an amendment to the immigration legislation that will allow illegals who are magically changed to legally here eligible for welfare.
Even if this were not the case they would still get it. How is that, you ask?
Quite easy! Under the misinterpreted and misapplied 14th Amendment any child born here to these illegals will be called a US citizen. The parents, though illegal, will apply for any benefits that a child who is a US citizen can get. These people will have welfare rolling in and spend it on whatever they want (they do this now so how will it be any different when we make them legal). Those who claim that they will get no welfare will then tell us that those kids are citizens and “deserve” this.
No, we did not lie because citizens are getting your money, not those illegals we waved our amnesty wand over.
The liberals in the Senate have already balked at removing the eligibility for the Earned Income Credit (EIC) on their taxes. This credit is a wealth redistribution scheme where people who pay no taxes (or very little that they usually get back) get money because they have children. It is a scheme that allows those who pay no taxes to get what was withheld back AND THEN SOME.
The Senate passed the amendment allowing welfare so it matters not but regardless of how they approach this, the illegals will be getting taxpayer money. If that is not bad enough, the alleged fines these people will have to pay (as in fines and back taxes) is all a ruse.
As pointed out, they pay little or no taxes. How can we force them to pay back taxes when they end up not having owed any taxes? No, this is all smoke and mirrors so the government can claim that these people paid their dues.
No restriction is allowed on all of these lawbreakers. The advocates for these illegals are screaming about an amendment making conviction of a third DUI grounds for deportation. No, we can’t have such a strict thing for people whose first act in this nation was to break our law.
Look, these folks can be wonderful and hard working pillars of their shadow communities but the reality is that they are all lawbreakers. They came here illegally and now want to be rewarded for their crimes. They expect special treatment over those who are trying to do things the right way.
I personally have a friend who is highly skilled and has a job offer pending at a hospital but she cannot get here because of all the illegals and non English speaking people gumming up the works. She has been waiting for years to come here and she would be an immediate asset. She is skilled in a profession that is in short supply and she has a job offer. She would start working and begin paying taxes immediately.
But she can’t come here because of all the future Democrat voters who are demanding they be rewarded for breaking the law and because liberals in Congress are listening to them.
We need to put systems in place to flush these folks out where they self deport or we send them packing and we need to change our laws so that those who try to come here the right way AND HAVE SOMETHING TO OFFER are processed quickly.
We conservatives are not against immigration. We are against illegal immigration.
We are also against members of Congress who pander to people who break the law and expect to be rewarded for it.
I have an idea. Let’s evict the United Nations, tear down the building and ship the bricks to the south. Then round up the illegals and make them build a wall between them and the US with those bricks. Once it is done we will let them walk back home without being put in jail. In exchange for their labor we will allow them to apply for legal entry in 15 years, may never become a citizen and may never vote in an election.
Even Democrats won’t want them here if they can’t vote.
