Mexican Murderer’s Fate Obscured by Bush

An interesting twist has developed in the death penalty fast lane known as Texas. The former Governor of Texas, George Bush, is trying to block the execution of a Mexican who was sentenced to death for raping and brutally murdering two girls. This is the same Bush who had an express lane to the executioner and who presided over a lot of executions. Not that I think there is anything wrong with a fast lane to ole Sparky. I believe that waiting 20 or 25 years to execute a murderer is way too long so I applaud the Texas method.

What I am amazed at is that George Bush would try to halt the execution of a Mexican killer. Can someone tell me what it is the Mexicans have over George Bush. Do they have pictures of him in a brothel, or smoking crack? He constantly looks out for their interests at the expense of Amercian interests. One only needs to remember the Amnesty fiasco he tried to shove down our throats to know where his allegiance is. Now he is trying to stop the execution of a murderer.

First of all, this is a state matter and the federal folks need to back off. Secondly, the US needs to tell Mexico to take an aeronautical intercourse at a revolving pastry. Mexico has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the murderer and 50 other Mexicans on death row. Why is it the Mexican government gets involved with its citizens who come here and murder but wants nothing to do with them otherwise? So long as Mexico can send these leeches up here to suck the lifeblood out of our economy they are happy. As soon as they commit a crime and are sentenced, the Mexicans want to file a lawsuit. It is amazing that the same people who use our laws to their advantage want to ignore our laws when they get punished.

I have a few ideas that will help out. First of all, instead of voting on the condemnation of Rush Limbaugh, the Congress can vote to condemn Mexico. Then, we can answer Mexico’s lawsuit by filing one of our own for all the money that their citizens have syphoned out of our economy by breaking the law. We can sue them for the money plus interest. That should keep them picking fruit for a very long time to pay the bill.

Another thing we can do is take the Mexicans who have been convicted of murder and execute them. If there is a doubt about evidence in any case they can let that go through appeal but for the ones where there is irrefutable evidence, I say line the bastards up and shoot them. It is not cruel and unusual punishment, they will have died of lead poisoning.

I am getting a little tired of the Mexicans and their candy assed government and its attitude that somehow America owes them something. They should be happy we did not wipe them out and take their country after the Alamo. They should also be happy we are not air dropping Mexican ILLEGALS from airplanes back whence they came.

As for the Mexican consulate and the government officials of Mexico, if one of these girls were my daughter and you helped the murderer, I would hunt you down, chain you to my bumper, and drag you until there was not enough left to fill a taco shell.

I am surprised the people of Texas have not told their former governor to mind his own damned business and then executed these murderers.

And don’t forget the two border agents, American citizens, who are sitting in jail cause they shot an illegal drug smuggler…and Bush was asked to pardon the agents. Ain’t gonna happen. Mexico does hold power over our President. And it’s not right.

Short answer: probably. That or they don’t want Mexicans executing Americans arrested for crimes in Mexico. It might be something legalistic like that. But I’m sure you had considered that already, right? Just like I’m sure you considered our loss in moral standing when we engage in torture and thereby open the door for others to torture Americans.

I’m sure it’s difficult for you to fathom, but “Do what I say, not what I do” isn’t very compelling logic outside of America, which is why our image is in the toilet overseas, even in places where we have traditionally had very strong allies. Funny how that works, isn’t it?

    BD,
I have been going off on this all day. This crime happened in 1993 and now the Mexican Gov. has a problem? I agree I have the bullets and don’t mind pulling the trigger. Lead poison is a good thing in some cases.
Is Mexico going to take these slimes off our hands and reimburse us for their keep for all these years?
I don’t understand how the Hague and ICJ have anything to say about what our states laws are. I want to know what “other American interests” are that have any revelance to this? What the hell is going on. Now in another article I saw that not only Texas but at least about 4 or more other states. I also agree put them all an a transport and drop them on Calderon’s lawn from about 3 miles up.

    Billy Troll,
I have considered this and it makes no difference. If an American goes to Mexico and murders Mexicans then that person will have to deal with their judicial system. But I want you to tell me about the large numbers of Americans roaming around Mexico killing its citizens.

There are 50 Mexicans on death row in Texas for murder. I doubt 50 Mexicans have been murdered by Americans in Mexico in the last 100 years. I have no problem with an American being held accountable for breaking the law in Mexico. Of course, Mexicans and the country of Mexico reoutinely break the law and expect to get away with it. I have a piece of advice, never get sick there. They will flag your passport, do unnecessary tests, and hold you captive until every penny you have is gone. They don’t seem to be concerned we might do that. Oh wait, we give them free health care…

As for torture. I don’t call keeping someone awake, or making it cold or hot torture. It all depends upon what acts are defined as torture. I do not worry about what other countries will do because whether we torture or not they still will. Vietnam tortured and murdered our POWs and the bastards in Iraq cut people’s heads off. They cut the hearts out of our soldiers, cut their penises off and stuck them in their mouths and they hacked them up and removed their heads.

So don’t tell me about torture and what the enemy might do. My advice to all soldiers fight to the death because they will hack you up regardless. They torture and they cut people to pieces because that is how the followers of the child molester are.

You might have a point about response though. Maybe the word of how the enemy treats its prisoners is the reason our troops shoot real fast rather than wait to see if the people are friendly. If they wait they might get captured which is certain death for our guys.

Funny you mention crimes committed by Americans in Mexico. I don’t know to be honest and I’m not finding much info online so I don’t have much to offer in that department. Maybe most of the Americans are retirees living on their fixed income in Mexico because medical care and pharmaceuticals are too expensive in the US and it’s cheaper in general to live there? Elderly people are probably less likely to kill so there very well may be a ‘deficit’ in murders.

On a more interesting note, since you arbitrarily limited your wondering about Americans killing Mexicans to the past 100 years, I thought it might be interesting to see what happened more than 100 years ago, which lead me to the Mexican-American war, when the US annexed nearly 1/2 of Mexico’s national territory or 500,000 sq. miles.

Wikipedia included the amusing information below about the war. Sound familiar? They sound to me like the degenerate fantasies of your average right wing blogger. Say, irtexas44 or Mild Bill or Texas Fred or your run-of-the-mill Minuteman wannabe-type, if left to their own devices:

Although 13,000 U.S. soldiers died during the course of the Mexican-American War, only about 1,700 were killed in combat. Ninety percent died of disease, such as yellow fever. Mexican casualties are estimated at 25,000.

On the American side, the war was fought by regulars and the volunteers, with the majority of atrocities being committed by volunteers. U.S. soldiers’ memoirs describe cases of scalping innocent civilians, the rape and murder of women, the murder of children, the burning of homes, and the desecrating of Catholic religious objects and buildings. One officer’s diary records:

“We reached Burrita about 5 pm, many of the Louisiana volunteers were there, a lawless drunken rabble. They had driven away the inhabitants, taken possession of their houses, and were emulating each other in making beasts of themselves.[15]

John L. O’Sullivan, a vocal proponent of Manifest Destiny, later recollected:

“The regulars regarded the volunteers with importance and contempt… [The volunteers] robbed Mexicans of their cattle and corn, stole their fences for firewood, got drunk, and killed several inoffensive inhabitants of the town in the streets.”

I voted for Bush twice, as he had me fooled. I thought voting for a dead republican would be better than a living democrat. I was wrong. Bush is ruining this country with his idiotic relationship with Mexico. The illegals are spinning this country into bankruptcy, down the drain. Bush has something going on with Mexico that we don’t know about. I can’t help but think it could be that he has Mexicans in his own family and it may be as simple as that since he is such a simple man. His brother Jeb is, if I’m not mistaken, married to a mexican woman. Anyway it’s clear to me we need a third party that is not nutty and will do the things the majority of the people in this country want and be the country we were when it was started as a country, long ago. Politicians are always saying this and that is unconstitutional whenever they disagree with something but when they agree with something, even if it is unconstitutional, that’s okay with them. We need a third party and we need to clean house in the next election and also clean the senate out as soon as possible. These people, along with the goofballs we keep electing president are simply ruining this country with all of their political correctnes and the like. We pay way too much in taxes and we let corporate greed rule over our lives. Let’s smarten up and build a fence the length of the mexican and canadian borders and enforce the border control by our military.

Billie Joe is smoking something pretty strong when he takes up the side of Mexico against the U.S. because we weren’t around more than a hundred years ago and if you want to right the wrongs of the past, you better not forget the American Indians that were screwed over more than any other group I can think of. We have to deal with the problems of our day and not of the distant past, Billie boy. We American citizens are the next group of people to be screwed over and are being, as of this very minute. It’s getting later but it’s still not too late to do something about it. I suggest Billie and people that think like him, go and live in Mexico and do whatever they can to help the poor people in that country that are stuck there and can’t make it here illegally.God knows our elected officials are helping them all they can here.

It is very stupid to argue about this subject. Not all Mexicans go around killing people so you should not put all your hatred towards on ethnicity. The truth is that presidents pardon people that have committed outrages violation against society and we feel it is not fair. It is okay to be upset for something that we feel it is not fair but it is not okay to be ignorant.

This country is composed of many different backgrounds and unfortunately unless you are a Native Indian someone in your family came from another country. Yes, people do take advantage of some of the services provided in this country but many of the same people are dying at war for your freedom. Did you hear in the news that less African Americans are willing to go to war? Who do you think is going to war for your country????

  10. Big Dog says:

    N,
It is not stupid to argue about a topic if you were able to stop following the lead of those who are pushing for amnesty and pay attention.

Some of my ancestors were native American but others came from other countries but the came here LEGALLY. This seems to tbe the point that so many people dismiss. I am not against LEGAL immigration. I am against people who come here ILLEGALLY.

These people who came here ILLEGALLY are not fighting for my country and the ones who come here LEGALLY and join the service get a fast track to citizenship.

Pay attention and you will better comprehend.
