The Side of Dogs Vick Couldn’t See

Dog Kiss

She is pregnant, he had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire. When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest. A photographer from the Charlotte , North Carolina newspaper, noticed her in the distance looking at the fireman. He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do. As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies and kissed him just as the photographer snapped this photograph.

Vick needs to go to the big house and then to the poor house. I am ashamed that he is waving the “I got Jesus” routine that so many of these sorry public officials say when they get caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

Vick, you go directly to jail, you don’t pass go and you do not collect $2– dollars. Vick you don’t receive a get out jail card and you should not take the Lord’s name in vane.

I love animals and believe they are capable of some amazing things (more than Vick and a lot of other people — but I digress). I don’t care what the story is behind this picture – I think it’s beautiful. I think Vick’s entire financial worth should be invested in no-kill shelters and animal sanctuaries where he is forced to work (for free, of course) after he serves his time in jail. I think that’s WJWD.

I agree with Schatz, animals are very able to give credit when it due. The dog most likely either smelled he when he pass her or she saw him when he was in there. Or she wanted to thank one of the people she saw. What ever reason she wanted to kiss one of the humans that she believed helped her.

As far as Vick, he shouldn’t be allowed around any animals ever. With some of the things I’ve read I think putting him in a dog pit with some thing rubbed on him for a smell then let his good trained dogs loose on him. That’s fair.
