Different countries report different things as a death. For instance, a child born prematurely in certain countries is left to die and not considered as a death. In the US we try to save that child and report it as a death if it dies. We have higher survival rates for most diseases and we have the highest standard of living in the world. You can use statistics to prove anything. So explain why so may foreigners come tot his country. Explain why this is the place that they want to come to most and many will risk their lives to get here. If all the other countries are so great then go there. I have no fear because I do not intend to follow whatever rules are mandated for health care. I do not intend to pay fines or go to jail and I will have the health care I need.
