Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/does-obama-support-this-guy-too/.

A man from Idaho named Oscar Ramiro Ortega is in a world of trouble after he fired a weapon at the White House. Barack Obama and his family were not there at the time and ballistic glass prevented any penetration but that does not negate the seriousness of the act. Ortega is being charged with attempted assassination though I think that might be hard to prove. All he has to do is claim he knew Obama was not there (Obama’s travels are in the news) and there can be no intent shown with regard to assassination.

Let me stop here to make it clear. I DO NOT support what this guy did or any act that involves shooting Obama or any other elected person. That is not the proper way to handle things and those kinds of things are not appropriate.

Ortega has been linked to the Occupy DC group, part of the entire Occupy movement which might explain why he was quickly labeled as mentally unstable. Can’t have a left wing radical doing things against the left wing radical Obama.

The question is, since Obama follows Saul Alinsky’s tenets (the ends justify the means) and since he has wholeheartedly supported the Occupy movement, does he support what this guy did?

We already know Obama has no problem with people using violence to get what they want so long as what they want is part of the progressive agenda. Obama is friends with US terrorist Bill Ayers who killed police officers and detonated bombs in this country as part of the progressive movement in the 60s. I know Obama was only a child at that time but one can tell a lot about a person by the company he keeps and Obama kept company with a terrorist. Obama has thrown his support behind the Occupy movement even though they have been committing horrific crimes, vandalizing property and attacking police.

So does Obama support what Ortega did?

Ortega was expressing himself in a manner that is consistent with the Occupy movement, Alinsky and Ayers, all of which Obama supports.

I imagine they charged this guy with the attempted assassination and will push to say he is insane (he might well be) in order to hide him away somewhere to make it easier for the State Run Media to ignore it.

The funny thing about all this is that the Media wing of the Democrat party keeps telling us that the Occupy folks are no different than the TEA Party. Really now? How many TEA Party members ever shot at anyone, politician or otherwise? NONE!

As an aside, how many TEA Party events had public health officials concerned about the spread of disease? Again, NONE!

I am not in support of the act committed by Ortega. I do find it ironic that he is a left wing whack job who committed an act that Big Sis at DHS said would come from right wing extremists.

The only things that would make this story (the association, not the act) sweeter is if Ortega was an illegal alien and the gun he used was traced back to Fast and Furious.

Now that would be funny indeed.

Never surrender, never submit.

Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/liberals-and-dependence/.

Liberals are raised to depend on government. This is how they think and feel about everything. Labor unions, government workers, college students, and any number of other groups have liberals in them who think that everything should be provided by the government. While temporary measures to help people are a worthy goal, the liberals among us start to become dependent and demand that things be made permanent.

They want the nanny state to take care of them.

This is often hidden in demands for their “rights” that are not actually rights. They will tell you they have a right to a job, a living wage, no cost health care, endless unemployment, public housing, big pensions, and any other item they can get the government to take from the producers in society and give to them. It is almost always couched as a right.

The government is willing to oblige and creates programs for all people because the government wants people to depend on it. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and welfare are government programs that were established to enslave people. The government requires people to participate (in some of them) and then uses the programs to threaten and scare people. Vote for me or the other guy will take your [fill in the blank]. You old people will be eating cat food if you vote for so and so because he will take your Social Security.

These programs have created groups of people who have become dependent on the government and now cannot live on their own. They will live and die at the whim of government.

The problem is that these programs have become so ingrained and have been touted as rights for so long that people fight hard to keep them and oppose any change. They do this even when faced with the reality that these programs cannot be sustained. They do it because they have become dependent.

This mentality is evident in the Occupy crowd currently infesting cities around the country.

In Southern California several street cart vendors found this out the hard way. A coffee cart vendor and a hot dog vendor are both located at the same place as the San Diego Occupiers, Civic Center Plaza.

They started out by giving coffee and hot dogs to the Occupiers at no cost. Then they stopped that practice and the Occupiers turned on them. The Occupiers threw body fluids (blood and urine) on the vendor’s carts.

Those carts will need to be cleaned or replaced because of the attack by the Occupiers. The vendors have also received death threats.

This is what happens when someone does something out of the goodness of their hearts. The liberals believe that the gesture is an entitlement and attacks when that “right” is taken away. These parasites have no more claim to the coffee and hot dogs that belong to the vendors than they do to the money that belongs to the taxpayers.

No one in the TEA Party has done anything like this and yet, Democrats and liberals around the country stand with the Occupiers and support what they are doing.

Why not? Hell, liberals think that they are entitled to your stuff and those in elected office are no different.

It is time to evict the Occupiers.

As for you vendor types who think you are doing a good thing by giving your stuff to them, I have a piece of advice that comes from the zoo.

DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS

Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/god-bless-the-unruly-protesters/.

Nancy Pelosi has nothing but praise for the astro-turf Wall Street protests and the folks participating in them. She has favored their actions by saying; “God bless them.”

“The message of the protesters is a message for the establishment everyplace,” said the House Democrats’ leader. “No longer will the recklessness of some on Wall Street cause massive joblessness on Main Street.” The Weekly Standard

The former Speaker of the House has nothing but praise for the people who are breaking the law and committing acts of violence in an attempt to steal money from the wealthy in a Socialist redistribution scheme. The protesters, like Pelosi (as seen in her statement), blame Wall Street and the wealthy for the economic downturn despite the fact that this all started as a result of a burst housing bubble which was the result of Democrat policies. The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) forced banks to lend money to people who could not afford to pay it back just so they too could buy a home. The government sponsored entities of Fannie and Freddie bought up a bunch of the mortgages that had been bundled together. They ended up being worthless and the bubble burst.

This all occurred as the Bush Administration tried on more than a dozen occasions to reign in these entities and what they were doing. Democrats, including Barney Frank, defended Fannie and Freddie as financially sound and said they were in no trouble at all. Frank was sleeping with the guy in charge of one of those entities so he might not have been unbiased. Regardless, these Democrats allowed this to happen and now blame it on Wall Street.

The protesters are causing trouble and breaking the law and Pelosi has nothing but praise for them. She thinks it is great that people are out to collapse our system and force redistribution of wealth.

This is the same Nancy Pelosi who called TEA Party protesters un-American. Yes, the TEA Party folks are peaceful, have broken NO laws, have not destroyed property, and have cleaned up every place they have gathered but that is un-American to Pelosi. In addition, there has been NO violence caused by TEA Party protesters.

Pelosi called these folks un-American while she praises those who are violent law breakers. To her, the astro-turf Wall Street flash mobs and their spin offs across the country are American heroes.

This shows you what America is to Pelosi and the rest of the Socialists. Those who follow the laws, assemble according to their First Amendment rights and peacefully protest larger, out of control government are un-American while those who trash the place, fight with the police, commit acts of vandalism and engage in violence are to be blessed by God.

The left is engaging in violence and the politicians and their liberal supporters in the media and Hollywood are encouraging those acts. The people in these mobs are taking their cues from their political leaders who want the disruption and violence. It gives them a new crisis they cannot let go to waste.

These people are going to be very sorry if they bring their violence to main street America where Bible and gun clingers who have no tolerance for such stuff reside.

The National Guard put an end to this kind of mob violence in an incident at Kent State a very long time ago. It is time for the police to exert such force on those who commit acts of violence in the name of Pelosi (and Obama) and her Socialist agenda. That would put an end to the madness.

If these folks want to protest peacefully then they have the right to do so. When they cross that line they need to be smacked down and they need to be smacked down hard.

Remember this ladies and gentlemen, if this gets even more out of control and the police or others get hurt or killed, Nancy Pelosi gave them her blessing. If they cause mayhem they do so with the approval of Nancy Pelosi and others who astro-turfed this and are encouraging it (Michael Moore, Alec Baldwin, etc).

It is time to make these people live according to the rules and the laws. If they refuse then they need to be smacked down.

And Pelosi needs to be held accountable for giving them her blessing (and by extension, her permission) to act like animals.

Two other points. Obama’s rhetoric could spark violence and his people are protesting the entities that gave a lot of money to him in 2008.

Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.
Have you heard about the hundreds arrested? Have you heard about these spin off riots, ahem, protests in other cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, and Seattle?

Of course you haven’t because the TEA Party folks are not the ones rioting around the nation. It is a bunch of left wing, give us your money because we deserve it types who think that wealthy people should have to give their money to everyone else. It is those folks who take taxpayer money from the government after it is taken from us by force.

The leeches on the left are starting to ramp up the intensity and are taking the cue Michael Moore gave them. They decided that they would rather resort to causing trouble because they feel entitled to YOUR money.

The next liberals talk badly about the TEA Party ask them to name a time when hundreds of TEA Party members were arrested for civil disturbance. Hell, ask them to point out one time that it happened. No, the TEA Party is peaceful, welcomes all, leaves wherever they go cleaner than when they arrived and obeys the laws.

The left and its media wing will make villains out of TEA Party members and ignore the real thugs, those on the left.

But those of us who are honest about it know the truth.

UPDATE: That fat pig Roseanne Barr wants to behead the wealthy who won’t give up their money. She thinks we should bring back the guillotine for the worst among us. She should be careful. Those who wanted that during the French Revolution ended up being beheaded themselves…

Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/hollywood-libs-and-the-things-they-say/.

It would be nice if the liberals who are in the world of entertainment would stick to what they are paid to do and quit making fools of themselves by saying moronic things. We have plenty of wealthy actors telling us the wealthy should pay more taxes and they would be happy to do so and all the while they have accountants working to keep their tax burden low. They could all write checks to the government but for some reason, they don’t.

The latest liberal lunacy from the world of entertainment comes to us from Michael Moore and Morgan Freeman.

Moore is always talking about peace and how we should not be at war but he is OK with violence against the “man” if things are not going the way he likes. Moore has no problem with liberals attacking and harassing people on Wall Street and he certainly is not opposed to liberals who protest people like George W Bush even when those folks carry signs calling for Bush’s assassination.

But Moore had some advice for his fellow rich people and that is they can only build walls so high and that people are going to deal with them. He says it should be non violent for now. Moore is saying to let the political process take care of things but if they are not how people want then violence is OK. If people take to the streets or do something crazy will the left blame Moore for his veiled threat?

Then we have child molester Morgan Freeman. This whack job thinks the TEA Party is all about a bunch of racists who can’t stand a black man being in the White House. It does not occur to him that perhaps the people are opposed to Obama’s policies. No, they just have to be racists because they oppose Obama. What were the people of color who opposed Bush? I say people who were opposed to his policies and you can bet that is what Freeman would say. Let people oppose a black politician and it must be racism.

It is amazing a guy whose name is Free-Man would throw in the race card.

Who is Freeman to question the motives or moral position of people in the TEA Party? Freeman is dating his 27 year old step granddaughter and has been for 10 years. It is reported that he was having a physical relationship with her when she was 17 and that makes him a child molester. Rumor has it they are getting married.

How creepy is that?

Perhaps Freeman dropped his TEA Party attack in order to take the heat off himself. I would gladly allow most any member of the TEA Party around my daughter. Freeman, not at all.

Just another day in the land of entertainment. Liberals acting moronic with veiled threats of violence and child molestation.

And these people think we should listen to them.

Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/obama-is-not-the-speech-police-sort-of/.

When Congresswoman Giffords was shot by a crazed left winger Obama made a speech where he said we had to be civil. We owed it to the victims. Obama’s words basically said that tough talk was responsible for violence. The left went nuts and blamed Sarah Palin and others because of things like maps with bull’s eyes on them. Obama made metaphors and violence a cause and effect issue.

At a time when our discourse has become so sharply polarized, at a time when we are far too eager to lay the blame for all that ails the world at the feet of those who think differently than we do,” the President said at the time, “it’s important for us to pause for a moment and make sure that we are talking with each other in a way that heals, not a way that wounds.”

If this tragedy prompts reflection and debate, as it should, let’s make sure it’s worthy of those we have lost,” Obama said. “Let’s make sure it’s not on the usual plane of politics and point scoring and pettiness that drifts away with the next news cycle. 630 WMAL

When the left was trying to pin this on tough talk from the right Obama was the speech police. Reminding us to be civil and to have debate that is worthy of those who were lost.

Now, of course, Obama is not the speech police. White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer said that Obama will not be drawn into a “gotcha game” over comments made by Teamster’s President Jimmy Hoffa. Of course, Obama did not weight in on the uncivil talk of Maxine Waters, Andre Carson and Joe Biden, all of whom were extremely uncivil.

The left claims that this is just talk and Hoffa was only talking about voting people out. Does that matter? Palin’s map with the bull’s eyes was only a map to show targeted districts where people needed to VOTE a person out of office. That fact, that Palin’s map was about votes, did not stop the left from trying to pin the violence on her. To top it off, she used a map that was invented by a Democrat.

So, just to be clear, Obama is not the speech police except when he is. To make it easier, he polices speech when it comes from the right (or more accurately, when he can blame something on the right) and does not police speech when it comes from the left.

Keep in mind, the subject or context of the speech is not an important issue. The left has continually ignored the intent or context of right wing speech and TEA Party signs in order to point fingers. The issue, according to their standards, is speech that is uncivil could incite violence.

And it looks like the Hoffa speech incited some union violence. Longshoremen took guards hostage and committed acts of violence but were not charged. These guys even threatened police officers with bats. A few well placed shots would have taken care of this but again, NO charges were filed.

Hoffa incited that violence. But he does not have to worry, Obama will not be the speech police (of the left).

Cave Canem!
Never surrender, never submit.
Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/be-careful-when-you-draw-first-blood/.

In the movie First Blood, John Rambo (played by Sylvester Stallone), was a Vietnam veteran who was harassed by a small town sheriff and mayhem ensued. When Rambo’s old commander shows up and communicates with him, Rambo explains that they drew first blood. John was telling his former commander that he did not start the fight and was fighting back because of that.

Representative Michael Capuano, a Democrat from union heavy Massachusetts, told union members that they needed to get bloody in their battle.

“I’m proud to be here with people who understand that it’s more than just sending an email to get you going,” Capuano said, according to the Statehouse News. “Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary.” The Hill

One would think that the way the media went nuts over a map with cross hairs on it (that Sarah Palin used) and the call for civility by Barack Obama, the media would be all over this. Who am I kidding though, the same media ignored all the Nazi, Hitler, and cross hair signs in Wisconsin.

No doubt because Democrat supporters were the ones carrying them. If it had been a Tea Party rally the media would still be talking about it.

But I digress.

Capuano has issued an apology stating that he wished he had chosen better words. Too late because the damage has been done. The union thugs have their marching orders and there will, no doubt, be thuggery in the future.

Before the union thugs and their partners in the Democrat Party decide to get bloody in the streets they should remember John Rambo’s words, “they drew first blood…”

They would also do well to remember what happened when Rambo decided to retaliate and draw a little blood himself.

Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/did-hate-speech-inspire-these-left-wing-lunatics/.

Almost immediately after the shooting in Tuscon the left wing liberal echo chamber was reverberating the story that Sarah Palin and the right wing were responsible for the violence. The fact that nothing was known about the shooter did not keep them from making false claims. They continued this for a week until they got push back and they saw polls showing that America was not buying it.

They also quieted down when it was discovered that the shooter paid little attention to politics but leaned to the left. It also did not help that the left’s mouthpiece sheriff turned out to be negligent in that his department had multiple contacts with the lunatic shooter and ignored the violent threats from him. They could have had him evaluated and if he was diagnosed with a mental disorder he could not have bought a gun. A liberal sheriff neglected his duty and people died.

The left wants us to believe that all the violence that is perpetrated is from the right. The only major bit of violence I am aware of with regard to a person who claimed to be protecting the Constitution was McVeigh. I was challenged with a list of so called violence which included imagined threats and people “inciting” violence or incidents against Democrats (and their offices) in which no one was caught but the left assumed it had to be a right winger. It was weak at best though it was at least a half hearted attempt to counter my claim that all the violence has come from the left. Clearly I should have avoided the absolute word “all” and stated a more accurate claim and that is most of the violence has come from the left. Just about (if not) all of the US presidential assassinations and attempted assassinations have been perpetrated by people on the left.

The so called violent right wing talk the left claims incites these things pales in comparison to the threats of violence and violent talk coming from the left. I don’t recall any right wing people saying that they wanted to shoot everyone who did not believe the same thing as they (James Cameron and global warming deniers). I do not recall any right wing politician saying he wanted to line a candidate form the opposing party up against a wall and shoot him. I do not recall Rush, Beck, Hannity or any others doing this or ever calling for violence against others. Plenty of left wing commentators do though.

Here is a list of the 7 violent left wingers that the liberals want us to forget about. They are fairly recent and they are violent but I do not believe that harsh talk by the left caused them to commit (or threaten) acts of violence. They did it because they are violent people.

But they are left wing lunatics who committed violence and whose acts were never blamed on the violent talk of the left. The right knows they are responsible for their own actions. The left believes they must be a victim of something (usually Bush is to blame).

I have been to plenty of rallies in DC when all kinds of groups were there and I have never seen an act of violence perpetrated by the right wing supporters (I have seen some commit violence in their own defense) but I have seen a number of threats from left wing groups (usually the cowardly anarchists). The DC police always told us they knew what side would be causing the problems and at several events told us that there were no arrests of people from our groups but that dozens from the other sides were taken into custody. Yep, I remember watching the left wing lunatics try to “invade” the Capitol after the police said that anyone who trespassed would be arrested.

There are violent people on both sides of the debate but those people are responsible for their own actions. The problem is that the left wing media hardly reports on any act of violence involving left wingers and will often ignore or overlook it while pointing fingers at the right.

Case in point. How much have you heard about the attempted assassination of a Democrat Governor by a left wing nut job this past September? If you heard anything it was not much. It was certainly not as hyped as the shooting in Tuscon and there was no finger pointing.

That does not fit the narrative or the agenda.

Cave Canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/for-whom-the-bell-tolls/.

A church in Manayunk, a neighborhood in the northwestern section of the city of Philadelphia PA, has had a complaint filed against it because its bell is too loud. The church that has been there for longer than any of the residents has a huge bell that tolls during the day. Someone complained that the church is violating noise laws for the town.

Christians became enraged at the thought of the church being told to stop ringing its bell and threatened violence if the city goes through with the process of fining the church. Army Generals complained about the Christians and their violence and how it might increase the danger to US troops serving overseas. Barack Obama, Sarah Palin, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Hillary Clinton all weighed in asking the town not to take further action that could inflame Christians and INTERPOL has issued a global warning to 188 member countries that violence against innocent people is likely to increase if the church is sanctioned.

OK, the last paragraph is complete nonsense. Those actions were in response to a Florida pastor’s plans to burn the Koran and the anticipated (and threatened) violence from the Islamic adherents to the religion of peace.

In reality, the church has toned down the bell over the years by reducing the number of times and frequency that it is rung and is looking at ways to reduce its sound level. It will be interesting to see how this plays out because churches are not mentioned in the list of noise producers covered or excluded and it has been there for around a century, long before noise restrictions were enacted (and long before the people who enacted them were born).

I wonder why a person would move to where a church bell makes loud noise and then complain about it.

In any event, it will be interesting to see how this plays out because there is a favored religion (cult) in this country that has very noisy calls to prayer five times a day. Muslim Mosques do not care about noise when they have the call to prayer (something Obama described as one of the most beautiful sounds) and though there is no mosque mentioned in the town one has to wonder if the town would have gone after a mosque for noise violations and if the Muslims would have felt disrespected and started making threats and participating in violent acts.

Look at how the Muslim world got its collective sheets in an uproar over some unknown pastor and his plan to burn Korans at his small church. There were protests around the world and threats to do harm to our soldiers (I would relax the rules of engagement and eliminate that threat) and this is not the first time.

Now we even have the Imam of the Ground Zero Mosque saying that they have to build the mosque there now or there will be violence. More threats.

This will happen more and more as Islamic groups demand things and then threats are made when they do not get their way. Every time we give in or they get their way after a threat then we will be a little weaker.

Fortunately, it looks like the pastor called off the Koran burning and did it in a manner that looks like a mutual agreement.

Now let’s see what happens from here.

Copyright © 2012 Big Dog. Visit the original article at http://www.onebigdog.net/maybe-we-should-just-riot/.

A transit police officer in California shot and killed a man in 2009 and his trial has just concluded. Officer Johannes Mehserle was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. He claims that he had his Tazer out and put it back and drew the wrong weapon. I don’t know if I would buy that but don’t know all that is involved. Suffice it to say that the jury believed it and he has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

The biggest problem in all of this is that the officer is white and the victim was black. Instantly there had to be some racial motivation and justice had to be served.

Well it was. In our system of justice the jury decides and this jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter and not murder (as the family wanted).

That did not sit well so what did the minority community in Oakland do? The same thing minority communities in California do every time they do not like a verdict, they rioted. The police and every person in town knew this was going to happen. The judge delayed the reading of the verdict to allow people to leave work and go home. Businesses were sending employees home early so they would not get caught in the rioting.

Why do we tolerate this kind of behavior?

The people who did not like the verdict lost all credibility. I do not want to hear how they feel or how upset they are or anything else. The community lost any sympathy I might have had when it decided to act like animals rather than functioning members of society.

And what happens when these folks riot? The US Department of Justice launches its own investigation into the matter. There was a trial and the guy was found guilty so why does the DOJ need to show up? They need to make sure the black community gets attention after the temper tantrum. They did it after the trial of the officers who beat Rodney King which, by the way, resulted in a riot.

Seems to be a pattern here. Throw a tantrum and get what you want. But why should people be allowed to riot and do damage to the property of others?

Did anyone see riots when OJ Simpson was found “not guilty” in what was a blatant example of payback for perceived crimes against blacks in the past? Did the DOJ show up and launch its own investigation into the Simpson murders?

No, we accepted the verdict and moved on with life.

But maybe we need to shift gears. Perhaps we need to start rioting when we do not get what we want. If the courts overturn Arizona’s law maybe we all need to riot, smash windows in Hispanic owned businesses and turn cars over in the streets. We could do this all across the country to get the point across. I would not expect the DOJ to intervene on our behalf as it is more likely it would come after us because it is headed by that racist Eric Holder.

I am not much for the rioting and violent demonstrations but it seems that this is the way to get some attention.

Besides, the liberal progressives in this country blame all violence on the peaceful members of society who conform to the rules. Pelosi still thinks TEA Party rhetoric will lead to violence.

The threats of riots and violence is a method of group intimidation and it is used effectively by minority communities to get what they want or to express dissatisfaction. Black communities riot over court cases where white cops shoot black suspects or when a black guy is convicted of killing a cop because they get attention. They feel oppressed and want attention so they throw tantrums like children.

The same is true in the Hispanic community. Pass a law they do not like, threaten to build a wall, raid workplaces or do anything else that impedes their lawbreaking and they gather in huge groups and protest.

And they get attention when they do this.

Perhaps we should consider their tactics.

I would like to have a “riot” on November 2nd this year where we all storm the polling places and vote everyone out of office. We need to show our strength in a non violent manner.

We can save the violence or when it is needed.

Like when confronted by New Black Panther Party members carrying nightsticks. If you see them this year beat them to death because the racist AG will not prosecute them for breaking the law.

To all you animals in Oakland, shame on you. Maybe an attitude like yours is what caused the shooting in the first place.
