1. Anthony Fauci is a monster. He has fought against drugs that would have saved hundreds of thousands of people so that he and a select group of people can get rich off the vaccines that do not work. There are reports that he lied about gain of function research and his agency funded it. The NIH funded a university to harvest the organs of aborted babies. Fauci was also involved in research that tortured puppies by allowing them to be eaten alive by sand flies for 196 days but first they removed the vocal cords so they would not be disturbed by barks. There is legitimate testing done on animals that is humane and does not involve torture. These tests are not like that and the people conducting them are monsters. There is now word that the NIH funded testing where monkeys were frightened with spiders and snakes and then acid was poured into their brains through holes bored through their skulls. Then the horror tests were run again. I do not know what purpose these tests serve but monkeys are close to humans genetically. Do you suppose they are testing to see how to terrorize humans? These people do not care about life so be very cautious and if they come for you fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s Ark and it is starting to rain.
2. A new poll indicates that if the presidential election were held today Donald Trump would win in a landslide over Biden or Harris. Big deal! Trump won the last election in a landslide but China helped steal it so they could control our government through their bought and paid for puppet, Joe Biden. Let’s Go Brandon and the horse he rode in on.
3. The Dem-Commies never tell you what they will do or how they will govern. They only tell you what you want to hear because if they told the truth only the very far radical left would vote for them. Newsom did that in California. He held back until he beat the recall election and then dropped a number of edicts to control people. How many would have voted for him if he did those thigs before the election. Phil Murphy out of New Jersey is doing the same thing. Project Veritas captured senior advisor to Murphy, Wendy Martinez, discussing what Murphy will do AFTER the gubernatorial election. She clearly explains that Murphy does not want to do any of the things now because it would jeopardize his chances of being reelected. She mocks the people who will be affected by belittling their desire to be free. She called it the “my rights sh*t.” Nice, eh? Dem-Commies will never tell you what they will do or you would not vote for them because they only want power and they do not care how they get it. Then when they do get power they will infringe upon your rights and subjugate you.
4. Florida, where the governor believes in liberty and freedom, is now the state with the lowest Covid infection rate in the country. Imagine that, the state that let people decide and did not impose Draconian measures is better off than places where the Dem-Commies (and RINOs) rule with iron fists. See, you do not need mandates, masks and lock downs to achieve control of the virus. Gove people tools and let them decide what is best for them.
5. Case in point. The NFL has very strict Covid protocols and still the players and coaches are getting Covid. It would appear as if the NFL, a microcosm of the Dem-Commie and RINO controlled states, is no better off than those states are. These folks cannot control the virus but they still enjoy controlling the people.
6. Why isn’t Facebook stopping this? Thousands of illegal invaders are making their way to our border and they are using a QR code on Facebook to assist in the endeavor. They are telling Joe Biden that they are coming and they expect to be allowed in. Biden is responsible for this and is so inept he could mess up an anvil with a rubber mallet. He is a demented old fool who should never have been put in charge. This invasion of illegals is a deliberate assault on our sovereignty. Why is FB allowing the QR to remain? Why isn’t it removed for encouraging illegal behavior? You can bet that if I or one of my FB Jail peeps put up something encouraging illegal behavior the Nazis at FB would put us in jail. Facebook needs to be dismantled, have its protections removed and sued into poverty.
7. He would still caucus with Democrats so what is the difference? Joe Manchin is a moderate but is a dyed in the wool Democrat. He will never be a conservative. Instead of having him change parties as Mike Lee is saying (he would change to Independent), why not get the people of West Virginia to change Senators? Manchin votes with Republicans a lot but he continues to be a part of the problem.
8. Joe Biden is a demented old fool who could hide his own Easter Eggs. He is not in charge and he rarely spends time at the White House. Joe has had more personal travel time than any president in decades. More than Trump who the left screamed about because he traveled to his home in Florida. Biden goes to his main home in Wilmington, his beach house at Rehoboth or Camp David and does so nearly every weekend. He has been in office 276 days and 108 of them were spent on personal trips to one of the three places I mentioned. I told you before that people with dementia do better when they are in familiar surroundings. There is no doubt they are whisking him away to get him back to his best reality. I have it on the sly from someone who knows secret service detail folks that Biden goes there (to one of these places) each weekend and is surrounded by medical folks pumping him full of top grade stuff to make him appear sane. It is convenient as well because a lot of folks visit there and no visitor logs are kept. Biden is probably committing his well known graft while getting tuned up from a long week of demented rants.

Before we begin, the Army and the federal government are lying to employees. Soldiers and civilians are being lied to about an approved vaccine as the government is passing off the Pfizer EUA as authorized and mandating it be taken. In addition, soldiers are being told they can take the two shot series from different manufacturers. This is wrong and contradicts the CDC. I guess we only follow the science when it is political science.
And away we go…..
1. A Texas Judge, an Obama judge, has ordered that the Texas Heartbeat Act be put on hold until it plays out in the court systems. The judge found, as did the Supreme Court decades ago, words in the Constitution allowing the federal government to deal with abortion (note the sarcasm here).
“A person’s right under the Constitution to choose to obtain an abortion prior to fetal viability is well established,” wrote Pitman, an Obama appointee. “Fully aware that depriving its citizens of this right by direct state action would be flagrantly unconstitutional, the State contrived an unprecedented and transparent statutory scheme to do just that.”
The Constitution does not mention abortion and it does not give the federal government say over the subject. The issue is a Tenth Amendment issue and belongs to the states. But this was highjacked decades ago by activist tyrants in robes. These are the SAME tyrants who will tell you that states have the right to infringe upon the right to KEEP and BEAR arms even though that right is specifically listed and protected in the US Constitution. Imagine how the left would howl if a pro Second Amendment ruling from a judge stated;

The left would howl and the feds would be falling all over themselves to tell you the state has the right to do such things.
Look at how they are going after Kyle Rittenhouse for exercising his right to defend himself. An expert testified the shootings were justified. The left will still try to hang him.
2. In response to the Texas law, a politician in Pennsylvania (Christopher Rabb, ID10T PA) has introduced legislation to force sterilization upon men one they have sired three children or attain the age of 40. This is supposed to be a demonstration of how the lives of men will be affected by applying the same standards as the anti abortion laws like the one in Texas. This chuckle head could not be farther off base if he tried. He thinks he is cute with his stupidity but the reality is abortion affects a third party, the unborn (and unwanted) child. If a man and woman want to have children they should be free to have as many as they can afford. I guess this lawmaker is trying to tell us that if we sterilize men they will not be able to impregnate women who are then forced to get abortions if they do not want children. What a novel idea but instead of sterilizing men, who by the way have no say in whether a woman carries a child to term (but will pay if she does), why not sterilize a woman who gets an abortion. Then the issue will be solved. As an aside, I would like to know exactly how this guy would carry out the law. I can imagine that if I were told that they were going to sterilize me after a third child or because I turned 40, the person who tried that would suffer a very late term abortion.
3. A worker’s strike at all Kellogg’s cereal plants has disrupted production of the company’s products. There has been a year long dispute over wages and benefits as well as movement of jobs out of the country. The article claims that the average employee at Kellogg makes $120,000 per year. Perhaps some of the nurses who are no longer heroes because they declined the Fauci Ouchy should apply for jobs there. It looks like the pay is pretty good and they will not have to deal with all the abuse the health care system (and its users) subject nurses to on a daily basis. I would like to see all of the nation’s nurses, vaccinated or not, go on strike in a demonstration of solidarity. They could all pick one day and just not show for work, call out sick or whatever. If they all got fired the system would collapse so that will not happen. It is time the nursing staff stood up to the tyranny and demonstrated how valuable they are. Unfortunately, people will care more about whether their favorite breakfast cereal is available than whether a nurse was fired for not being vaccinated. Until they need one, of course…
4. America dodged a bullet when Mitch McConnell refused to consider the nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court. This guy is a Nazi who interferes in the business of the states. He is using the law enforcement agencies of the government as weapons against the states and their people. A teacher’s union has requested that the USAG look into parent opposition to Critical Race Theory and call those parents Domestic Terrorists. Yes, if you oppose the indoctrination of your children then you are to be labeled a terrorist. Garland is having the FBI look into this issue. He says that there are threats being made and it is unacceptable for people to make threats towards public officials. No mention from this putz about government officials threatening the citizens. I guess with this Storm Trooper it is perfectly OK then. Let us suppose that some people are being threatened. That would make this a LOCAL issue. The school boards and the teacher’s unions are not part of the federal system. Therefore, it is not up to the FBI to look into, it is up to the local law enforcement agencies. There have likely been few, if any, actual threats. The threat here is that parents are finally getting involved and speaking up. That frightens school boards and teachers because they think they have complete control and any opposition by the rightful masters is terrifying. Here is a clue, do your job and stop telling our children they are oppressors or the oppressed. Circle Back Psaki tried to deflect the questions about this but there is no doubt this is an issue the Biden Regime is deliberately involved in. In any event, I am thankful that Garland never got to the Supreme Court. He is an anti American Nazi. As a side note, Garland has a conflict here. Maybe the ethics folks can talk to him…
5. The teachers and Garland are not the only ones who think your children belong to them ala Hillary Clinton’s “It takes a village”. The state of California seems to think it owns the children of its parents. Gavin Newsom has dictated that all school children must get the Covid vaccine. This applies to all ages as soon as the experimental jab is authorized for them. This is NOT based in science. Children are the least likely to get or transmit Covid. When they get it the course is usually fairly mild and they almost always survive. There are no long term studies to show how this vaccine will affect people. It is one thing to have a 70 or 80 year old taking vaccines. They will not be around when things turn up. Children have their entire lives ahead of them and they will live a life of misery if these vaccines are given to them. We already know that the vaccines cause cardiac problems in young males. California could have recalled Newsom but they cheated him to a victory. Now they can live with the consequences. This includes declining school enrollment, more homeschooling and smaller school groups that will be taught by teachers who refuse to get the jab. Maybe this stupidity will break the union and rid us of their communist manifesto.
6. The federal government has denied its citizens access to life saving drugs known to effectively treat Covid. While the US government is withholding Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine from people who have a RIGHT to be treated as their doctors say, it is busy fighting for the alleged RIGHT to murder an unborn child. It appears as if the left wing in America is obsessed with killing off the population. Ivermectin is an effective treatment of Covid and it is being blocked for one purpose. It is blocked so the pharma companies can market an experimental vaccine under Emergency Use Authorization. If there is an approved, effective and available treatment then EUA cannot be granted. Have no fear though, Pfizer and Merck and reformulating and rebranding Ivermectin to treat Covid. Their pills will cost 175 times more than Ivermectin. Fauci will praise it and encourage its use even though, unlike Ivermectin, it will not be a proven drug with decades of success. Follow the money. About 500,000 lives could have been saved if Ivermectin were used and that would have cut into the pharma profit (and no doubt many government employees). Fauci and his ilk are responsible for those deaths. A hospital in New York refused to give Ivermectin to a patient that had not responded to the Covid treatment protocol. The man’s doctor ordered the drug and the hospital refused to give it even though a court ordered the drug be given. The man, who, by the way, was FULLY VACCINATED, died while it played out. The hospital ran out the clock and a man died. I hope his family sues the hospital for a zillion dollars and wins. I also hope whoever ignored the court’s order gets sent to prison for a long time.
7. I have discussed this before and now there is an article about it. The US is inflating Covid death numbers. It has been since the beginning and this is in order to control the population. They are doing the opposite with regard to vaccine deaths. In that case, they are deliberately underreporting in order to make it appear as if the vaccines are safe. If you have covid and die of any reason you are called a Covid death even if Covid had nothing to do with your death. This is true despite my many friends in some health care settings saying otherwise. The data and the instructions from the CDC leave no doubt that even if the death certificate does not list Covid the state will count the death as Covid when reporting so long as the person had Covid or was suspected of having it. This is an undeniable truth. It is also true that the federal government is using fuzzy math and reporting methods to downplay the number of deaths from the vaccines. The article is full of the information so I will not go over it here. Read the piece and see how your government is manipulating data and YOU.
8. More Democrat-Commie hypocrisy: Rashida Talib, “I am just wearing a mask because I have a republican tracker.” Interpreted: masks do not work and are used to control the sheep but I have to pretend or I will look like the hypocrite I am.
9. And finally in the news, a religious group is saying women should not be drafted into combat. I have long been against females serving in combat and combat related roles. Females are not built for the rigors of combat. Before I get bombarded with the “oh yeah, what about the girl who passed Ranger school or [fill in the blank here].” Yes there are women who can do this. They have to be the most exceptional and for every woman who makes it there are literally thousands of males who do not have to work as hard to make it. But, but, if she passed she should be able to go into combat. Females are not built to withstand the rigors of combat. That is a truth of biology. There are plenty of support roles that women can fill that are not combat roles. The Gatekeepers quote Biblical verse to tell us why women should not be drafted into combat. This narrow minded view assumes that if women get drafted then they will go into combat. We can have the women sign up for the draft and NOT be drafted into combat roles. I digress. I am opposed to women in combat but I think if we demand equality then women should be required to sign up for the draft. If our armed forces are hell bent on putting women into combat then they should certainly be able to be drafted for it. That is, after all, what they mean by equality, right?

1. The NORKs did not play this game with Trump. When Donald John Trump was the president Lil’ Kim in North Korea did some saber rattling but he was basically more hot air than anything and that is because he knows Trump would drop a missile on his ample derrière. With Joe Biden’s weakness all bets are off. Lil’ Kim tested a Long Range Cruise Missile. The missile has a range of 930 miles. Trump told Kim I have bigger missiles and they work. Kim knew Trump was not bluffing. With the paper tiger Biden the world is laughing and out enemies are foaming at the mouth in anticipation of trying us.
2. Tony Fauci is auditioning for dictator in case Biden goes toes up. Fauci has been talking about mandates and now he wants a vaccine mandated for anyone to travel by air. That is all the airlines need, more people who say screw it and refuse to fly. Not to worry, your tax dollars will bail them out. Fauci also wants your children to be mandated to be vaccinated. There are no approved vaccines available for use. Everything available is Emergency Use Authorization only. The hastily approved vaccine is not in production and probably will not be for some time. The FDA said the vaccine is safe for kids 16 and older BUT how do they know? What long term issues can our children expect to see? Will they develop heart problems or immune disorders? Will they develop blood clots? If any parent is forced to have his child vaccinated and something bad happens and the parent let’s say, holds the people who mandated it accountable, I would never vote to convict them on trial.
3. Evidently the GOP has an audio recording of Secretary of State Blinken talking about some people in the Biden Regime and allegedly, the things he says are not flattering. I remember when Trump took office and there were leaks about what people were saying and some people resigned when they were not there very long. The media called it an Administration in turmoil and one of chaos. This audio leak coupled with the people resigning rather than put up with a dementia patient are not a good look for the Biden Regime. You add all that to the turmoil of the blundered withdraw from Afghanistan and the media’s sudden ability to criticize Biden and we have the makings of something far more tumultuous than the Trump White House. This is what happens when a demented bumbling moron is in charge.
4. Follow the science unless it is inconvenient. People like Biden and Fauci say to follow the science yet they only follow what they like. We do not need to rehash the times Fauci ignored science for politics. The Biden regime is pushing for booster shots of the Covid jab. The WHO is opposed because they think it is not fair for rich nations to be doing boosters when poor nations are not getting vaccines. I know we gave a boatload of vaccines to other places. In reality, if we want to give boosters we are not obligated to consider any other nation’s vax status. But, we should try to follow science. Two people resigning from the CDC (more dissent?) wrote an item indicating that boosters are not warranted right now. Marion Gruber and Phil Krause have stated that there could be a number of side effects if we push boosters too early and that could cause reactions like myocarditis or Guillain-Barre syndrome and it might make people more hesitant to get not only this vaccine but vaccines in general. Instead of worrying about introducing boosters too soon they should have worried about introducing the vaccine too soon.
5. If you do not want to get the mandated vaccine a possible course for you to take is to claim you are in the country illegally. The Biden Regime is NOT requiring illegals pouring through our border to get vaccinated as a condition of being here. Seems to me we could be giving these folks lots of shots to keep people from catching and spreading Covid. Of course, that would be the sane thing to do if we had a sane leader and if Covid were really the main issue. It is obvious that the government is not actually concerned about the spread of the virus like they pretend to be. If they were these illegals would be held at the border and vaccinated before they were sent all over the nation. Of course in the real world we would be keeping them at the border and not letting them into the country but Biden is an idiot so he and his left wing cabal are just letting them in, virus be damned. If you do not want a vaccine say you are an illegal. If you want the government to leave you alone, well then the only way to have that happen is to be in Afghanistan.

Prologue:
I heard Joe Biden give his speech this afternoon and he lied throughout the entire thing and he was gaslighting America. He claimed that Trump left him a bad plan and that he had to follow it or send more troops to fight so he moved the date ahead. This guy took office and immediately started undoing everything Trump did. He dismantled the border and allowed an influx of hundreds of thousands of illegals to overrun the country. He cancelled Executive Orders and there is no doubt that if Donald Trump said he liked to breathe Biden would have held his breath. So does he expect us to believe he could not change this one thing and he had to follow what Trump did? The reality is Trump had a goal based agreement where the US would drawdown if the Taliban hit certain milestones along the way and if they did anything violent they would pay with their lives. Biden said there was no plan in place for a new government when the Trump plan specifically required the Taliban to form a coalition government with Afghanistan’s existing government. Biden could have told them they missed that goal and that we were staying around for a while. The reality is this would not have happened if Trump were in office because the Taliban knows he would have killed them. Biden bent over and let them take advantage of him and thus our entire nation. But ole Scranton Joe talked tough. He was trying to tell us that he had to add more troops or leave. No one is criticizing the leaving part, Trump was working on that when the election was stolen from him. The problem is the way Biden did it. It was all messed up and ended up leaving people behind and having 13 military members killed. So the BS is not true. He could have left in a much better fashion but that would require knowing what you are doing. Also, the war did not really end today. We will be fighting in the future BUT the war wound down some time ago and the military we kept there were peacekeepers who were there to ensure terrorists did not get another foothold in Afghanistan. Joe let them get that foothold. One last thing. Biden again invoked the name of his dead son. I was sad for the Biden family when Beau died but I am tired of hearing about it. I am tired of hearing about his dead kid who served but did not die in combat. He came home, served in elected office and died of brain cancer. Joe invokes that name for sympathy and I am so past hearing about it. Let Beau rest in peace Joe.
Now for the Round Up!
1. This person was possibly inspired by terrorists. I wonder how many terrorists got on those flights out of Afghanistan and I wonder how many more will waltz in through the porous southern border. I am fairly certain there will be an uptick in terror activity directed toward the US and its citizens abroad. I imagine that right now Americans are being rounded up by the Taliban and they will be ransomed or murdered but most likely both. This is what happens when you have a weak person in a position of authority. Biden is responsible for the mess happening.
2. Ninety retired Flag Officers have written a letter indicating that Secretary of Defense Austin and Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Milley should resign over the botched Afghanistan withdrawal. These officers are not happy and have indicated that if these two gave Biden the advice for this messed up mission they should resign and if they did not but did not strongly object (with threats of leaving over the plan) then they are wrong and should be out of their positions. These officers rightly claim that Austin and Milley are more concerned with woke culture social justice training than they are with warfighting. This too is true. These two are a disgrace to the nation and they have as much blood on their hands as Biden does. The 66 million or so of you who voted for Biden are just as guilty. I wonder if any of these officers supported Biden in the 2020 election. It is known that nearly all the Democrats in Congress did because they hated Trump. Well now some of those Democrats who are vulnerable in 2022 are distancing themselves from Biden and what he did. Too late though, they are part of this. They supported him and they certified an obviously fraudulent election and they impeached Trump a second time in the name of politics. So no distancing for you folks. You are part of the problem and should be booted from the People’s House. BTW, there are plenty of Republicans who should be booted right along with you.
3. The only thing the Democrat Communists know how to do well is cheat and ignore the Constitution. These cretins used the plandemic to impose illegal voting schemes that made it easier for them to cheat. The Dem Commies are working hard pulling every trick in the book to end the recall of Gavin Newsom in California. They mailed a ballot to everyone, they put suspicious holes in the ballot so you can see how people voted and two people sued to stop things (they lost) because they claim that they do not want to vote to recall Newsom so they only get one vote and people who want him recalled get two. They want Newsom’s name on the back of the ballot as well or the recall stopped. These people have the same rights as anyone else. There are two questions. 1) Do you want to recall Governor Newsom? 2) If Governor Newsom is recalled who do you want to replace him. Based on these questions everyone, even those who vote no on the first, has the opportunity to vote for the replacement, should one be needed. The Dem Commies used Covid to break the law and to do things the Constitution does not authorize. They are working on that for next year and these Covid variants are only smoke screens they need to get to the election where they can introduce some magical new variant forcing us to allow them to cheat again.
4. I have discussed the vaccine and how the thing was forced on us, how it was not tested for long term issues and how the FDA approved a vaccine that is not available and will not be produced for quite some time so that the EUA drugs can be used up while immunity is present for their use. This article is pretty detailed in the issues involved and demonstrates how the FDA shirked its responsibility.
5. Joe Biden and his cabal of anti American misfits botched things horribly in Afghanistan. They gave the Taliban names of people and then did not allow those people to get to the airport even though they were at the locked gates. All they had to do was open the damned gates and let the people in. But no, our feckless leaders kept the gates closed and in so doing forced 600 students at American University to go back to the school grounds where the Taliban will be able to find them without difficulty because they have their names (and those of their families). There have already been threats against the students and faculty and those folks are franticly trying to find safe passage out. I fear these people will be captured, the males executed and the females turned into Taliban baby makers. This is all on the hands of that moron in the white House. Democrats have other education related ambitions that include eliminating some or all student loan debt. Keep in mind that when they say they are cancelling a loan it will still be paid but the taxpayer will, as is most often the case, bear the burden of that cost. We pay for welfare, we pay for Congress’ elaborate retirement, we pay for their sexcapade cover-ups and we pay for the relief from the consequences of their ill advised response to Covid. Be careful students. It is not beyond the left to leave you for dead at the hands of terrorists.
6. Maybe we should defund the FBI. The guy in charge of investigating sex crimes at the FBI has been charged with committing sex crimes. It appears this freak exposed himself to a young girl and has written that he likes underaged girls. He needs to be convicted and sent to jail for some good old fashioned justice. The FBI has been shown, over the last ten years or so, to be a group of political hacks who have no problems breaking the laws we pay them to enforce. They manufacture evidence, they harass people and they alter documents to fit their needs. Defund them, fire them, and do not replace them.
7. There is no doubt, except to the brain cell challenged, that Biden “won” because of fraud. He did not get 81 million votes. He is lucky to have gotten about 66 million, if that. The democrats and a lot of their minions cheated to flip votes, manipulate machines and add millions of mail in ballots to exploit the pandemic and steal an election. The evidence is all there to all but the woefully ignorant. There are 15 MILLION mail in ballots that are unaccounted for nation wide. There is no record of them ever being returned (or in some cases sent) but they were cast. There were nearly 44,000 absentee ballots counted in DeKalb country GA that violated the chain of custody rules. They ignored the rules and counted the ballots anyway. This is how fraud is committed. People have been screaming that fraud took place and now more people are seeing it and actually believe that the election was rigged. The fraud is how we ended up with a guy who allowed the situation in Afghanistan to deteriorate and how 13 heroes were killed. There is blood on a lot of hands. People need to go to prison.

They have cancelled the accounts of gun stores and they have been a watch dog for the government to oversee what people are doing. There are options for conservatives so be sure not to support companies that do not have your interests at heart. 9. Dr, FrankenFauci is a petty dictator wannabe. He is pushing mandates on you for the not approved vaccine and he wants you to wear a mask to do just about anything. He is now pushing for children to be mandated to wear masks in school. Dr. follow the science is ignoring the science that indicates children are not affected, to any great deal, by Covid. In Louisiana to date only 12 people 18 and under have died of Covid and in Maryland that number is 10. Any death of a child is tragic but we cannot force children to wear masks or get vaccines, another thing Fauci wants to force kids to do, just because a very small minority is affected. The reality is vaccines are less effective in preventing hospitalization among the adult population. Since children rarely end up in the hospital because of Covid, why do they need to be forced to get a vaccination? If their parents want them vaccinated, fine but if not then so be it. This is not the government’s business. Some states have banned localities from mandating masks and other measures. The Biden administration has opened a civil rights investigation claiming that these bans are a violation of the rights of children who have medical conditions because they deserve to be protected. First of all, there is nothing that says an individual must give up a freedom to protect another and there is nothing that would indicate it is ok to force people to do things to protect others. We do not make all children wear football helmets because the football team is more susceptible to head injuries. If the vulnerable children want to wear a mask then fine but it is wrong to force others to do so. You cannot protect one’s civil rights by infringing on the civil rights of another.
