Tigers Prefer Taste of Moonbats

A tiger escaped from a zoo in San Francisco and killed one man and injured two others before police were able to shoot it and put it out of its misery. The three men were minding their own business when the tiger appeared and decided to have one of them for lunch. I imagine the moonbats did not perceive the tiger as a threat and that if they only reasoned with it, all would be well. This is how I think the conversation might have gone:
Moonbat 1: Here it is, another Holiday Season, and Chimpy McBush still has troops in Iraq in his illegal war. There was no threat to us and he used his doctrine of preemptive strike to upset the entire Muslim world. We cannot bring democracy to a region that does not want it.
Moonbat 2: If only we would have tried diplomacy and talked to Hussein we could have seen that he was no threat and we would not be in this war that costs billions of dollars and instead used that money for AIDS research and on paying for services for illegal immigrants.
Moonbat 3: Look, a tiger. Now most neocons would see this tiger as a threat. But if we are nice to it then it will not hurt us. Here kitty kitty. Listen to him purr, Ahhhhhhh my arm!
Moonbat 1: Oh God, the tiger is eating Stefan. (sounds of screaming and tiger chewing).
Moonbat 2: Call the police. We need a gun, who has a gun? Oh man, Ahhh.
Police show up and kill the tiger. One moonbat dead and two injured.
If this had happened in Texas the conversation would have been:
Texan 1: Look at that damned tiger. Where’d he come from?
Texan 2: I don’t know but call the cops. I’ll shoot the damned thing if it gets close.
Texan 3: Here he comes. (blam, blam, blam, blam, blam, blam [reloading sounds] blam, blam, blam).
Texan 1: He’s dead. Thank God we shot him before he attacked anyone. Who wants the head for his den wall?
Texan 2: Good thing we are allowed to carry guns. I would hate to see what would have happened if this had been San Francisco.
The lesson: Sometimes preemptive strikes are good and people are only safe if they are armed.

How utterly Christian of you, making light of the death of a seventeen year old kid. I guess you assume its ok because he was probably a liberal, and you hate them. This kid wasn’t even old enough to vote. I am beginning to think you are neither a Christian or a Conservative, just a hate-filled bully. You know there are liberal thinking people over in Iraq and Afghanistan right now fighting in the US Military. How do you feel about them? Do you hate them too? Does it make you smile when they get killed or maimed?
I guess my question to you is: Is it more important to you to generalize and hate a person with liberal views than for you to practice the actual tenet’s of Christianity or Conservatism.

No Robert, Big Dog has put a false label on individual victims of a terrible incident and proceeded to bash their character. That is the whole problem with blogs such as this. They are simplistic. They assume people belong to one group or another, and that one group is superior to the other. It’s called a fallacy in reasoning. Just because a person has views that differ from yours, you (and big dog) label them as liberals so you can feel superior to them.
I guess I need to be more specific about my last post. Here is an example. My brother served eight years in the Marine Corps. He did two tours in Iraq including the initial invasion. He ended his second enlistment this year at the rank of Staff Sgt. He is well liked be the people that worked under him, and continues to get support in the form of letters of recommendations and such from his old superiors. He has a wife and kids. He is a strong advocate for gun control and believes that while there need to be reforms, social programs should exist to help less fortunate citizens of the US. He has also developed quite the anti-Iraq war sentiment. My question again. Do you hate him? Would you find it amusing if you found out he was injured in Iraq?
BD hasn’t said anything about the actual victim of the incident, only made light of the pathetic morons who make up the more vocal inhabitants of the region. My brother lives there, and I assure you that he is no liberal crackmonkey, so it’s the general attitude of the area that is being poked fun at, not the individuals who may not meet those criteria. Those who are not “libtards” in CA are laughing right along with the rest of us. It’s only those who resemble those remarks who are offended by them. And BD’s joke (copied, with attribution, from another site, because it was actually funny) is correct in its simplicity, since all good jokes are simple. Who would laugh at a complicated joke? Maybe someone dumb enough to vote for Klinton? Twice?
When I was in Iraq, there was one guy I knew who was a lefty. He got busted taking and selling steroids, then ratted out everyone in his unit who he thought might also be participating in this illegal activity to try to cover himself. Since he was a fobbit (“one who stays on the Forward Operating Base, or FOB, and does not venture out into the actual war”), he was safe enough to be able to keep his liberal whining up over there. Those of us who did leave the wire and interacted with the locals in many ways (I spoke with mayors and governors and generals and ate dinner in the homes of simple citizens) discovered how much we really did for the inhabitants, and how much we were respected by the majority of the people, the exceptions being rather the violent and vocal minority there as they are (democrazis) here.
