Obama voted against the BAIPA law in the IL state legislature that requires abortionists to provide medical treatment for these unfortunate victims. He would have them lay there and die an agonizing death all in the name of 'choice' for women? He's a nutcase. Either he did NOT fully read the legislation, in which case I don't want him as a sloppy president, or he found it more appealing to hang on to the shirttails of Dick Durbin, his Illinois buddy in the senate, another scary senator. Obama truly is a consummate actor, and half the people here in Illinois know this.
