PETA says that is going to stage a protest to convince people not to eat chickens. They are going to lie naked inside flower decorated coffins outside the Department of Agriculture in Washington on Wednesday. They want people to know that addiction to poultry could lead to a bird flu pandemic. There, of course, is no scientific evidence that eating a properly cooked chicken will cause you to contract the disease. The lack of scientific evidence is never a prerequisite when activists get together. That is why we have the “Global Warming” debate. Pseudoscience is wonderful for the uneducated.
“Avian influenza is not transmitted through cooked food,” the CDC website specifically says. And it says there is no evidence so far that anyone has become infected after eating “properly cooked poultry or poultry products, even when these foods were contaminated with the H5N1 virus.”
I would imagine that seeing a bunch of aged, naked, activists would be enough to keep you from eating anything so they might just succeed in their mission. I think maybe we should show up and close the coffins. If they want to play dead then we should help them along.
PETA is the same group that wants us to treat animals kindly while they are out killing them and throwing them in dumpsters. The folks at PETA tell us it is cruel to kill and eat animals. They tell us of the torture the animals go through just so we can eat them. Nature, on the other hand, has animals eating each other while they are still alive. We are inhumane for killing them first! The group will give emergency vegetarian rations. I wonder if they realize that vegetables are alive too, and usually when you are eating them. Unless you boil them to death. If only the vegetables could scream PETA folks would all starve to death and leave us alone.

2. A physician’s assistant at a New York hospital is blowing the whistle on the system not reporting adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines. Most physicians and other providers are not reporting reactions in the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) as they are required to do. When Deborah Conrad, PA, started entering the reports for other providers she was admonished by the hospital system and told that she was ONLY allowed to submit reports on her own patients and they needed to be reviewed first. This is one hospital system. How many more are ignoring their legal obligations in order to push the narrative?
3. Right now it is a strike but… A Minnesota hospital shut down its urgent care and emergency room because the nurses have gone on strike. They are trying to get concessions on days off and holidays. That is of concern to them but for my purpose, the result of not having the nurses is what I focus on. Imagine the impact that firing nurses who refuse to get the Covid vaccine will have. It will spread across the nation and affect all hospitals and clinics. Add to the nurses the doctors and support staff and there will be a full blown, Joe Biden induced, crisis. I only hope that politicians and members of their families, including Biden’s, require services that they cannot get because of this. They should be the first to suffer.
4. This is rich. Antifa in Portland did a half million dollars in damage to the downtown area as a result of a riot. The police did nothing to intervene. They cited new laws that prevent them from using any of the non deadly items they have for riots. Since they cannot provide proper riot control they will provide NO riot control. If your business or property was affected you can blame your dem commie politicians who allowed this to happen. Now remember, these Antifa pussies are the people who say all cops are bastards and attack police while screaming to bash the fash (fascist). Well this is really rich here because the riot is the result of the death of one of their members who was struck by a car. Biden likes to talk tough. He said that if he were in high school he would take Trump behind the bleachers (to beat him up). He asked a person questioning his Second Amendment position if he wanted to go out back. He challenged an old overweight guy to a push up contest and he loves to tell his story about Corn Pop who was a bad dude and had some bad boys that Biden allegedly stood up to over a bathing cap or some blah blah stuff.
Turns out when you have secret service agents protecting you around the clock you can make threats and act tough because you really never have to back up your mouth with actions. Facebook is an arm of the federal government that helps Democrat causes. One can be fairly certain that whenever there is some information that the swamp does not want to go to the masses, Facebook and the other social media arms of big government go into action to ensure that information does not see the light of day. Mark Zuckerberg is the only true disinformation campaign on Facebook.
In the past year we have seen labels on posts about Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin, Hunter Biden’s laptop and a myriad of other items that Facebook is told by its partners in government to quash. Now this might lead one to believe that they are only stopping the spread of bad information but that is not true. The items listed above are now being demonstrated as true statements. Of course, this comes after the election to ensure the left and the swamp RINOs can maintain control.
To be clear, Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin work. This was known before the pandemic as Fauci’s people showed it was effective against SARS CoV1. The major reason Fauci said it did not work and to follow the science that he neglected to follow is because if there are effective treatments then Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) cannot be granted for a drug. This would mean Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson would have to go through the regular process to get their drugs approved and that would take years. Fauci and the swamp creatures along with their partners at Facebook can’t allow that to happen when they have a fortune to make in stock in those companies, now can they?
As for Hunter Biden’s laptop, it has been demonstrated that it is indeed his, it was not Russian disinformation and that he (and possibly his father) engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with children and that they have business dealings with other nations that are illegal and leave Joe Biden open to blackmail. This would probably have derailed his campaign so Zuckerberg had to step in to help.
So what about these “Fact” checkers? I recently shared a post questioning the efficacy of masks and lockdowns. Facebook was quick to do the master’s bidding and flag it as false. They proceeded to attach a tag to inform me that:

The link goes to a review of one or two sources that conducted retrospective assessments. They claim that since there are fewer deaths and cases after masking and lockdowns than the computer models predicted then those actions MUST be effective.
This is what passes as science. Obviously they can’t ethically do studies that denies certain people masks or lockdowns (if they wanted them) and possibly expose them to a virus BUT if they are going to look around perhaps they should include many observations. Perhaps they can explain why Switzerland is 45th in the world in deaths per million when they did not have a country wide lockdown and masks were not mandated. However, this too can be misleading because not all countries behaved unilaterally within their own borders. The US is a prime example. We have fifty different states and DC (I will leave out our territories). The way this was handled varies widely among these states and the District.
If Lockdowns and masks are effective or give you a better chance then one would expect to see better numbers in states that had strict measures and high numbers in those that did not. The top three states in the US for deaths per million are New Jersey, York York and Massachusetts and they are states with tough lockdown and mask mandates throughout the pandemic. The states that weigh in above the US average are a mixture of states that did things to differing degrees. Given this data one could just as easily conclude that the lockdowns and mask mandates had no effect on the spread of disease and the associated deaths.
There are plenty of things to look at and conclude one way or the other and that is just what the alleged fact checkers at Facebook do. They look for one study or one instance to use as the basis in fact while ignoring anything to the contrary. These fact checkers have even used such scientific methods as “it is unlikely that it could happen” as the basis for a tag on a post.
What is really going on is that Facebook is using a group of people that receive paychecks from Mark Zuckerberg to come to a predetermined conclusion and mask (pun intended) that process with the words “Independent Fact Checker”. These people are far from independent and they are far from fact checkers. Facebook is not the only one either. The Twitter fact checkers labeled what the Mike Lindell symposium pointed out about elections as false BEFORE the symposium ever started…
In addition to falsely demonstrating that people are incorrect the fact checkers provide ammunition for Facebook to throttle down a person’s feed. They specifically state that continuing to spread false information (but only false if their people say so) can result in your feed being pushed down where others will not see it. They also use the fact checkers as a reason to restrict your account. My account has been restricted twice in the past two weeks and I traced it back to something I shared that they said was false. They say in order to prevent you from spreading disinformation your access to account features has been temporarily restricted.
In any event, if you see one of these tags do not assume that they are actually correct or that something was actually fact checked. I have seen the tags show up nearly instantly when it would have been impossible to look at the post and determine it was false in that amount of time. I maintain a high index of suspicion when I see any of these tags because Facebook and the Nazi running it have demonstrated time and again that they have an agenda and they will silence anyone to advance that agenda. It is also obvious that the agenda is driven by their partners in the swampy federal government.
As for me, I can post here. Mark Zuckerberg has no say at this site. He can’t put tags on this site. He can’t restrict my features of this site and he cannot prohibit me from posting here. Do I have as broad a reach as he? No way and I never will but I have a reach and it is an honest one.

A guy named Steven Strauss wrote an opinion piece in USA Today (the paper whose interns are hired out to Fakebook to “fact check” and flag stories that get their panties in a wad) saying Republicans were really the party of Socialism. He discusses things like farm subsidies and indicates that the reason those subsidies exist is because most farmers are white and vote Republican. He also points out the debunked story that red states take more and blue states give more with regard to federal dollars.
Strauss is a professor someplace and all I can say is I am glad he was never my professor. I encourage you to ensure your children do not have him as a teacher.
This fine fellow discusses farm subsidies. These subsidies have existed in some form since before the turn of the last century and we really in full swing during the Great Depression. This was put in place to keep farms producing and feeding the country during those dire times. Farm subsidies, theoretically, are there to protect farms from drought, disease and many other things that can reduce their production and affect the food supply in the country.
There are, however, many things that should be changed. Farmers in Texas get subsidies for their cotton which is shipped to China and made into cheap clothing by low cost labor and then sold in the US. There are subsidies on corn to either have more or less grown to keep steady price. It is worthy to note that the worry about the food supply is strange when a lot of corn is used to make ethanol for gasoline.
There should be a revision of subsidies to farmers. If they are cut completely that would be fine. I am one for eliminating ALL subsidies in all industries. However, if we eliminate these subsidies the consumer will be at the mercy of the market and economics. In other words, you might pay a huge sum for corn or other farm products if there is a drought or if farmers decide to grow less so that they can reap higher prices. And if we do eliminate the subsidies the government cannot, under any circumstances, tell farmers what they must grow or confiscate their “excess” food for the good of the nation as was done during the Great Depression. I wonder if Strauss is willing to pay more for his food (FWIW I am).
While the farm subsidy program has morphed into something it was not intended to be I think it is ridiculous to call it socialism. But whatever one calls it there is no doubt that the reason it is a mess is because members of Congress fiddle with it. But Strauss must know this is true for every state but with different items. I am sure the federal money that goes to colleges or the student loan program are OK with him. Then again, 95% of those receiving the federal money at colleges are not whites who vote Republican, Strauss’ big argument as to why farmers get subsidies.
Strauss takes exception to the National Flood Insurance Program. That program is run by FEMA and it has insurance companies underwrite policies for people who have homes in flood prone areas. The people who own the property pay the premiums but federal money is used in the program. Up until about 2004 the premiums covered all the costs but several hurricanes placed the program in debt, debt that was partially forgiven by the federal government. Strauss would have these things cancelled because he says progressives THINK that climate change is responsible and people should do things to reverse that and oh, don’t live where it might flood. Most of the debt was the result of STORMS that caused the flooding. Though I am sure Strauss and the rest of his ilk would say hurricanes are caused by climate change there is no evidence of this and denying people insurance because you don’t like where they live is probably a violation of the Constitution. In any event, would he have insurance cancelled or not pay for tornado damage or ice and snowstorm damage? How about earthquake coverage in California (You know, don’t live where earthquakes can happen)? We pay insurance premiums to cover these things. If the NFIP is losing money then do what all insurance companies do, raise the premiums.
Strauss goes on to tell us the fable of red states consuming more federal money than blue states (and the blue ones paying in more). States that are either color have people from the other party in them. Any red state with a huge federal dollar intake for welfare, for example, has that money going to the part of the state where most of the Democrats live. It is like crime, it is concentrated in the parts of states inhabited (and run) by Democrats.
These two (here and here) articles debunk this tired claim and should put an end to the nonsense.
Strauss wants a bigger IRS investigative force to audit wealthy people (he claims Republicans reduced the size of the IRS and it has hurt the enforcement side at the same time scoffing at defund the police efforts) to squeeze more tax dollars out of them. The wealthy pay the most federal income tax in the nation. However, I believe we should eliminate the IRS and while taxes are theft, if we have to pay them we should all pay a flat tax of 10%. It is more complicated than that but a flat tax is a fair tax. That means each and every earner no mater what level of income pays 10%. Joe Biden calls it having skin in the game. And we should not forget that when the wealthy pay less it is because of a law they are following. True tax cheats end up in jail (one of the things they are lookin at for Hunter Biden is if he declared his China income and paid taxes).
Strauss did not scream to end Obamacare (or any other government run health system). They are absolutely Socialist and enslave people to government. How about Social Security? That was a big lefty plan and it has SOCIAL right in the name. The government has used the money it confiscated from us for a slush fund and now wants to tax us more to make up for the malfeasance. Our government would be skewering any private business CEO who did this.
I have long believed that the left and the right were different wings of the same bird. No matter who has power they continue to work with each other and against the citizen. This is why they had such a massive cheating operation. They had to get rid of Trump because he pulled back the curtain. He was showing you all the swamp creatures no matter what party they dwelled in.
The article was written by a person desperate for the Democrats to win the two runoff elections in Georgia. He wrote the piece to counter the claims of Socialism by the Republicans. Those claims are, unlike Strauss’ piece, accurate. The left is driving us toward Socialism and has been pushing us in that direction for more than 100 years.
