White House Launches Propaganda On OTV

ABC News Reports that the White House has started its own reporting service and that it excluded the MSM from an event that was later shown on the new service dubbed OTV by ABC. The University of Connecticut Woman’s Basketball Team was received at the White House to honor them for winning the National Championship and then they went to the basketball court where Obama shot hoops with them.

The MSM were not allowed to go in and could only hear occasional cheering from the other side of the bushes. However, the entire event was captured on video and published by the White House which uses the picture of the White House as a logo (what is it with this guy and logos?). In the early part of the ceremony Obama shows off a bracelet he got from the team that signifies the fight against cancer. A noble cause to be sure but when he said he had a bracelet I could not help but think back to the childish display he put on in the debates. Ohh, me too, me too. I’ve got a bracelet.

We have a media in this country and it is free. They have a Constitutional freedom and history shows that, for the most part, they have been the watchdogs over politicians. Admittedly they are in the tank for Obama and they have not tried to hide their devotion to him. This makes it very curious that Obama would have his own people capturing events. It would not seem so strange if the MSM were not excluded but excluding them makes it look like he is a third world dictator with his own state sponsored media.

Obama is a buddy of Hugo Chavez who is a man that has his own media and has attacked and shut down any media critical of him. The police just raided the only opposition broadcasting company in Venezuela. Dictators shut down the opposition and have their own propaganda machine.

Obama shut out the MSM and had his own “media” record the event.

Obama is a Socialist and he likes the way the elite in Socialist countries live. He was emulating them way back when he was a community rabble rouser and now he is an elitist leader who is moving us toward Socialism.

He will have the Obama Army of jack booted thugs that will be as strong as the military when they are up and running and now he has his own media. I know that is redundant because the MSM is a wing of the Democratic Party. Of course some of them are hacked off at being pushed aside.

The term useful idiots comes to mind.

My advice, join the resistance.

I want my OTV
I want my OTV
I want my OTV

I want to know if he is going to have every championship team at the White House to play their particular sport with and have private time with. I’d love to see him put on some pads and a helmet to play some football with the Gators. I can understand him wanting to have a few minutes alone to congratulate them, but he leads a very public life. If people want to sit back and watch him get his butt handed to him by a female basketball team, they should be allowed to see that. OTV will only show what is approved where as different view points can be seen if all press were allowed in. Socialism at its best.

  2. Blake says:

The man is acting like he is king, what with Michelle booking private concerts for the minstrels and jesters on the left, so they might perform for the pleasure of the “king”. The trouble is that this guy feels entitled to these perks and more- he is a spoiled child who couldn’t last a second in the real world, a wussy. Same for his thugs- all posture and no substance.
He is a third world dictator trapped in a president’s trappings, and this makes him schizoid because he is basically insecure. e would probably say his inner child was uncomfortable with the fact that he is jug-eared- I think that he is just deaf to the fact that, up ’til OTV, the mainstream media thought they were O’s darlings.
The MSM will turn on Skinny B though, while OTV probably will not.

    Republican cry babies:

News flash. Obama is president elected with a firm majority that is questioned only by you tin foil hat wearing cry babies. His support is practically static averaged over his term in office so far.

Yet, you sore loser 25% tea bagging fringe Americans can’t get over this so you continue to spread lies that Obama is a dictator forming a jack boot army and has visions of being king. Right.

I knew that if Obama won you folks would be unhinged but I never dreamt it would be this ridiculous and embarrassing to watch. You’re like that family at the store with the kid that wants the candy and is kicking and screaming and throwing a fit because he or she is not getting it.

The rest of us Americans are just trying to pretend we don’t see the fit but it’s hard to ignore the ruckus you’re making. We just keep hoping you’ll grow up soon and start being an actual opposition party instead of the kid without the candy.

There’s not enough tinfoil in the world to make hats for each of you. I should have bought stock the day after Obama and his Democrats kicked your joke of a party back to the stone age.

    Blake:

You think I’m insecure for needing to lean on legitimate sources to back my arguments so I don’t really think you’re in a position to question whether the POTUS is “basically insecure.”

ADAM: “Obama is president elected with a firm majority…”>>

      DAR
Let me back that up a little. The country voted for Obama by such a margin that he could have spotted McCain California AND New York and he still would have won.

And these guys think if only… McCain would have been more to the right.

“…the political numbers that are truly striking. Obama has a 66 percent approval rating, which is the highest this poll has recorded, while the GOP’s favorability is at 31 percent, the lowest the poll has recorded in 25 years of asking the question. Arguably more remarkable still is that, asked whether Obama or the GOP Congress would be more likely to make “the right decisions about the nation’s economy,” respondents broke for Obama 63 percent to 20 percent. That means that even within the 31 percent rump that holds a positive view of the GOP, at least a third trust Obama’s instincts on the economy equally or more. And why shouldn’t they? Despite Rush Limbaugh’s best efforts just 2 percent of respondents blame Obama for the state of the economy, compared to 33 percent who blame George W. Bush.”

Adam is right , we Republicans are cry babies.
Not as whiny as the Democrats who lost Two no wait 2 Presidential elections and cried that the Elections were “stolen” . I’m sorry , did we Republicans send in Nazi Activists to block voters and harass anyone who they thought might have voted “The Wrong Way”? Did the Republican victor apologize to the world because our men died to fight the spread of Nazis and Japs to dominate the world? I’m again sorry that we liberated Kuwait from the Dictator Saddam Hussein who by the way went to grab the OIL , not to “free ” the people from genocide.
Yes Adam , your view of the world is much clearer do to your God …er… Allah given stupidity and ignorance. Open your eyes you left wing radical before even you are considered even to conservative and have to be sent to a death camp created by the B.O. in the white house and fueled by the bodies of American Patriots.
Those who ignore history are “DAMNED” not just Destined, to repeat it,

    • Blake says:

Of course I am in a position to question that liberal puke. Adam- HE WORKS FOR ME- or at least he lies when he claims that, and he darn sure isn’t doing anything I approve of.
We are unhinged, Adam? ur site doesn’t censor differing opinions like your uber lib Daily Kos sites do. Who is the Facist here?
Ahh- are you intimate with teabagging Adam? From the tenor of your comments I would assume so- 25%? Really? I’m afraid not, but as we see with the 4.6 TRILLION dollar deficit, when Barry says he is cutting it in half, is it a LIE, or just that he really doesn’t know math?
Which is it, you teabag lover?

      • Adam says:

Yes, you are unhinged. You are comparing a president elected by a huge majority to a dictator and a king. Get real. Only a bunch of complete sore losers could look at the last election and compare it to the 2000 election.

My Daily Kos sites? What are you even talking about?

Really in absolute honesty I said “teabagging” not in the sexual slang at all but it obviously struck a nerve with you and Big Dog which is hilarious and pathetic. Grow up.

        • Blake says:

Me grow up? Truly a laugh, Adam- and it was not a huge majority- you libs will try and spin anything.
Perhaps you said teabagging because you wanted to be one with all the other dishonest libs who say it, like the protozoic Garofalo, and olber douche. OOOOh- we are one! Congrats, Adam, it is true- you ARE just as dumb as they are.
You can retire now, you have reached your Peter Principle moment.

    • Blake says:

You speak as if you are channelling Olbermun in an enema-induced delirium- no arguments, just lib rant- Dog is right- you are just like that skank Garofalo. I think we can safely ignore you- you have nothing to contribute to the discussion, but look on the bright side, Adam- I will continue to pray for your soul.

  4. Big Dog says:

    Adam,
You were a moron for 8 years. You and your unhinged left wing snot nosed punks were unhinged and you have the nerve to say anything.

Here ia newsflash for you little boy, the tea bagging comment puts you on par with Garafolo and is worthy of a punch in the mouth.

I use to have a little respect for you and your beliefs. Now it is clear that you are a hate mongering puke of a punk kid who has no idea what life is like without your hand in someone else’s pocket and that you feel the best way to attack the opposition is to use sexual innuendo to demean them in a manner such that Olberdouche would do it.

I thought you were above that.

As for the jackboots, never heard you complain when the left called Bush a Nazi and said his jackboots were out in force. You added to that debate by agreeing. Bush never had a civilian defense force.

No problem though, if they form I will be part of the opposition. I might just mistake you for one of them…

Obama has high numbers. They are artificially inflated by the media hype and the devotion that moron liberals have to ensuring he is successful no matter what he does.

As for tin foil, how would you like me to come strategically place that foil where you keep your head?

Unhinged? Screw you. You and the puke liberals were unhinged for 8 years and now you want to play nice. Go die somewhere jackass.

    • Adam says:

Punch in the face? Tin foil where? Right. The threats of physical violence come out when I call you on your piss ant cry baby end of the world attitude toward losing the election and watching your party go down in flames. Keep on kicking and crying and trying to get your candy. It’s not going to work…

      • Big Dog says:

Adam, if you are able to point out a threat do so. I think I said your words were worthy of a punch in the mouth.

I also asked if you would like me to come and place the foil.

Neither of those was a threat.

Adam, if I ever intended to do violence to you I would not announce it. I would just come get you and the truth is, you would never know what hit you.

So rest assured you are safe from me and also rest assured that you fabricated the threat issue. Then again, I already showed you could not comprehend reading very well.

My end of the world attitude? How about how you and the pussies on the left acted for the last 8 years. You people are bed wetting, thumb sucking twits whose parents should have had the common decency to abort you.

I only hope you never get your wife pregnant so you will not infest the world with another liberal.

        • Adam says:

I won’t deny that liberals have been unhinged and will be again. I just find it hilarious that you spent 8 years calling liberals on the same kind of BS you are now neck deep in. The difference now is that yours is coming over a president elected by a large margin, with strong support in both personal and policy opinions so far. You sit around here acting like you aren’t on the fringe in your opinion of Obama. You are on the fringe and you need to realize that. We don’t have to agree, I just want to see something other than tinfoil hat conspiracy behind your hate for Obama. Saying he’s a nazi and a foreign born dicatator is just crazy talk that is above the intelligence level you show through your writing ability and your work history.

  5. Barbara says:

Oh Adam, why don’t you grow up? You are such a wimp and Obama doesn’t care about you. He uses people and then casts them aside. Just wait and see.

  6. hdrk05 says:

I knew if O won Adam would be so far up his A$$ he could see the latest meal coming.

  7. Adam says:

And again for the record I have no problem with conservatives opposing Obama. That’s your job. We have a fundamental disagreement over policies among other things.

What I will continue to mock you for is this crybaby BS you are vomiting out about Obama being a dictator, suggesting he’s not American, that he hates the country, that he wants to be king, that he is going to have a Nazi army stronger than the military, etc.

It’s hilarious and it’s the dumbest bunch of crap I’ve ever seen and if you don’t expect me to make fun of you and call you unhinged for believing it then you’re sadly mistaken.

    • Blake says:

No Adam, but it is true Barry is attempting to subvert the intent of the Constitution, because he cannot afford to have any independence shown by the states, so he does end- arounds on the rights of the Constitution. The new version of the “fairness doctrine” comes to mind in its attempts to silence talk radio.
How come Liberal talk radio never works? Is it because there’s nothing worth hearing?

    • Blake says:

I do believe Barry thinks he is really great, and yes, I do believe he hates this country AS IS, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he tried to get a “security farce” of goons- he is just that stupid.
If he was to come here, I wouldn’t let him on my property. I get to choose who I hang with, and he doesn’t cut it.

  8. Big Dog says:

    Right Adam.

You and your idiot friends discussed how Bush would reinstate the draft (enough to make any coward cry), how he would take social security and medicare away, how he would take abortions away, how he would stop free speech, how he would…

You people were vile and stupid.

Now you have a thug from the hood in the WH who has stated he wants a civilian force as strong as the military (what for), he has demonstrated his hatred for white people in his book, he has studied socialism and followed socialists and now he is doing socialist things.

If you are a socialist you are against personal freedom and if you are against freedom you hate America. Like the ACLU.

You had to know when you used tea baggers exactly what it would mean. If you did not then you are an absolute moron because this has been the subject of discussion since the retarded liberals in the media played the game. You had to know that it was wrong.

If you absolutely feel you meant something different then you now know how people feel when they say “Oh boy it is hot” and Jesse Jackson shows up to protest the word boy.

However, I think you knew it.

Yes, you have problems with people opposing Obama. When legitimate concerns were pointed out during the campaign all you could do was call people racists and say that they hated people with brown skin.

So stop with the BS, you will criticize anything said against YOUR messiah.

Can you prove he is a citizen?

    • Adam says:

Liberals only made fun of the term tea bagging after YOUR SIDE used it with a straight face. Only after being made fun of do you pretend it is our fault for mocking you. Get real.

You may think I knew it, but now you’re just calling me a liar to suggest otherwise, something you know I’ve never done and never will do. I have no reason to lie and nothing to hide and you know that so let’s just drop it.

      • Adam says:

And by drop it I mean just the teabagging conversation. If you want we can keep on bicking over who is more unhinged: anti-Obama Republicans or anti-Bush Democrats…

      • Big Dog says:

To say you are having a tea party (that is what they were called) was turned into a tea bag party by childish liberals in the media.

        Garafolo is a skanky CU*T.

Maybe we should have a big tag team wrestling match. Conservatives against liberals. Whoever wins gets the country.

I want Garofolo in a death match.

  9. Big Dog says:

Look man, I don’t care how many people voted for him. Just because everyone else is doing it does not mean I have to do it. I know you would jump off the bridge if the others did but I would not.

Chavez and Saddam Hussein receive 98% of the votes but their leadership leaves a lot to be desired.

Obama got 52.7% of the vote and Bush got 50.7%. Obama had 69 mil and Bush 62 mil and 10 million more people voted (many blacks who had never voted before) and add in the illegals and dead people as well.

Point is, he did not win as huge of a margin as you make it to be when 3 or 4% went to someone else. A lot of people stayed home because they did not want to vote for either of them.

In reality, it does not matter. Bush won twice and you folks called him illegitimate. Now you call us crazy because a birth certificate would be nice.

If they ever release it and he is not a citizen they should execute him and anyone involved and anyone who defended him should never be allowed to vote again.

Adam, I am making observations. You don’t like to see him criticized and you claim my writing is somehow harsh.

Then you hang out at meathead’s site and write nasty things about people and you read the stuff he writes and you never tell him that he is above that. Is it because you agree so it is OK?

    • Adam says:

Again you are spread fabrications about the elections to make it seem closer than it was.

The 2000 election swung on Florida where there were documented issues. The 2004 election swung on Ohio where again there were documented issues.

The 2008 election didn’t swing on anything. You could give McCain EVERY state Obama won by less than 10% and McCain still would have lost. There are documented issues and questions about the 2008 election but there is absolutely NO question that Obama won a majority of electoral college votes.

You can keep on telling yourself otherwise but you’re just kidding yourself.

      • a mother says:

2000’s documented issues were because the dems didn’t like the idea of a rep winning over the southern tip so they demanded a recount. Thanks to the snow birds who can’t see or drive, if the hole wasnn’t punched through all the way, it was thrown out and because that took so much time, ALL the absentee ballots were thrown out. That means that every single person from those districts who is abroad serving their country in one way or another had no say in the outcome because the WHINY, LIBERAL democats wanted a recount. STFU Adam and realize that you were the ones who whined about a misscount MADE BY MACHINES and we are the ones “whining” about lies spread by someone who swore to be one of the people.

      • Blake says:

The 2000 election was Bush’s because Gore couldn’t even win his own state- if he had been able to do that, game over. What a weak t*t.

    • Adam says:

Right, I’m just a bad guy because I hang out with a guy who’s not afraid to hand you your ass for the things you say and do? I don’t feel like I need to approach arguments the way that meathead does but that doesn’t mean I think he’s wrong to call you out.

You know your argument is weaker than dishwater when you are reduced to quoting Wikipedia.

        • Adam says:

I’m not sure exactly why you don’t think Wikipedia is a good enough source. I know you like to go from the heart, common sense and all, but Wikipedia has things called citations that link to actual sources like any good researched topic does. Take their content with a grain of salt of course but follow their citations.

        • Adam says:

Forgive my double negative. I think I do that a lot…

        • a mother says:

Wiki isn’t even allowed by high school teachers for papers because anyone can write anything they want on there. Just because it has citations doesn’t mean it’s right. Look at some of Darrel’s posts. He cites his comments quite frequently but more often than not, the link are to the feyfreethinkers website (which might have citations to other websites, but why would I want to hit up 5 or 6 different sites to get to the source?).

      • Darrel says:

What Chavez’s election numbers were is a rather mundane claim that anyone can check. No one tries to refute this probably because they know the claim is correct. Or they tried and failed, so we get mindless wiki bashing instead.

The article I referenced has 62 linked footnotes. The references for the claims are provided, and standard (New York Review of Books, Reuters, Carter Center).

        D.

  10. Big Dog says:

It has been shown that Bush won over and over. Gore only wanted some places recounted so he would win. The MSM deliberately called the race for Gore when the panhandle was still voting (different time zone) because Bush was in the lead and that area is heavily conservative. People went home and did not vote. It was done to hurt Bush. Military votes NOT counted. Again, who does it hurt?

2008. What problems in Ohio? People claimed to be harassed. Not proven. No matter how it was counted, Bush won.

Granted, Obama won by a lot of votes but don’t over estimate what he did. It was not a big deal when you look at how many people did not vote because they did not like McCain and refused to vote for Obama. His win was not that significant and that will bear out in 2010.

If I were in Congress I would introduce a bill enacting the a mandatory 10 year sentence for voter fraud. If ACORN registers a phony, the one who did it gets 10 years. If he was ordered to, the guy who ordered it gets 10. Same with voting more than once.

There was fraud this time as well. The MSM will never report it because their chosen candidate won. If McCain had won there would be never ending stories. Sort of like in 2000 and 2004. Guys like Michael Moore would be making claims, unfounded but made none the less.

    • Darrel says:

I’ll just unpack the first two sentences:

BIGD: It has been shown that Bush won over and over.>>

      DAR
      Actually no. Consider:

      ***
[A] consortium [Tribune Co., owner of the Times; Associated Press; CNN; the New York Times; the Palm Beach Post; the St. Petersburg Times; the Wall Street Journal; and the Washington Post] hired the NORC [National Opinion Research Center, a nonpartisan research organization affiliated with the University of Chicago] to view each untallied ballot and gather information about how it was marked. The media organizations then used computers to sort and tabulate votes, based on varying scenarios that had been raised during the post-election scramble in Florida. Under any standard that tabulated all disputed votes statewide, Mr. Gore erased Mr. Bush’s advantage and emerged with a tiny lead that ranged from 42 to 171 votes.
–Donald Lambro, “Recount Provides No Firm Answers,” Washington Times, November 12, 2001.

BIGD: Gore only wanted some places recounted so he would win.>>

      DAR
      Not true either:

“The review found that the result would have been different if every canvassing board in every county had examined every undervote, a situation that no election or court authority had ordered. Gore had called for such a statewide manual recount if Bush would agree, but Bush rejected the idea and there was no mechanism in place to conduct one.”
–Martin Merzer, “Review of Ballots Finds Bush’s Win Would Have Endured Manual Recount,” Miami Herald, April 4, 2001

      http://www.michaelmoore.com/books-films/f911reader/index.php?id=16

The nice thing about Michael is he is so good at backing up nearly every claim in his movies with a reference.

      • Big Dog says:

No MM uses half truths and outright lies. He cuts and pastes interviews and he is a sleaze. He uses his own version to back stuff up. There are about 50 factual errors in F9/11. He also spliced two Heston speeches together to make it look like one. He takes stuff out if it does not agree with his POV and he splices stuff so it will. The Washington POST states:

In all likelihood, George W. Bush still would have won Florida and the presidency last year if either of two limited recounts — one requested by Al Gore, the other ordered by the Florida Supreme Court — had been completed, according to a study commissioned by The Washington Post and other news organizations.

Later on Gore indicated he wanted an entire state recount but early on in the process it was different:

In Gore’s case, the decision to ask for recounts in four counties rather than seek a statewide recount ultimately had far greater impact. But in the chaos of the early days of the recount battle, when Gore needed additional votes as quickly as possible and recounts in the four heavily Democratic counties offered him that possibility, that was not so obvious.

Now, if the military vote had not been discarded and if the MSM had not deliberately called the election for Gore while the polls were still open then Bush would have won handily. Exit polls showed him on top and this is why the MSM called it for Gore early. It made people who were in line go home.

Also, there was no real standard for seeing what voter intent was. A dimple, a break, a hang, it was all BS. Then we had claims the ballot was difficult to read and people were deceived. Here are old people who can play 50 Bingo cards at a time and they can’t read a ballot.

        Come on.

        • Darrel says:

Let’s get something straight. Meathead never hands me my a$$. His entire method involves calling me a coward and a liar. He cherry picks something and calls people a liar. The funny thing is when you do that to him he says he did not lie and then calls you a coward.

He is worthless and when he dies I will throw a party.

He attributed things to me that I did not write (as did his gnomes). I could have called him a liar, or coward but I know people make mistakes.

Especially those who are so blinded by their hatred they are unable to see clearly.

Meathead has never handed me my a$$. He makes claims and cites some source. If you cite an alternate source he calls you a liar. His entire method of discussion is name calling and browbeating. He is compensating for the little penis that he has and the fact that he had sex with his mother.

He cannot help it. He is a moron. I don’t visit much. I could show up and write Hi Meathead, how are you and he would call me a liar and a coward. He has been shown wrong and a liar a number of times but that does not stop him.

With you and Darrel we can debate even when it gets heated. With meathead there is no debate. It looks like this:

    coward,
    liar
    liar
    coward

It doesn’t matter who won or lost, it’s a matter of whether the election was in question and the victor credible or not. The margin of victory in 2008 should silence all rational critics, but of course your side is full of irrational people who think that ACORN’s faulty registrations added up to enough actual fraudulent votes to swing an election or that the magical and unmeasurable stay at home vote takes away the legitimacy of Obama.

You are a bunch of sore losers only without any reasonable doubt on your sides. I’m just going to keep making fun of that as long as possible and if that makes you mad enough to fantasize about me letting you put shiny objects up my ass then I guess that’s a small price to pay.

When you say “enough actual fraudulent votes” this almost suggests that they have more than one. That’s far too kind.

There isn’t any evidence of that.

The ACORN issue is a complete fraud and a phoney from top to bottom. See the roast here:

Just the other day Glen Beck’s show tried to sandbag Barney Frank with some anti-ACORN nonsense. Frank, being smarter than the average bear, had his way with the guy, as follows:

      ***
Frank: As you know, the Bush administration, every year of the eight years of the Bush administration gave them well over a million dollars for housing counseling, and nobody has shown me any sign that any of that federal money was misspent. You know, I think people are being somewhat unfair to President Bush and his secretaries of HUD who consistently funded ACORN for, as I said, for a total of about 14 million dollars during the Bush years. If someone has evidence that the money that President Bush made available was misspent — that’s what I have jurisdiction over, I don’t have jurisdiction over election activities by another ACORN organization — but if anyone has any evidence, and no one has sent it to me yet, that the Bush administration ignored the misspending of that $14 million, I’ll look into it.

Griff: Yes, sir, but would you hold hearings or an investigation …?

Frank: I think you’re being very unfair to President Bush.”

As if Barney Frank cares about Bush (and not just the president). Frank was complicit in the housing collapse and he lied about that. He is using the “no one has any allegations” excuse and saying Bush funded them. CONGRESS funded them. Bush signed the bil and he may or may not have known it was in there. Remember, they add crap all the time. It is not like Bush handed out the money. He signed a bill from CONGRESS who handed out the money.

ACORN has plenty of criminal activity going on. We should not be in the business of funding them or any other organization like them.

LOTS of crime with them. Fraud.

And Adam was running around with his hands flailing about Florida screaming about Republican fraud and disenfranchising people in jail and blacks who were afraid to vote because a cop car was there. Adam called it intimidation. He never considered that maybe the cop went to vote. Or that one of the Black Panther thugs was intimidating voters. Oh wait, that was in PA and they were Obama supporters. You see, he dismissed that as a lot of ado about nothing. A Cop is intimidation, a thug brother is no concern.

I don’t have issues like that where I live because people here are civilized. We are not a bunch of gang bangers from the Philly hood who live on drugs and welfare, an Obama demographic…

I know republicans like to pass around this story, but it’s true. Better to be honest.

          Observe:

          ***
“Throughout the election season, supporters of Republican candidates portrayed ACORN’s submission of invalid voter registration applications as widespread vote fraud. Republican presidential candidate John McCain claimed in the last presidential debate that ACORN was “on the verge of maybe perpetrating one of the greatest frauds in voter history in this country, maybe destroying the fabric of democracy.” Factcheck.org called the claim “breathtakingly inaccurate”.[50] In October 2008, Sen. McCain’s campaign released a Web-based advertisement claiming ACORN was responsible for “massive voter fraud”, a point repeated in the final presidential debate. The ads also claimed that home loan programs ACORN promoted were partly responsible for the sub-prime mortgage crisis. Both claims were found to be exaggerated and inaccurate.[51]”

We will never know about ACORN because your libs have put a lid on any investigation that might have shown whether or not something did/ did not happen. Why the coverup?
What scares John Conyers (other than the people investigating him for corruption, I mean) about ACORN?

Gayboy Frank turning the question back on Bush did not even come close to any answer, just a deflection, and he probably thought he was being clever, but the facts are that it was the dems that gave them that money- slipping the appropriations past Bush in an earmark, just as the AIG bonuses got past Skinny B, so Franks lied, didn’t he?
Franks may be smarter than a bear but he is a dumb human.

  14. Big Dog says:

The margin of victory does not make a candidate credible.

    • Adam says:

I know this is not reaching you through your thick stubborn skull but it’s pretty simple.

Margin doesn’t make a candidate credible, but the margin of victory makes the win credible. You have to make HUGE illogical leaps to conclude Obama didn’t win the election fair and square (which many on your side have suggested hilariously). Whoever you blame for Florida that is not the debate. The debate is simply that when the election is incredibly close then election problems hold more weight and it fuels concerns about the legitimacy of the POTUS. That is why it is not the same at all to compare 2008 to 2004 or 2000 and it has nothing to do with the fact that a Dem won finally.

My point in all this is simply that yes liberals were unhinged many times but what is your excuse for being unhinged?

You can’t say the election was unfair so you question whether or not Obama was eligible to run to start with.

You can’t deny that Obama kicked McCain’s butt so you say that in an election with a record number of voters that Obama only won because people on your side were so chickenshit that they sat out the election and nullified their right to complain with any credibility.

You can’t say Obama is unpopular or a failure so you call him a dictator with visions of being a king.

Whether or not you have legitimate beefs with the administration when you bring these sorry, weak arguments you still come off looking like big time sore losers without a factual foundation for your arguments against the man.

      • Big Dog says:

Adam, I never said it was not a credible win. What I have said in the past is that you guys cried about irregularity when you thought it occurred and you lost but ignored irregularity when your guy won by claiming the MOV was enough that it did not matter. Fraud is fraud regardless of how it affected the outcome and you are either in favor of it or not.

I believe your side was the ones (and you were with them) talking about King George. He had high popularity at the beginning and you all demonized him.

You lump me with those who think Obama did not have a legitimate win. I have said before he won convincingly and the only thing I think about legitimacy is whether he is a citizen, which has yet to be proven despite the claims it has.

Lumping me with those who claim that he did not win fairly is misleading and deceptive. It would be like me associating you with people on your side who claim 9/11 was an inside job. Their claims are not your claims.

It is you who is having trouble getting things through your head. Every time I criticize the guy your defense it that my claims are not legitimate. He can do anything in your eyes and it is OK. Fine.

In a year or two I will be able to say I told you so.

As for facts, they come from all places and we could all come up with links that show one side or another. I voice my opinion and though there is no requirement other than citizenship to be able to do so I think I more than paid for the right to do that. More so than those who have never given back but who have those same rights because of people like me.

So, if voicing my opinion about the guy is wrong then I shall be wrong.

As for Wiki, I think I said it was a OK to cite but that it was based upon people’s opinions. Yes, they have citations but many are from places that agree with the text rather than the actuality.

Go to the Obama page and write down something he did bad and cite it and it will be gone in a few minutes. Wiki gives more information but it is not the be all, end all.

Moore splices things to present them out of context. That is not honest reporting.

There are plenty of sources showing the errors in F9/11. I am sure you are also an expert at films but there are plenty of people who point out how Moore cherry picks to prove a point.

Very good stuff int he book about him (the title escapes me at the moment).

    • Darrel says:

I have had many of the supposed errors put forward to me. You claim there are about “50 factual errors” in this movie. I have investigated many of these claims, yet have not seen one that can withstand scrutiny. All lies passed around by gullible people with an agenda and a lack of interest in finding out the truth of the matter. Very easy to debunk.
