Russia will not vote to impose sanctions on Iran without positive proof they are using their nuclear program to make weapons:
Russia would approve sanctions on Iran only if it saw hard evidence that Tehran’s nuclear program was not peaceful, Itar-Tass news agency quoted a foreign ministry spokesman as saying on Friday.
I hope, for their sake, that first proof is not a nuclear missile landing in Red Square. But that would be proof…….
