No Election Fraud, Keep Moving

When George Bush won the presidency in 2000 the Democrats claimed that fraud was committed around the country and particularly in Florida where horror stories of voter polls being purged denied people their vote. Whenever a big bureaucracy is involved in anything there are certain to be mistakes but for the most part, people were purged because they were not supposed to be on the list of eligible voters. The purge removed convicted felons, those in jail and people who were registered at the same address as hundreds of other people or at addresses where no residence existed. In short, people were removed because they did not belong on the list.
It had nothing to do with race (though that is always the motive when liberals get their panties in a wad) and had everything to do with the law. We have laws governing who can vote and they should be followed. Liberals do not like them followed because they lose seats when the felons cannot vote.
In 2008 there was certainly voter fraud. The Democrats mobilized the fraud groups such as ACORN and those groups ensured that the votes were there even when they were not. In some places in this country more people voted than actually lived in the voting jurisdiction. Democrats, to this day, tell us that no fraud took place and certainly not enough to make a difference in any race.
Enter Al Franken. Franken might have benefited from Minnesota’s inability to purge its voter rolls and then its inability or refusal to disqualify votes that were illegal during the long recount process. Al Franken won by 312 votes (recounts almost always result in just enough ballots being “found” to ensure victory for a Democrat) but an 18 month analysis of the vote shows that 341 felons, who were not authorized to vote, actually voted in the contest. This means there were more illegal votes than the margin of victory. Did enough of those votes go to Franken to ensure victory? That is unknown but if the voting rolls had been purged and then the votes scrutinized during he recount we would not have any reason to be suspicious.

When Bush won the presidency the next eight years (and to this day) had Democrats screaming about an illegitimate president. There have been no such claims by the left with regard to Franken because they refuse to concede that any fraud took place and if they hint at it they minimize it. There is only fraud if their candidate loses.

Justice Department Sanctions Voter Fraud

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice handed down a ruling stating that the state of Georgia had to stop asking for proof of citizenship to register to vote. The Justice Department gave the same lame arguments that are always given when one speaks of proving eligibility to vote; it will disenfranchise minorities. I guess minorities don’t have a birth certificate or a Social Security number in addition to the ID they never seem to be able to get. Given that Obama has refused to release his birth certificate it is not surprising that voters in Georgia would not be required to show one.
This is nothing more than a ruling to help people who should not vote do just that. This ruling will allow illegals to register. The opponents claim there were over 7000 people flagged who turned out to be eligible to vote. Perhaps there is a larger problem. Did someone else have the same Social Security number? Did the birth certificate not have the raised seal? Who knows but it appears as if the problems were cleared up. Seems to me that these folks were flagged and upon further investigation they were cleared. Isn’t this how things should work?
Not under the Obama Justice Department run by Holder. Under that corrupt organization voter intimidation is excused because the criminals involved were Obama supporters. The New Black Panthers violated the Voting Rights Act but were not prosecuted because they have many branches around the country and they support Obama. Can’t go ticking off the supporters especially when they might be needed to intimidate white voters in the future. They also can’t go ticking off the illegal voter population if they want to win.
Georgia is one of two states required to get Justice approval for voting issues because of Jim Crow law problems of the past. That requirement is up before the Supreme Court and if all goes well they will remove the requirement so Georgia can run its own program without interference from the criminals at Justice.
But until then Georgia must allow anyone who wants to register to vote to do so without any proof of citizenship. Citizenship is a requirement to vote but it is a pesky nuisance for Democrats so they work around the requirement.
Voting is an important civic duty and everyone who is eligible should be allowed to do so under our current laws. I have problems with people who have no stake in the country voting in it but the law says they can. But we should make absolutely certain that the people who are voting are eligible.
We need to prove citizenship for many things. One must prove citizenship to get a job (though Democrats make that a hazy process to accommodate illegals), one must prove citizenship (or legal status) to join the military, Americans must prove citizenship (with a passport) to get back in the country, one must have ID to rent a movie, cash a check, board a plane and to buy cigarettes or alcohol. Why is it so difficult to prove one is a citizen in order to register to vote and to show ID when voting?
I am tired of the bogus arguments about people not having ID. People have birth certificates and most people have a Social Security number. The downtrodden that the Democrats always feign worry for are never put out when ID is needed for government benefits. People who show up to apply for any of the various welfare programs have to show ID and by some miracle they always seem to have it. Yet, the act of voting puts some undue burden on them.
It would seem from this list that proof of citizenship or an ID is required for everything except running for president and voting. Funny how the Democrats always seem to defend the flaws in the systems, flaws that make it easier to commit fraud. Then again, the Democratic Party is the one all the dead people vote for. They are in line right next to the illegals.
Maybe people should start complaining about having to get a passport to reenter from Canada or Mexico. This is an undue burden on people. How dare the government require proof of citizenship to enter the country when it will affect so many people.

To Vote or not To Vote

It appeared that by Tuesday night the Texas version of a Voter I.D. bill would be dead on arrival as Democrats used one of their time- dishonored methods of blocking ANY legislation in order to force the I.D. bill to die an ugly legislative death.
Personally I fail to see that verification of who you claim to be is such a deal breaker when it comes to voting, especially as you can now get one of several types of I.D.s free, so it isn’t money that is the problem here.
Republicans say that having an I.D. tends to lessen any voting fraud, and I tend to agree, what with all the questions surrounding ACORN, you might think the Democrat Party might(since they hold themselves to be pure and chaste when it comes to the voting booth) just feel that this is an issue where they might be wrong, but apparently everything is ideological, and therefore it’s not possible to admit error.
While Republicans say that this ensures a truer accounting of the vote, Democrats contend that this somehow disenfranchises the poor and elderly.
Since 2002, Republicans have championed photo IDs as a means to prevent fraudulent voting. Under the laws, a voter must show government-issued identification — such as a driver’s license or a passport — to prove to poll workers that he or she is indeed the person registered to vote.
Democrats, however, have strongly opposed the requirement, saying it tends to discourage people who usually vote Democratic. Tens of thousands of poor, elderly, disabled, homeless or foreign-born citizens do not have valid photo ID cards, Democrats say.
An AARP survey, for example, found that 3% of elderly registered voters in Indiana did not have a current driver’s license. Even if these people had cast ballots in the past and remained eligible voters, Democrats argue, they might be dissuaded from voting next year because of the photo ID requirement. LA Times
Now, many states already have free I.D.s available- all one has to do is ask for it, and there would, I am sure, be an ACORN bus in front of their house in no time. Of course, ACORN might want a quid pro quo- might just want you to vote the way they see it, rather than the way you might want. That’s always the case in a deal with the devil- you are going to get burned.
This is why I see the voter I.D. law as necessary:
The GOP was most effective in pointing to problems when it came to registering new voters. Some liberal organizations sponsored drives to register prospective voters, and they paid collectors to gather signature cards. Later investigations found these groups repeatedly signed up people who were not eligible to vote. Some were not citizens, were not residents of the area or were felons who had lost their right to vote. LA Times
At least the Dems in the Texas legislature didn’t run like scared rabbits this time, as is their wont. This they have done twice, abdicating their desks in favor of self- imposed exile, while the clock ran out on the legislative session. Much like a child who believes that if he holds his hands in front of his eyes no one will see him, so these brave legislators” got rabbit in their blood, and ran-”
Okay, that last line I got from “Cool Hand Luke”, but the sentence still applies to these cowards who love nothing better than to hold the entire legislative process hostage while their inner child has a temper tantrum. Voter identification is necessary in a world where not much can be done if you do not have at least two forms of I.D.- a driver’s license and a credit card- it is time, indeed past time that we know who is who when it comes to a vote. I do not want any voters rising from the grave, a la Duval County, which ended up giving LBJ the Senate seat by 29 votes. There is just too much at stake these days to allow the perception of voter fraud to taint an already contentious divide.
It is too easy these days, with the help of a computer, to be anyone you wish to be. For the purposes of elections at least, let’s actually, provably be who we really are.

Obama Nazis And Voter Fraud

In a repeat of 2004 the Republican poll workers have been thrown out of precincts in the so called City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia. In 2004 this happened and a judge ruled that it was not allowed. Looks like the Obama supporters in Philly have as little regard for the rule of law as their Dear Leader.

The liberal apologists who said that fraudulent voter registrations submitted by ACORN had no bearing on the election because, they claim, a fraudulent registration does not turn into a fraudulent vote. Without Republican election judges to oversee this process the Nazis in Philly will be able to stuff the ballot box (figuratively speaking) with the votes of Mickey Mouse and any other cartoon character (who are all more intelligent than the people of Philly) they want. In 2004 the machines in Philly registered 2000 votes for John Kerry before the polls were open and no one went to jail. Barack Obama paid nearly a million dollars for this kind of fraud but we will not see action on it. Let a cop car park near a polling place in Florida and Jesse Jackson is screaming racism and disenfranchisement.
The people in Philly are the kinds of animals who should not be allowed to vote and if I were the judge I would not count any vote cast during the time that a Republican judge was not present and I would not allow people to vote again. If they can’t follow the rules then they can’t play the game. These kinds of animals are the reason that the politicians in Philly refuse to allow people to carry guns. They need the animal Nazis in order to stay in power.
Obama told them to get in our faces and that is what is happening. He is counting on these kinds of Chicago tactics in order to win and the animals in Philly are more than happy to oblige for the man who will pay for their gas and their homes.
Perhaps federal SWAT teams should be deployed to those precincts to ensure the vote is conducted fairly. Then, of course, the cries of intimidation and racism would be heard. Screw them and their Dear Leader.
I wonder what we would hear if it happened to Democratic judges where these people vote?
Get out and vote so we can keep these brown shirted Nazis from taking over the country. Fortunately, I live and vote in a place where there is respect for the rule of law and consideration for people no matter how they vote.
I also live where most people legally own guns and know how to use them. Not a lot of crime and certainly not a lot of jackbooted thugs trying to influence elections.
Now I am a little sad that the people of Philly did not burn the place to the ground after their team won the World Series. Can you imagine how these animals will act if Obama loses?
UPDATE: Added the video from Fox. Black Panthers (one wielding a nightstick) blocking the doors and intimidating voters. Claim they are tired of white supremacy and a black man is going to win this election NO MATTER WHAT.

Fraudulent Ballots, Yes; Fraudulent Candidate, Who Knows?

Obama supporters volunteering in Ohio have negotiated to have their absentee ballots withdrawn because they are NOT eligible to vote in Ohio. These people, 13 in all, requested their ballots be removed after a waring from a prosecutor that staffers for both campaigns faced prosecution if they did not meet residency requirements. The blanket statement must have scared them.
The letter – a copy of which was obtained by palestra.net, a Fox News affiliate – came a day after prosecutor Ron O’Brien publicly urged out-of-state campaign workers for both Obama and John McCain to “examine your conscience” before the elections board beings begins opening absentee ballots today.
Earlier in the week, O’Brien spoke with lawyers for both camps and urged them to make sure their staffs met permanent-residency rules, or face possible felony charges. NYP
These ballots would likely have been counted had not the prosecutor said something. Now, have these Obama supporters missed the deadline to cast an absentee ballot in their own states? If they have already cast ballots in their home states why are they not in jail for fraud? If they have withdrawn the Ohio ballots and have not otherwise voted they should still be able to vote in person where they live which is what I believe they intended to do all along.
The deception begins at the top with the Obamessiah. He has yet to prove he is a US Citizen. I know, there is a Certificate of Live Birth that has been verified by Fact Check. That document is computer generated from information that was put in a computer database well after Obama was born. The abbreviated COLB is not the handwritten (or typed) birth certificate that is generated at the place of birth. Only the ORIGINAL document will satisfy the requests for proof. This document only reflects what is in a database, not what is on a birth certificate. The document provided earlier was shown to be questionable. There are things on the COLB that would not have appeared on a birth certificate from 1961. Where is that original document?
I am not saying Obama is or is not a citizen, I am saying it has yet to be confirmed. He could have proven it by providing the vault copy of his birth certificate and it would have been settled. Instead, he spent quite a bit of money fighting the lawsuit, which was dismissed when the judge ruled that the admittedly strange Phil Berg had no standing and that his claims were vague. I don’t see how an American Citizen can have no standing in a court to determine if a person running is an American. The claim that Berg has not shown the requisite harm to have standing is ridiculous. All Americans are harmed when the Consitution is violated. I also fail to see how the issues raised were vague and why the court, in a matter this important, would not force a resolution that would satisfy the need to know rather than fuel conspiracy theories.
Why is Obama afraid to show his vault copy? Why are his college records under wraps? These issues raise questions that should be answered. Is there information on his BC or in his school records that would disqualify him or that would embarrass him (like showing he lied about certain aspects of his life)? By failing to release this information he gives fuel to those who will always look skeptically at him. He has fueled the fire by failing to respond and his refusal to release documents runs counter to his claim of bringing transparency to government. It also makes him no better than what he claims George Bush to be.
Like I said before, we know more about Sarah Palin and Joe the Plumber than we know about Barack Obama. The media made an issue out of McCain’s qualifications and he proved he was eligible. The media and the liberals on the web paid more attention to this than they are Obama’s citizenship status. The big question is, if there is nothing to hide, why hide it?
Let me add to the conspiracy theory. Obama knows he is not qualified and is working hard to block all issues so that if he is elected he can serve as president. He needs the process to last past election day so that if he is determined to be ineligible at some later date, Joe Biden can automatically become president (even if he is still the VP elect at the time). If Obama were found to be ineligible now, McCain would probably win handily and Democrats never put country first so they will stonewall on any issue that might hurt their chances to hold office.
This is certainly plausible and makes more sense than the stories by wackos who think that George Bush was behind the attacks of 9/11.
Ever wonder how it is that people like George Clooney and Rosie O’Donnell can believe that 9/11 was an inside job and yet support Obama because they, in no way, would believe in a conspiracy theory about his place of birth?
For that matter, how many libs believe all kinds of conspiracies about Bush (blowing up levees in New Orleans, 9/11, blood for oil, etc) but ignore the very real possibility that Obama is not a citizen? I am not saying one way or the other but I want proof and I want the proof that comes in the form of an original, not a computer generated certificate.
This is what an original from the early 1960s looks like.
I know there are liberals who call this nuts or conspiratorial and they are entitled to that opinion. I just like to see the proof.
However, since the court will not do its job and ensure the man has been fully vetted then it is up to voters to ensure they keep this secretive man out of office.
Keeping his supporters from voting fraudulently is a good start.
Democrats and ACORN (whom Obama paid 800,000 dollars to commit fraud) say no fraud is committed until the ballots are cast (so his supporters in Ohio committed fraud). Liberals say voter fraud is very minor, almost non existent. They say that when they win (or think they will) but if they lose on 4 November they will be screaming voter fraud from the top of their lungs. I would like to see McCain win for nothing more than to see liberals screaming about voter fraud like they did in 2000 and 2004.
