Liberal Tolerance Strikes Again

Police are investigating vandalism of a Confederate War Memorial in Denton Texas. Vandals spray painted the words “This is racist” across the memorial during nighttime hours. They were caught on surveillance video.

There is a felony that carries a fine up to $10,000 and 6 months to 2 years in jail. I hope they catch the thugs who did this and give them the max.

This is one of the many problems in society. People think they can do what they want whenever they want simply because they do not like something. These thugs don’t like the memorial so they defaced it. It is very likely these people were brought up by parents (more likely A parent) who depend on government and who have no sense of personal responsibility.

This is how liberals act, and make no mistake, it was liberals who did this. They do not like something so it is racist or some other ‘ist’ and must be destroyed. Anything they like is a right and must be paid for by taxpayers.

There is nothing wrong with monuments to the people who were part of the Confederate States. This is our nation’s history and no matter what the history is it is ours and we must own up to it. The Confederacy was not about slavery or racism (any more than the north was about it and they had slaves as well).

The concentration camps in Germany still stand and can be toured. We have monuments to all kinds of things in this nation and we should not remove them and they should not be defaced just because some twits get their little panties in a wad.

More than half the country is pissed off at Congress so is it OK to spray paint the Capitol or knock it down? A lot of people are pissed at Obama so is it OK to do the same to the White House? Malcolm X was a racist perhaps we can dig his decayed body up and move him someplace.

When would it end? At what point do people start acting like adults? The Confederate Battle Flag is not racist and neither is a monument or grave/cemetery for confederate soldiers. I get it, some folks don’t like them. Well suck it up cupcake because they are here, they are part of history and you have no right to rid us of these items because your little feelings have been hurt.

Once again I hope they catch these thugs and give them the maximum penalty under the law.

I want these folks to understand what being held responsibile means.

Baltimore City Alone Should Pay For This

Baltimore City is a liberal haven and has been run by those very liberals for generations. The result is an uneducated population that lives off taxpayers. The city is in decline and has been for decades as liberal leaders continue to push policies that enslave people to government. The goal of decades of neglect is to enslave people to the liberal plantation and ensure those downtrodden people continue to vote Democrat.

You might have heard that recently the city suffered a lot of damage because of riots. A bunch of thugs rioted and destroyed property. The cost is placed at $20 MILLION.

The cost includes overtime for police and firefighters as well as money owed to jurisdictions that came to help the city. It also includes the cost of damage to city owned property. It appears as if this dollar figure does not include the damage to private property which is in the tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of dollars.

The expenses the city owes will go before the board of estimates today so they can approve the money to pay the bills.

Where will the money come from? It is highly unlikely that any of the people who destroyed so much are taxpayers so it will not come out of their pockets. It is unlikely that the rioters have anything of value that can be confiscated to pay for their destruction. The reality is this money will have to come from the taxpayer or by cutting from other budgeted items or from a combination of the two.

This money MUST not come from the taxpayers in the state that do NOT live in Baltimore. I know Baltimore will appeal with hat in hand asking for money from the state to pay for this but it is not the responsibility of the taxpayers outside of the city to pay for this mess.

I recommend budget cuts to the City Attorney’s office and I recommend that the welfare money be redirected to pay for the damage.

Make the people who did this suffer for it.

Hell, maybe they can do what they did to fund the stadiums and make a few scratch lottery games to pay for it. At least people could decide to participate, or not and they would have a chance of winning some money.

I imagine the city will raise parking fees for stadium events and other events that take place in the city. It will probably tack on some kind of tax to event tickets and to hotel rooms and parking garages in order to pay for the mess that took place because the city has leaders who allowed the destruction to happen.

Liberalism exists to allow things to happen so long as someone else pays the bill.

If the people of Maryland who do not live in Baltimore get socked with this bill they should show up in the city with bulldozers and level the place and then stake a claim to the property they bought.

Screw Baltimore and screw the politicians there who have allowed a once great city to become a skeletal ruin of decaying structures and dependent people who have no respect or life or property.

Let them all suffer.

As an aside, they all wanted the police out of their lives. Now that the police are not, shall we say, being aggressive in their duties the city is rapidly falling [farther] into anarchy with multiple shootings and murders.

You got what you wanted now shut up and enjoy it.

Freddie Grey Was No Hero

Let me start off by saying that Freddie Gray should not have died in custody. Even if he hurt himself in that van he was able to do so because he was not belted in. If he had been belted in then he probably could not have hurt himself (if that is what happened). No matter what, he should still be alive.

However he is no hero. The people in Baltimore and around the nation who are (still happening in some places) rioting, protesting and attacking police officers are acting as if Freddie Gray was some sort of hero. He was a drug dealer/user with a long arrest record. He should not have died but he is no hero.

[note]Baltimore, and likely many other places, will have more civil unrest when some or all of the police officers are found not guilty of the most serious, and maybe all, of the charges.[/note]

The community and its so called leaders from Mayor Blake to the race hustler Al Sharpton are all praising Freddie as if he cured cancer.

The cold hard facts about him are that he was a criminal and he ran afoul of the law a lot. PERIOD.

Once again, that does not mean he should have died while in custody. It is likely that he died as a result of his own actions (unless they can prove the driver deliberately gave him a rough ride) and while the police are complicit in his death (they should have buckled him in) they did not set out to murder the man or to do him lethal harm.

Freddie is the result of liberal policies that suck the soul out of people and drain them of their will to live and thrive. The reactions to his death in the violence (not the legal and peaceful protests) perpetrated by thugs is also a result of those same liberal policies.

While I think the police need to be held accountable (in all of their duties) I do not think that holding Gray as an angelic figure to unite around does anyone any good.

Given his lifestyle of drug dealing and use it is likely he would have ended up as a statistic sometime in the future and you can bet your bottom dollar that the city would not be holding him in high regard in that case.

If people want to change the animosity between them and the police they need to ensure they are in the right and fight the police in the legal system. Police officers who are alleged to have done wrong need to be investigated by independent agencies and if found in the wrong, held accountable.

Allowing them to investigate themselves makes no more sense than allowing the people they arrest to conduct their own trials and determine their own outcomes.

What happened in Baltimore is a shame and reflects the unease people have with an increasingly militarized police force that is often not held accountable for misdeeds particularly when coupled with an environment of failure that has been built by decades of liberal policies of dependence and victim hood.

We need police reform and we need reform in the liberal run cities.

But holding Gray up as the model for that reform makes no sense at all.

Hands Up Appropriate For Congress

Several member of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) were on the floor of the House Monday and they put their hands up in the gesture that symbolizes the lack of honesty regarding the Michael Brown shooting. The facts in the case have been presented and there is evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Brown DID NOT put his hands up to surrender and he was not shot with his hands up.

That has not stopped the race baiters and members of the victim class who continue to use this gesture as if it actually happened. They have admitted that even though there is no evidence that Brown had his hands up they are still using the gesture as a sign of the movement.

Basically, they are continuing down a path shown to be false in order to push a false narrative and that is a gentle giant Teddy Bear of a man was ruthlessly murdered by a rogue white cop for the crime of being black.

It is a shame that Brown was murdered but he brought that on himself through his actions. Attack a man with a gun, especially a cop, and you are probably going to get shot.

I know a lot of people in the victim community like those in the CBC believe there is some large scale eradication of blacks by cops (particularly white cops) but this is not true. If you are a black male you are many times more likely to meet your demise at the hands of another black male than by those of a cop of any color. The facts are plain and easy to see. Black on black violence is a much larger problem, or to put it in the words of the CBC, an injustice.

Some members of the Saint Louis Rams (5 black players) entered the field on Sunday in the same hands up pose. They too were making a statement that was contrary to the facts in the case. Interestingly, the team was in contact with the police all week seeking assurances that its players and staff would be protected from protesters. They asked for protection from the police and then insulted police officers with that gesture.

I think it was appropriate for the members of Congress as well as those football players to raise their hands in a fashion indicative of surrendering to law enforcement because most of the members of both groups are criminals.

I do not know whether these acts upheld the tradition and decorum of the Congress but it was appropriate given the number of criminals in Congress. Most of these folks lie cheat and steal and they break all kinds of laws and rules each and every day. Hell, if they are not breaking the law they are condoning others doing so.

One other benefit of these members raising their arms so you can see their hands is that as long as they are visible you know they are not in your pockets.

As for the football players; while there are some good, decent human beings in the NFL a large number of them are or were criminals who have rap sheets that rival many gang members. The group has thieves, thugs, abusers and drug users/pushers. Several have been accused of murder (one is awaiting trial). The only difference between many of these guys and a street gang is the NFL has wealthier thugs who generally dress nicer.

So while all these folks have their hands up they could do us all a favor and surrender to the police and confess their crimes.

That would be the most useful use of this gesture since it reflects more accurately on these folks than what took place in Ferguson.

Never surrender, never submit.

No Charges Against TSA Agent; SURPRISE!

A woman in Colorado claimed that she was groped to the point of sexual assault by a female TSA Agent. Thirty-nine year old Jamelyn Steenhoek found out yesterday that the DA would not file charges because they could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt the pat down was an assault.

I travel frequently (I have to or I would not use the airlines) and I always refuse to go through the X-Ray machine so I end up getting the pat down. I have never been assaulted but then again I am not a woman and I don’t look like someone who can be taken advantage of. I don’t know if Ms. Steenhoek fits that bill but she is a woman and they are often the target of sexual assault.

It is no surprise that the DA decided not to file charges against the agent. The entire system is rigged so that the thugs of government can’t be held accountable for their misdeeds. Look at Chicago. Rahm Emanuel is selling bonds to raise money and a large sum of the money raised will go to pay off civil suits against the Chicago police. Once again those who committed the offenses will have their misdeeds paid for by others.

TSA Agents are not accountable to the people who pay their salaries so they abuse us.

I traveled recently and refused the X-Ray so they pulled me over for the pat down. While they were debating who was going to do it a guy was told he had to and he expressed his displeasure by using an expletive “Oh, GD it.”

They don’t like it because they want people to be compliant sheep. The pat down does not bother me (personally but it bothers me the Constitution is violated) and it is worth it to make these slugs do something they do not like.

My rights are violated but I am used to that.

I live in Maryland.
