Update on VA’s Droopy Pants Law

Late this afternoon, the Virginia Senate decided to drop the proposed bill to fine those with low-riding pants. The Senate cited local pressure, as well as national and international embarrassment. It’s good to see democracy in action. You still have to wonder: “What were they thinking?”
