Wow! Rolling Stone Exposes Obama

Rolling Stone Magazine, not exactly a conservative publication, has a lengthy exposé on Barack Obama with regard to the oil spill in the Gulf. While the publication lays a lot of historical blame on the Bush administration it slams Obama for allowing the lax culture to continue. Rolling Stone makes it clear that Obama said he would put an end to this before he was even elected and that he failed to do it.

Like the attacks by Al Qaeda, the disaster in the Gulf was preceded by ample warnings – yet the administration had ignored them. Instead of cracking down on MMS, as he had vowed to do even before taking office, Obama left in place many of the top officials who oversaw the agency’s culture of corruption. He permitted it to rubber-stamp dangerous drilling operations by BP – a firm with the worst safety record of any oil company – with virtually no environmental safeguards, using industry-friendly regulations drafted during the Bush years. He calibrated his response to the Gulf spill based on flawed and misleading estimates from BP – and then deployed his top aides to lowball the flow rate at a laughable 5,000 barrels a day, long after the best science made clear this catastrophe would eclipse the Exxon Valdez. Rolling Stone

Imagine that, a fairly liberal publication exposing that Obama failed to do what he said he would (which seems to be a pattern) and pointing out that the blame is his. He and his sock puppets can blame George Bush but if the claim is made that Bush set the process that allowed this into place and that Obama vowed to change it, and did not, then it is his fault.

Read the article. It is very good and shows how the reality is much different than the picture being painted by Obama and his toadies.

Lack of experience and lack of leadership are not what we need in the White House.

Obama Still Blames Bush

The country elected an inexperienced Socialist to the White House and it is evident each and every day that this was a mistake. Obama is unable to accept responsibility for anything and points fingers outward all the time. Ironically, he was the one who criticized the companies involved in the oil spill for pointing fingers.

Obama’s favorite target is George Bush. When something goes wrong Obama is quick to point out that Bush did it and it is all his fault. Obama ignores his own fault and rewrites history every chance he gets. His latest take is that the Republicans were responsible for the economic problems despite the best effort of Democrats to keep the ship right. This smacks in the face of reality since it was Republicans who warned about problems with the financial sector and Democrats who said that things were fundamentally sound and that there were no problems.

Barney Frank is now rewriting history by saying he never called for home ownership for all and just wanted people to be able to rent homes. This is a blatant lie. He called for mortgages to be given to low income families. Mortgages, for the challenged, are what people take out when they buy a home, not rent one.

Obama is working on his plan for the upcoming election and that plan is to blame it all on Bush. Obama will try to pin the problems the country has faced over the last nearly two years on Bush even though he [Obama] had fool proof majorities in the House and Senate and failed to get much done. His party is responsible for the high unemployment and though he will try to spin that, the reality is unemployment is much higher than under Bush and is higher than Obama said it would be when the Democrats passed the now failed stimulus package.

Obama tried to pin things on Bush in Virginia and New Jersey and he lost both governors. He tried this tack with Massachusetts and lost a Senate seat held by Democrats for nearly five decades.

Obama got away with blaming Bush for problems right after he took office but at some point people have to look at things and decide that they are now Obama’s issues. That point has been crossed and people are no longer buying the blame Bush mentality. Well, except for the rabid base that thinks Bush is responsible for all the bad in the world.

The sane among us know differently. When the election rolls around the Democrats will have had control of Congress for nearly four years and the White House for nearly two. The Democrats were in charge when things went south and they took complete control and drove things deeper into the abyss. Their years of pandering to people and redistributive policies have caused problems for the economy and our society as a whole.

But Obama will ignore all of this and blame it all on Bush.

What do you expect from a man who claims that his regime thwarted several terrorist attacks when the reality is the attackers were too inept to detonate their devices. The only thing that saved people was blind luck. That is what happens when the most transparent regime fails to provide intelligence information in accordance with the law.

And luck is not proper mission planning.

Not to worry, he can blame that on Bush as well…

Obama Causes Market To Drop 680 Points

The Stock Market Dropped 680 points yesterday and it is Barack Obama’s fault. As a matter of fact, the market has lost quite a bit since November 4th and it is all because of Obama. Obama has been the cause of other bad things as well. Manufacturing is at its lowest in 26 years and Treasury yields have plunged to their lowest ever and this is all Obama’s fault.

I know there are a few moonbats who will say this is not true and that Obama is not even in office yet (though he thinks he is) even though there are plenty who want Bush to move aside and let him in now. Democrats have never been big supporters of the Constitution so this is not a surprise. In any event, Barack Obama has to be to blame for all the bad because the moonbats are giving him credit when things are good (or at least better).

George Stephanopoulos stated that the 17% increase in the market since Obama began announcing his economic team was attributed to The One. The huge gain on the market, Obama’s doing and the report that Black Friday had an increase in spending, you guessed it, Obama is responsible. As an aside, the numbers for Black Friday will not be in until later in the week. The numbers reported were what shoppers said they spent. Like exit polling, it is better to wait for the results than to bank on what people say.

George Stephanopoulos is giving Obama credit when things are looking good so logic dictates that Obama must be responsible when things are bad. But wait, Stephanopoulos is not the only moron in the story.

USA Today reports that the actions of Barack Obama have perked up the market and that his quick actions are a jolt to the economy. I don’t find it hard to believe that Obama could do these things because he is the guy who will stop oceans from rising and will turn back global warming. Obama can feed the multitudes with a few fishes and loaves so it is not hard to believe that he can wave his hands and say the magic words (Hope and Change) and the market will respond. But once again, if he is responsible for the good then he is responsible for the bad.

The bad is that the market has lost more than it has gained since he was elected. The market is down 1476 points since the day after the election and this is all Barack Obama’s fault. It must be because little Georgie and USA Today gave him credit for the good so he is also responsible for the bad. I know that moonbats like to play the game that everything bad is Bush/Republican and everything good is Obama/Democrat but it does not work that way.

There are two choices. Bush is responsible for all of it or Obama is responsible for all of it. Now, since Bush is the President and WILL BE until 20 January at noon, it would only make sense that this is his fault. But since the (ahem) well respected media has made Obama the economy king, then it is up to people like me to ensure you know he is causing bad stuff to happen. The reality is, the policies of the Democrats caused the meltdown and the policies aimed at fixing them are making it worse.

One other piece of unfinished business. I said that Obama would be my president and that I would not act like the morons on the left did toward George Bush and I mean that. I am an American and Obama (who claims to be one but has not proven it) will be the American president so he will be my president but he will never be my leader. His being my president is as far as it goes which is more than I can say about the moonbats’ relationship with Bush. I am not looking for bipartisanship, I don’t want to play together, I don’t want to follow anything Obama wants to do, and I am not ready to make nice. I will not go bananas (like the Kos morons or the idiots at Huffington and her Hollywood nimrods) but I will be here to point out the bad things (like Obama screwing up the market even more). I will be quick to jump up and down on his supporters who give him a pass when he does things that he should not. If I don’t think you would have let Bush slide then I am not going to let you or your leader slide.

I have this take on it. For 7 years the moonbats told us that they supported the troops but not the war. I can play that game because I support my country but not the president of it.

Democrats On Video Covering Up Financial Problems

…While Republicans tired to get tighter control and more regulation.

This video is 8:37 in length and it is worth every second it takes to watch. The Republicans are expressing concern over Fannie and Freddie and the Democrats are telling everyone that there is no problem. They keep saying that nothing is wrong and that all is well. All of them say there is no, nor will there be any, problem.

Watch this video and send a link to every person you know. Let them see just who is to blame for this mess. I watched the Democrats last night and this morning discussing how this is the “Bush Bailout” and how they had nothing to do with the problems. This is patently wrong, as this video demonstrates.

So when Nancy Pelosi says this mess belongs to Republicans and the Democrats have nothing to do with it SHE IS LYING.

Additionally, the Democrats are trying to syphon your tax dollars to support ACORN and other liberal organizations.

Do not let them get away with it. VOTE THEM ALL OUT OF OFFICE.
