Facebook Steps Up Assault On Freedom

Facebook has been banning conservative groups and pages and the practice picked up very quickly since 6 January. Before anyone tells me they are a private company and can serve who they please and ban those they want I point to a Christian baker who was forced to pay a lot of money for refusing to bake a cake for a gay wedding. I also point out section 230 does not allow FB to ban people because of their beliefs. Sure, they can ban content that violates the standards or terms of service but none of these entities do. Many have been around for months or years and are suddenly deemed unworthy by the great and mighty Zuckerberg.

Looks like Facebook will crack down pretty hard on conservatives prior to the anointing of Chairman Xiden. Facebook claims that they want to curb violence (the claim that Nazi Jack Dorsey at Twitter made when he held the conservative purge). Facebook says they want to curb violence but they allowed plenty of posts from the BLM/Antifa riots all summer. They allowed violent video of BLM/Antifa assaulting people who attended events at the White House. Facebook allows terrorists and leaders of terrorist supporting nations to post vile things including the familiar “Death to America” chant. Facebook and Twitter are both guilty of the purge and they are both guilty of allowing things for their favorite groups that get conservatives banned.

It is not uncommon for violent events to be planned on these platforms. BLM/Antifa used both of them all summer to coordinate the insurrections and riots that took place over a drug addict dying of a drug overdose.

I recently got a seven day stint in the Facebook jail (right after I started pointing out that the people at the Capitol on 6 January were paid agitators, they were Antifa). I went against the narrative that peaceful Trump supporters caused the damage and assaulted the police. I appealed and they replied a few days later and said they got it wrong, no more jail time oh wait and then they gave me seven more days for something I wrote three weeks ago. I still have not figured out what the problem was. They denied that appeal. I think they wanted me and my friends to stop posting about the false flag event. You see, a number of my friends all got jail time during that time frame.

Stop using Facebook and Twitter. They need to be taken down. Right now it appears as if they are more powerful than our government and while the useful idiot Democrats in Congress might think it is OK it will not be long before the social media tyrants attack the left. You can bet that the Democrats will want to do something then…

Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg LIED to Congress during the times they were there to testify. What has been recorded and reported is quite different from what they say to Congress. They apologize, promise to do better and keep screwing people. They must be taken down. They lost a combined 51 Billion dollars in market value after banning the President. Good, maybe they can go bankrupt.

Pick a good social media company. Parler, Gab, MeWe, etc. Better yet, try blogging where Dorsey and Zuckerberg types can’t edit or block your content or suspend you from writing.

I did.

Are You Smarter Than An Eighth Grader?

Evidently Barack Obama is not.

A young conservative from Georgia named CJ Pearson has been putting up a bunch of videos where he takes Barack Obama to task for the liberal things he does.

Pearson, who appears to be quite bright, was following Obama on Twitter but he has been blocked from commenting or viewing The POTUS’ Twitter feed.

Whoever runs the feed (we know Obama does not do his own Tweets, no time with golf and all) claimed that Pearson was not blocked but as luck would have it Pearson has a screenshot of the notice telling him he is blocked.

Is anyone surprised that Obama (or in this case his peeps) would block a young conservative from the Twitter feed (where tax dollars are probably used to pay the person who tweets) and then lie about it?

Obama and his mindless drones LIE all the time.

In the reality show “Are You Smarter Than and Eighth Grader?” Obama has shown he definitely is not.

I hope Pearson is successful in helping a lot of other young folks see the light and turn from liberalism.

They are our future and right now that future looks bleak…

Chris Dumb As A Rock

There is this comedian named Chris Rock. Perhaps you have heard of him. He is a black fellow who rants about white people and some think that is funny. I don’t think he is very funny though some of the things he says are humorous. The bottom line is that 90% of his schtick is a rant about how white people have it great and the poor black guy blah blah.

Only in America, where we have elected the first half black president, could a black comedian who makes millions of dollars cry about how bad the brothers have it. I mean, if it is that bad why doesn’t Rock part with some of his money and help a brother out?

In any event, Dumb as a Rock joined in with a bunch of America haters to ridicule the Fourth of July. There are various tweets about how America sucks and how it is a bad nation and how this and that, you know typical liberal blame America stuff. The kind of stuff you would hear Obama say when he apologizes for this nation.

Many of the tweets were about the nation celebrating independence when blacks were slaves and not independent at the time the Declaration was signed (not all blacks were slaves so some were free but the tweeters failed to make that distinction).

Rock joined the chorus with this tweet:

Happy white peoples independence day the slaves weren’t free but I’m sure they enjoyed fireworks

I am going to help Dumb as a Rock out here. White people were free before Independence Day. White people were free and some blacks were free while others were brought here by other blacks and sold as slaves.

The American Independence had nothing to do with any individual being free, it had to do with our NATION leaving British rule. Yes Chris, the country was unhappy with how King George was doing things so we told him that our country wished to sever our ties and become a separate and distinct nation with our own rule. The whole thing had absolutely nothing to do with one class of people or another being free because white people were already free.

I am sick and tired of people whining about slavery. It was a bad thing and I can’t understand why any person would own another human being but that was the custom of the time and no matter how we feel about it now there is nothing we can do to change the past. Every person who was held as a slave in this country has long ago died and every slave owner has died as well.

There are no more slaves or slave owners except, of course, the minorities owned by the Democrats. Those folks are kept on the liberal plantation and told how to live their lives. But in that case they entered slavery willingly.

This is the year 2012. We have black members of Congress, a black man on the Supreme Court and a half black guy in the White House. There are black entertainers, sports figures and businessmen and they make good money and contribute to society. There are plenty more hard working blue collar black folks who are free to live life as they wish. This is all good and it is high time we stopped with all the howling over slavery. It happened, it ended and it was a long time ago. Let’s move on or as Obama might say, move forward [comrades].

Interestingly enough, the very people who bemoan slavery and white America are the same people who are the most evil racists. Look at how people of all colors on the left treated Herman Cain. Look how they treated Condi Rice and Clarence Thomas.

Celebrate Independence that we got as a nation and celebrate the freedom that comes from those brave white guys who Rock and the other morons so easily dismiss. Or, don’t celebrate if you don’t want to. The evil white guys ensured you were free to do that as well.

I know that the things that happened when we achieved Independence gave us a recognition that we have a right to free speech. Those very white guys Rock hates so much left a gift that he uses to bash the very people who provided it. In other nations Rock would be put to death for his words. Here in America he can say them and some folks can agree with him and others can disagree. I am exercising the same right to tell you what a moron Chris Rock is.

Yes Chris, slavery was a bad thing and it was a horrible way to treat human beings. But look on the bright side Chris. You never had to go through it but because some black folks in Africa captured other black folks and sold them to America your ancestors arrived here and you were created long after slavery ended.

If they had never been brought here you might have been born in Africa.

Then maybe you could have lived in a shack next to Obama’s brother.

The conversation is here at Twitchy

[note]Here is my tweet for Rock:

Hey Chris. I don’t like what you said but will fight to my death defending your right to say it.[/note]

Hell Chris, if you don’t like it here there are plenty of places you can go to. I promise I won’t miss you.

Hard Day For Weiner

Looks like the Weiner had a hard day today. Anthony Weiner, DEMOCRAT, Congressman from New York held a press conference today and the result was that the coverup is worse than the crime. Perhaps he is not familiar with Watergate. In any event, for those who do not know, here are the brief points. Last Friday a Tweet went out from Anthony Weiner and it showed him in his underwear with a bulge displayed. Weiner stated that his account had been hacked and instead of calling for a criminal investigation, he enlisted the services of a lawyer.

For a week, Weiner has maintained that someone accessed his account and played a prank because of his name. He said he did not know if the picture was of him (it was, the thing was pointing to the left).

Andrew Breitbart published the photo and evidence began to emerge that it was likely Weiner who posted the picture though he still held firm to his hacked story.

Then, a person sent pictures to Breitbart and said they were from Weiner. Breitbart has been publishing the less risque ones throughout the day. Breitbart claims to have an X-Rated picture that he has no intention of publishing (thank you).

Now back to the press conference. After a week of denials and attacks on Breitbart (with claims he was the hacker) and after a week of the left wing blogosphere defending Weiner, he admitted today that he was the one who sent the original photo. Weiner went further in saying that there were other pictures out there and that though most of them were sent before he was married, some were sent after. He stated that he would not resign and that it was up to his constituents to decide if he should stay in office (though I think Democrat leadership might have something to say about it).

Weiner was not as gracious toward Mark Foley when his scandal broke and neither was Nancy Pelosi who, though silent now, was all over the affront to women everywhere when Foley was caught in his sex scandal. The reality is, if Weiner were a Republican he would be getting bashed by the political left and their writers in the Main Stream Media. These people would be going nonstop until he resigned.

But Weiner is a Democrat and Democrats don’t have problems with sex scandals and lewd behavior so long as it is their fellow Democrats involved. When Republicans are involved their righteous indignation fills the air.

There are people who I have no problem watching while they are having problems like this. Weiner is not one of them. I do not care for him or his politics but I felt sorry for him while he was giving his press conference. I think I have more compassion for him than he showed toward Foley but in the world of politics things are different.

I think resignation is something he has to decide but I would like him held to the same standard as he and his fellow Democrats have held Republicans to. If it was all about the culture of corruption when Foley was on the hot seat then it should be nothing less with Weiner. His fellow Democrats should go after him with the same vigor they pursued Foley.

But that, of course, is wishful thinking. Weiner will be treated more like Barney Frank and Bill Clinton and less like Foley because he is a Democrat.

And the sad thing is he will probably (if he is still around) get reelected. At least he will offer some stiff competition.

The coverup was much worse than the crime. If he had come forward and said he sent a prank photo to someone and it was inadvertently sent to all of twitter but he took it down when he realized then he would have been the subject of ridicule for a few days and something else would occupy the thoughts of people around the country, Instead, he lied about it and blamed it on some unknown hacker and then he allowed his minions to go after Breitbart, who happened to be 100% right the entire time.

Now that he has brought this upon himself there will be a lot more photos that emerge as more folks come out of the woodwork and if some of those photos are vulgar then he is toast. Let’s face it, Breitbart might not publish the vulgar ones but someone will.

And the sad thing is that there were people defending him all last week and some of them will continue to make him the victim…

**LATE BREAKING: Pelosi will call for ethics probe (funny word there) to determine if Weiner used government resources. Decision on future will be up to him and constituents. He really backed her into a corner on this one…

Iran Provides a Good Lesson

” When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another….”
This is the beginning of our Declaration of Independence, one of the seminal documents of the past three centuries regarding government and its powers and limitations over the people government presides over. The other major document, The Constitution, delineates the powers and the limits of those powers the government may impose.

One of the rights the Constitution provides is Freedom of Speech- a “right” the Iranians are really trying to exercise, through networking, the Facebook and MySpace sites, twitter, and text messaging. Because the Iranian government is a totalitarian regime, and seeks to control their people, they have been busy censoring these various messaging mediums as soon as they can.

Luckily for the Iranians, this is tantamount to plugging holes in a dyke with a finger- it won’t hold for long before another hole springs up.

These people are truly brave- here in our country, if you protest, you might be called a bad name- there, you might be shot, or worse. What’s worse than being shot? Would you really want to know first hand? I doubt it- I know that I would not, but these people risk worse than being shot just by protesting their governments stolen election.

Shortly after Neda Agha-Soltan bled her life out on the Tehran pavement, the man whose 40-second video of her death has ricocheted around the world made a somber calculation in what has become the cat-and-mouse game of evading Iran’s censors. He knew that the government had been blocking Web sites like YouTube andFacebook. Trying to send the video there could have exposed him and his family.

Instead, he e-mailed the two-megabyte video to a nearby friend, who quickly forwarded it to the Voice of America, the newspaper The Guardian in London and five online friends in Europe, with a message that read, “Please let the world know.” It was one of those friends, an Iranian expatriate in the Netherlands, who posted it on Facebook, weeping as he did so, he recalled.

nytimes.com

Yep, these Iranian thugs of the government would have gone after not only the people texting and taking videos, but also their families. What a free and fair government they are. This is stifling free speech on a grand scale, over the little matter of a stolen election. Jimmy Carter would have said it was a fair and free election, but Iran is one country where he has not the fortitude to travel to, even if they would let him.

What is truly disheartening, is the fact that despite all of Hussein’s high and  mighty rhetoric on freedoms that he espoused in Cairo, there has not been a statement coming from the White House that could be said to even remotely have a spine to it.

I understand that Hussein has a calculating mind, but it seems that he wants the current regime to stay in power, thus the limp- wristed commentary he has issued. Perhaps he has more in common with the current dictators than first appears to meet the eye. I hope not, but there could be at least a statement of solidarity with all who seek freedom- but nooooooo.

At least the Internet, and all its permutations, make free speech more possible, and not less so, and this is a good thing- now, if only the President might use his personal bully pulpit, employ his freedom of speech, and at least get his butt off of the fence long enough to say something substantial about a peoples struggle for freedom.

Perhaps he could use his powers to Twitter.
