Brett Kavanaugh has been going through a beating on his way to confirmation to the Supreme Court. Democrats, who think people nominated by presidents of their party should be treated with the most respect, savaged Kavanaugh so much so that Kameltoe Harris and Corey Booger made absolute fools of themselves.
All that did not work so the Democrats pulled out a golden oldie from their playbook. They found a woman to accuse Kavanaugh of sexual impropriety. The alleged misconduct took place nearly four decades ago in a place and at a time she could not remember. She also cannot remember how she got to the party. They only thing she remembers is that a 17 year old high school student named Brett Kavanaugh attacked her and tried to rape her.
This is BS. She might have been attacked but it was not by Kavanaugh. The woman claims she wanted to remain anonymous but retained a lawyer and took a polygraph in August. That does not seem like the actions of someone looking for anonymity.
Kavanaugh and two other boys named or identified by the woman have all stated that it did not take place or that they were not at a party like the one described. This matters not to Democrats who have trotted this woman out to stall the process. Let us not forget that this party trots out women ALL THE TIME. Every time there is a Republican candidate or nominee they do not like they find some woman to make claims of sexual impropriety. This is a no brainer and still Democrats, you know the folks with no brains, are acting as if this shady allegation is rock solid with audio and video to back it up.
Bill Clinton left a blue dress and a number of women gave credible accounts (with witnesses to the aftermath) of Bill’s attacks on them. Hillary, who says Kavanaough’s accuser deserves the benefit of the doubt, organized a war room to deal with Bill’s “bimbo eruptions” and ruined any woman who dared to lay claim to an assault by him. Keith Ellison, a Democrat, assaulted several girlfriends. One of them released medical and psychological records to prove she reported it and there are 911 audio recordings not to mention it being witnessed by her son. Democrats have remained silent on Ellison.
Democrats do not care about women. This is all about politics. Dianne Feinstein has had the letter written by the accuser since July. She could have addressed it with Kavanaugh and the committee then. She could have turned it over. She could have done a number of things. She claims the writer wanted to remain anonymous so of course DiFi started leaking info about her after the hearings for Kavanaugh’s confirmation closed. It was not long before she was identified and politicians and the drones of the left were up in arms. They had to address this.
So there is supposed to be another hearing on Monday but the accuser says she will not be there. She is demanding an FBI investigation before she appears. The FBI has no jurisdiction and has refused to investigate. The reality is she has received her instructions from the Dems. She must do whatever she can to get things delayed. It is possible she does not want to be under oath because she might get tripped up.
Kavanaugh will be confirmed unless some spineless Republican(s) decide not to vote for him. If that happens we should unload on them the next time they are up for reelection. Kavanaugh is a fine man and is not guilty of what he has been accused.
Let’s move on and get him confirmed. If the Democrats delay again have the vote without them. If this woman is found out to be lying put her in jail and put anyone who conspired with her in jail as well.
As for DiFi, she should be drummed out of the Senate. She is a worthless brain dead moron who should be in a nursing home babbling in a corner.
How long before they piss off the wrong part of the country enough to get a response? They won’t like it when that happens.
BTW, it is time to harass the hell out of every Democrat you know or who serves in office. And when they get one for President we owe that person as much hell as we can unleash.
Time to end the BS.

Surprise! California Won’t Have Enough Doctors

Anyone who paid attention during the Obamacare debate knows that we cannot add millions of people to the health care rolls with the same amount of health care providers and expect there to be enough providers. It is also common sense that waiting times will be longer and that people will be denied some care due to lack of resources (personnel and supplies).
California is indicating that there will not be enough physicians to cover all the people who will begin getting health care under Obamacare. The state is trying to take measures to allow physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners to do things that fall under the scope of a medical doctor. This will most certainly add to the cost of Obamacare.
Nancy Pelosi said we had to pass the bill to find out what was in it. That is at least partly true as new things, bad things, appear every day but some of this was evident from the start.
[note]Gun grabbers will be disheartened to learn that Obamacare places restrictions on doctors regarding asking about firearms and forbids the government keeping a database of gun owners.[/note]
Oops.
California will be hit with a double whammy as the government allows illegal aliens to receive health care (Joe Wilson was right when he said Obama lied) and further increases the patient to health care provider ratio. Californians will be in a world of hurt as untold numbers of people are unable to find a doctor for their free health care plan…
Not to worry though. It looks like Texas Governor Rick Perry is trying to help California reduce the number of people in the state who will be on the health care rolls. Perry is working hard to get companies in California to relocate to Texas where taxes are not as burdensome and the cost of living is lower. If he succeeds perhaps many workers will follow their companies to Texas and remove some of California’s burden.
Personally, I don’t really care how many people go without and I don’t care how many who thought their health care was free get sucked into paying huge amounts of money or huge fines.
They voted for it and the moron who gave it to us so let them live with that decision.
As for California, to hell with it.

Can’t Top This For Ridiculous

Juneteenth, a celebration of the news that the slaves had been freed by President Lincoln, (a Republican), is a Texas Holiday, because that’s the date (June 19) that the news first reached Galveston by ship. In reality, the slaves had been freed earlier, but news travels slowly when you do not have “twitter”. Still, this has been a Texas holiday, at least until recently when other states signed on to honor that day. Exactly why they did this is unclear, as the news of freedom probably got to their state at a different time. One might think they would wish to celebrate their own, unique day, but for some, this wasn’t possible.
This wasn’t possible because they weren’t states at the time, and for some, were not even part of the United States territory at that time. Still, they wanted an additional holiday where they could barbeque, and lay around also, hence the adoption of the holiday.
The ONE state where I never thought this holiday would appear was Alaska- sure, it’s a little bigger than Texas, but it has had about as little to do with the War Between the States as, well, Hawaii. In addition, it is about as far from Texas as can possibly be.
Apparently not far enough to keep some people from being miffed about an apparent lack of respect regarding this holiday in Alaska. It seems as if Sarah Palin dissed the Black Community in Alaska (honest- I did not know there was one), by omitting the proclamation of Juneteenth in 2007- kind of behind the times, aren’t we?
Still, this is all in a day’s “Ethics Complaints” from the left regarding Sarah Palin. This pattern has become ridiculous- Sarah scares the snot out of Liberals, whether she runs or not, they just can’t get her off their minds.
ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit against Gov. Sarah Palin asked a judge on Friday to declare that she broke state law two years ago when she failed to issue a proclamation for a celebration commemorating the freeing of U.S. slaves.
Plaintiffs also sought a retroactive proclamation for the 2007 Juneteenth celebration from Palin, or — with her July 26 resignation looming — from the governor’s office, said Gregory Charles Royal, a Washington, D.C., musician, who filed the suit in March.
“You just can’t ignore laws,” he said.
The Alaska Legislature had passed a measure directing the governor to issue a proclamation to commemorate Juneteenth, which marks June 19, 1865, when Union soldiers arrived in Texas and announced the end of slavery. Several other states also officially commemorate Juneteenth.

I still have a problem understanding just why other states should observe what should quite rightly be Texas’ own holiday alone. The only explanation can see is another day to be lazy. I say, get your own day- we have ours, discover yours. And what’s up with someone from Washington D.C. filing the complaint- this isn’t harassment, is it? Oh, that could never happen, could it? Well, in a word- yes.
Enough with the phony “ethics complaints” against Sarah Palin- you keep it up, you will generate sympathy for her, and next thing you know, she’s making the laws. Wow- just think; come on, really dwell on that scenario.
Will the actors and actresses emigrate en masse to France? Will the Liberals commit suicide like Jim Jones followers? Will all the adherents of the New Age lifestyle gather in the desert, waiting for a ride?
One can only hope. Still, the Liberals froth at the mouth over an error two years old- how picayune they are.
Margaret Paton-Walsh, an assistant attorney general, said no deadline was missed because the plaintiffs did not properly serve all the correct state entities initially.
Paton-Walsh also said the proclamation was not issued in 2007 because of a clerical error.
“This slipped through the cracks and it’s my understanding that the governor is going to issue the 2007 proclamation,” she said. “A very big deal is being made out of a very small clerical error.”
Royal said the oversight had a significant impact on a Juneteenth festival in Anchorage that year because it lacked the governor’s recognition, likely discouraging community and vendor involvement.
“As a result of the proclamation not being issued, some suffered financial loss,” he said.
The case originally was filed in Washington in March and was later transferred to the U.S. District Court of Alaska after adding Eagle River resident Kim Chatman as a plaintiff.
Chatman also has filed an ethics complaint against Palin. That complaint, which is among the few still active, alleges Palin is misusing the governor’s office for personal gain by securing unwarranted benefits and receiving improper gifts through a legal defense fund.
The fund was set up by supporters to help Palin pay off debts stemming from multiple ethics complaints against the governor. Palin said she owes more than $500,000 in legal fees. Most of the complaints have been dismissed.

Apparently this is the true death by a thousand paper cuts- and these are the same “enlightened” people who oppose waterboarding- how unenlightened they are, how hypocritical. If it actually cost anything to file these bogus complaints, there would be far fewer of them.
I propose that if a complaint is dismissed without merit, the person filing the complaint should have to pay ALL court costs and attorney’s fees- perhaps that should slow the flow of these ridiculous suits liberals file. Now THAT would be justice, and justice should win out in this fight.
And give Texas back our holiday- you go get your own.

Clinton: Obama is Establishment Man

This is rich. Hillary Clinton was hoping for the endorsement of the largest union in Nevada but it went to Obama so Bill Clinton says it shows Obama is an establishment man. This is just too funny to be true. If Hillary had picked up the endorsement Bill would have been saying that the workers recognized her commitment to the working class folks who make America what it is. Hillary has other endorsements and some of them are from unions so does this also make her an “establishment” woman?
Clinton also had a few other interesting comments while speaking about his contractual spouse.
Bill Clinton said he talked with many of the 60,000-member Culinary Union’s rank-and-file who intend to ignore the endorsement and vote for his wife.
“In this case the establishment organization is with him and the insurgents are with her.” USA Today
It is interesting that Bill would make a big deal out of the fact that a few people he talked to in the Culinary Union are voting for Hillary. This happens all the time. If a candidate gets an endorsement from a union some members vote for another person. Bill acts like this is a big deal, as if any union that endorses Hillary has 100% of its members vote for her. I also doubt his claim that he spoke with “many” of the members given that there are 60,000 of them. It is also interesting that the insurgents are voting for Hillary. I believe we can make that claim world wide. The terrorists would certainly side with a candidate with a familial history of selling out our country. It is also interesting that he took a swipe at the union leadership in this fashion. The leadership of a union never bothered him when he was getting their endorsements.
I wonder if any of the MSM will ask Bill if Hillary is an establishment candidate because of any of the endorsements she holds or any she might receive. This could be a double edged sword. If Hillary gets the nomination this union is certain to endorse her because she is a Democrat. Then she will be the establishment candidate and we have Bill’s words to verify that claim.
The Clintons are sellers of snake oil and they will say or do anything to get back in the White House. Bill Clinton feels he owes Hillary the dedication after he embarrassed their family and since they had a lifelong pledge to help each other become president. Hillary, for her part, believes she is entitled to the presidency and that Obama should wait his turn as if people in America get turns at the office. All this talk of Hillary being the candidate of the people is pure BS. She is on a power trip and a quest to make this country a bastion of socialism.
Hillary Clinton has a dismal record. She has done very little as a Senator and she did very little as the US First Lady and the First lady of Arkansas. All this blather about helping kids or some other program is a smoke screen. She has no record that is worthy of the presidency and she acknowledges this by refusing to release her records from the time she was in the White House. Bill’s claim that she is able to work with republicans is hollow when one considers that she could not do that with health care. She even had Democrats who did not support her plan.
Yes, Hillary has been in the Senate, her gift for enduring an adulterer rapist husband. Let’s face it, she would not have been in the public’s eye if it were not for the fact that she slept with the president and she would not have won the Senate seat in New York if her husband had not had sex with an intern. Her stints as First Lady (of Arkansas and the US) were the result of her marriage so any accomplishments she has, and there are very few, are the result of her marriage of convenience.
Hillary will lose Nevada. She is Satan.
