You Can’t Have It Both Ways By John Kerry

John Kerry, the traitorous war criminal, was at an anti-war rally (what else is new? Old habits die hard) with Hillary Clinton and in this rally Kerry, who is proposing that we remove all our troops from Iraq by year’s end, said this:

Kerry, who was widely criticized as the party’s standard-bearer in 2004 for being too cautious in his criticism of the war, said Tuesday that politicians “cannot have it both ways.”

This is from the man who tried to have it both ways on every issue. Voted for then against, was a hero in Vietnam, then protested Vietnam, then was a war hero again as a candidate, threw his medals then they were not really his, and will release his military records and then he won’t but then he will and on and on.

John Kerry tries to have it both ways in every thing he does. He has turned up his anti war rhetoric because he is gearing up for another run at the White House and he is trying to paint Hillary in a bad light. Kerry is a triter and he should have been jailed during the Vietnam war. One thing is for certain, he never should have been allowed to hold public office.

As for Hillary, while Kerry was telling everyone that politicians could not have it both ways, was having it both ways. She is trying so hard to appear in the middle but not tick off her base too badly that she says stupid things:

“I do not think it is a smart strategy, either, for the president to continue with his open-ended commitment, which I think does not put enough pressure on the new Iraqi government”
~snip~
“Nor do I think it is smart strategy to set a date certain. I do not agree that that is in the best interests”

So she tried to have it both ways. It is not smart to set an exit date but we can not have an open ended commitment (which means no set exit date). This woman is a snake oil saleswoman if there ever was one. I imagine that with all the flipping around that goes on between Kerry and Clinton they could each be an entire debate team and take all sides of every issue. The sad thing is they can say all these things and keep a straight face, never crack a smile and not laugh. The sadder thing is there are people who, while they booed her, do not have the mental capacity to see these things.

I have to say that I would welcome those two beating each other up in a primary race. The only problem is they might join as a team if one of them wins the nomination….
