The global warming zealots have been running around for a long time telling us the science is settled and that we need to buck up and submit to the stupidity that will cost us a fortune and have no measurable affect on the climate. After a long period of no warming they started using the phrase climate change so that Al Gore could continue to rake in billions of dollars with this scam.

Even after the scientists were caught lying about global warming we were told to just ignore the man behind the curtain and submit to the global warming gods. After all, how can we argue with all those scientists.

I have argued with them for a long time. I pointed out that they had something to gain by continuing the charade because they keep getting money if they keep saying it exists.

Interestingly, a group of scientists has come forward to tell us that not all of the science world is on board with global warming and that it is not really anything to worry about. They even point out many of the items I claimed when I argued against the hoax.

These scientists do not believe the science is settled and they believe there is nothing to worry about.

Don’t expect the mush filled heads of the adherents of the Church of Global Warming to believe this or to give these scientists credit.

Only scientists who agree with them are credible and deserve to be listened to.

This is how science works in the liberal world. They claim an issue is settled and refuse to hear anything else contrary to their beliefs. Then they stick their fingers in their ears and sing la,la,la.

They will soon devise another climate scam to bilk governments out of the people’s money.

While a record number of people are on food stamps the number of obese children is increasing. There is actually no food stamp program now as people receive debit cards to use taxpayer money to buy food and then use their own money to buy tobacco, liquor, and lottery tickets. While many people work two jobs to make ends meet others are living off the food welfare program and enjoying vacation time along the way. Hell, if you have no food expense then it is easy to go on vacation. And when one considers that a number of people on food welfare have children in school getting free or reduced breakfast and lunch (two meals a day provided by taxpayers that ends up in the trash) then the amount of food that can be used to barter increases.

Yes, the food welfare program is also a bartering system where people use their debit card to buy authorized items and then sell them to get some spending money. Those $150 kicks and $200 Tommy Jeans have to be paid for.

This program is under attack, as it should be, and there are plans to cut back on the record 40 MILLION people (up to 44 MILLION for the last few months) receiving food welfare, a number that skyrocketed under Barack O’Bama. It would seem the folks at the Department of Agriculture want the billions of dollars spent on food welfare to go to other things.

I agree. The program should be cut and there should be a definite criteria list used to qualify people. Folks who have cell phones (then again, poor people get them from the government too), cable TV, big screen TVs and several cars should be excluded or severely reduced. People on food welfare think they are entitled to it and have no shame in getting it even if they can afford food. One only needs to look at the story of the man who won several million in the lottery and still kept food welfare. He claimed that people would not make him feel bad about continuing to get the welfare.

And I don’t feel bad about taking it away.

We spend way too much money on food welfare (and all welfare) as we enslave people to government programs. I think that cutting food welfare is a great way to make people step up and accept responsibility for their own lives.

It also helps Mrs. Obama and her eat healthy and make fat kids get skinny program. Childhood obesity is a major problem (which means kids get more than enough to eat) so reduce or eliminate the food welfare for many families and they will have to cut back. The kids will be healthier and Mrs. Obama will feel good about herself.

Perhaps they could also reduce the kinds of items people can buy with food welfare. Reduce or eliminate meat and seafood and make them get more fruits and vegetables. No soft drinks or snacks and more healthy food.

This will help the budget and will help the Obama skinny kid initiative and will force people to get off food welfare if they want to be able to choose what they eat.

Get rid of food welfare for our children’s sake.

Those global warming alarmists will do anything to push their hoax.

A WARNING that climate change will melt most of the Himalayan glaciers by 2035 is likely to be retracted after a series of scientific blunders by the United Nations body that issued it.

Two years ago the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) issued a benchmark report that was claimed to incorporate the latest and most detailed research into the impact of global warming. A central claim was the world’s glaciers were melting so fast that those in the Himalayas could vanish by 2035.

In the past few days the scientists behind the warning have admitted that it was based on a news story in the New Scientist, a popular science journal, published eight years before the IPCC’s 2007 report.

It has also emerged that the New Scientist report was itself based on a short telephone interview with Syed Hasnain, a little-known Indian scientist then based at Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi.

Hasnain has since admitted that the claim was “speculation” and was not supported by any formal research. If confirmed it would be one of the most serious failures yet seen in climate research. The IPCC was set up precisely to ensure that world leaders had the best possible scientific advice on climate change. [Read the rest at The Times UK]

Best possible advice? It looks like that is not exactly what they are getting. Instead they have hidden declines, manipulated data and warnings based on phone interviews with little known scientists.

Well, Im’ convinced-  not necessarily about man’s role in all that inconvenient Global Cooling, uh, warming, uh- scratch that- Take Two!

Well, I’m convinced that maybe something might sort of , could be, who knows, maybe be some kind of climate change thingie. Seriously- something HAS to be going on, because they are RIGHT- climate is changing. It’s soooooo weird- every three months or so, the climate either gets colder, or it gets hotter. Plus, we have all these gross thunderstorms and stuff, yuck! I sure hope that guy in the Washington – (what is it, a museum? What? A house? Shut Up!) wherever he is, you know, the guy that said no more taxes ever will just stop this yucky weather- I’ve got to go to the mall.

The thing is, one part out of all of the pap the left has spewed about ‘Global” whatever is that there is money to be made on the backs of all of us schlubs out here- just ask Al Gore. You remember him- the guy who ran for president and couldn’t even carry his own state? Well he’s doing just fine, thanks to the left pushing this scam on the American public.

When Al Gore lost the election in 2000, he was worth about 2 million, but thanks to the left pushing his movie like it was crack, and all the speaking engagements, where he is a legend in his own mind, he is now worth approximately 100 million. That’s real money, even if he was to pay half of that to the federal government, which I am sure he will find a way to avoid. If he bought “Carbon Offsets” to subsidize the “footprint” he leaves with all his SUVs, and his Gulfstream aircraft, he would be a lot poorer, but noooo.

He has privately told people he wants to be the first “Carbon” billionaire, which is a feat, for he produces nothing but hot air, so while he might qualify for a tax credit under “alternative” energy guidelines, all this proves is that liberals do not feel as if they have to actually produce anything in order to enrich themselves- just ride the backs of all of us who do actual work.

Carbon taxes, or Cap and Trade, if you wish to use that disingenuous term, are another way to tax the working man and woman without calling it an outright tax, but when it is in full swing, our energy prices will double. Tell me if you are paying too low a price for your energy now- anybody?- No?- I didn’t think so, but wait-

It wouldn’t just affect your at home energy, but every gallon of gasoline, every bit of energy you use at work- really, truly, anything you do would be taxed and MONITORED. Yes, if you turned your thermostat down lower than Barama decrees, well, there will be a penalty tax attached. Like Pavlov’s Dog, they intend to socially engineer us through aversion techniques- if it hurts your wallet bad enough, you will learn to like freezing, or sweating- depending on, of course, the ” climate change.”

You see, we have people now in power that feel that our ( the United States) carbon footprint is too large, so we must shrink it, and they feel that the best way to do that is to make us produce less. This would begin to bring us down to the level of a third- world nation, and make other nations feel better about themselves, but is it really our task to re- do any other nation’s self- image?

Listen, I feel sorry for all the liberals who loathe themselves because they were fortunate enough to be born in the greatest country in the world, but our success is not cause for sorrow, nor have we caused all the problems in the world today. I have no guilt over the Palestinian problem- if they are too stupid to realize that throwing a rock at a tank might get them shot, oh well.

Still, the “greening” of Al Gore we can do without- as we can this onerous tax on energy. When we have a workable plan for alternative energy, fine, I’m all for it, but punishing our society for succeeding when all you liberals want is failure is childish, and worse, incredibly ignorant.

Not that that fault has ever stopped you before.

The global warming fanatics and Gorebots all say that man made global warming is an absolute certainty and that the science is settled. Al Gore refuses to debate the issue mostly because he is a charlatan and would get his lunch handed to him in a real debate, so he just says the science is settled. I have always said that I do not believe in man made global warming and that warming and cooling cycles on the Earth have occurred for a very long time, long before man was here, and that they would continue. I also believe that it is related to sunspot activity.

However, I also said that we should certainly do research on the issue. I don’t believe the science is settled but believe we should look into it and see if there is a link to man (one big enough to make a difference). I don’t think we should spend a fortune on something that is unproven.

No matter what I say to the global warmers I hear that the science is settled and that ALL scientists agree. Well, maybe there are a few who don’t but all the cool ones do. Then how do we explain this:

So we were very excited when we realized a lot of changes in the past century from warmer to cooler and then back to warmer were all natural,” Tsonis said. WISN [emphasis mine]

Now here we have a group of scientists who have conducted experiments and concluded that the changes over the past century were natural. How does that square up with the global warming scammers and their claim that it is all man made and that it is getting worse? How does this square up with the “all scientists agree and the science is settled?”

I guess these guys did not get the memo…

Global warming is an issue that creates mass hysteria among those of the left as they parade around slavishly following Al Gore and his over hyped PowerPoint show of black magic, lies, and distortions. The people who advocate for man to do something, anything, to stop the onslaught of catastrophe that will ensue unless we spend money we do not have on items that have yet to be invented, have yet to be demonstrated as effective and are based on something that is a theory are clueless. They insist that we must act because the science is settled and every scientist in the world worth anything has signed on board the Gore express.

The inconvenient truth is that as many scientists disagree with the idea of man made global warming as agree with it and the science is definitely not settled. Lest we forget, these reputable scientists were warning of an approaching ICE AGE only 35 or so years ago. Never mind that it has been colder lately and that we are not actually warming up (though this is strangely blamed on global warming) and never mind that it all seems to coincide with sunspot activity. The major issue with these folks is that Carbon Dioxide is dangerous. They call it a greenhouse gas and blame it for most of the problems. In the late 60s and early 70s it was CFCs used in aerosol cans as a propellant. That stuff was banned so now those who want to control your lives need a new villain. CO2 is the villain because it can never be eliminated and they won’t have to look for a new one in the future like they did after CFCs were banned.

CO2 is necessary for life to exist. It is the waste gas expired after Oxygen is processed in the body. Amazingly, there is a system on the planet that uses it and makes Oxygen. Plants use CO2 and return O2 for us to breathe and we do the opposite for them. It is amazing the way that this works. It is almost like a higher being designed it all or something…

In any event, the global warming zealots are looking to put into place these cap and trade schemes as well as others to charge us more money and to try to end this scourge of global warming. King Hussein of America is now looking to do it. They are all spending money we don’t have to end something that is not a problem all in the name of control.

The global warming hoax will make a handful of people very rich and will condemn us to poverty for a very long time. It will enslave us to government even more than we are now and when added to the trillion dollar deficits King Hussein is racking up (he has tripled a debt in one month) the recession will be turned into a depression.

But what about your offset plan Big Dog?

CO2 is a necessary gas but liberals want to eliminate it. Some of them have this idea about buying a carbon offset (a fancy way for them to make money for nothing) so my offset program involves all the liberals signing up for my program. Their names will be randomly selected to help allow those guilty of “polluting” with CO2 to alleviate that guilt. Here is how it works:

People who produce CO2 will send me money to purchase carbon offsets. I will randomly select a liberal from the list of those who want to help the environment (and all good libs want that, right). Then, they will be sent to the Final Exit Network where their carbon output will end. This will be a great offset program that allows libs to sacrifice for the cause and allow the rest of us to live how we want without a lot of problems.

But mostly, it will help me get rich through the sale of the offsets.

This is no more ridiculous than any of the other scams out there and mine actually helps decrease the surplus liberal population.

Arnold Schwarzenegger gave an interview and he said that he would love to be president one day, “if it were possible.” Schwarzenegger is the governor of California but he is ineligible to be the president. Some might think that it is because of the Constitution as pointed out in the article:

At the moment, becoming president would be impossible. Schwarzenegger, who was born in Austria and became a U.S. citizen in 1983, is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States, as required by the Constitution. LA Times

Not being natural born is not what keeps Schwarzenegger from being eligible to run. What keeps him ineligible is that he made it known that he is not natural born. If he had a way to have all his records sealed, both here and in his native country, he could have claimed to have been born here and people would have no choice but to let him be president, provided he won the election.

That is exactly what we are doing with regard to Obama. He has yet to prove he was born here. Despite what the left says there has been no proof that he was born here and no official has stated that he was. Additionally, his birth certificate was never reviewed for authenticity. This has been hashed out before so I will not go into it again but comprehension is important with this issue.

As for Schwarzenegger, he screwed himself out of the chance to be president by doing things legally. His paperwork is out there for people to see and he has never said that he was born here. Obama claims he was but his granny said otherwise and the history shows that it is likely the case that he was born elsewhere.

I am just as happy that Schwarzenegger cannot run for the presidency. He is no different than John McCain in that he is a RINO who is willing to buy into liberal pap and to compromise principle. McCain was a far better selection than Obama but McCain is no conservative. Schwarzenegger is not one either and I would not want to see him occupy the White House.

We need true conservatives in office. When they run, they win because the majority in this nation hold conservative values. Despite what the left said about the last election being a repudiation of conservatism, it was not. George Bush is not a conservative and no conservative was in the general election.

The American public picked a far left liberal candidate over a moderately liberal one.

Sorry Arnie, you screwed yourself. For the rest of you non natural born citizens who want to run, start hiding your records now.

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (RINO-CA) is criticizing the Bush Administration for failing to recognize global warming and for not acting on it because the Chinese and Indians did not act. Schwarzenegger’s remarks came after the EPA decided not to pursue further action against global warming during the Bush presidency. It would appear as if the Terminator has swallowed the global warming Kool-Aid by the barrel.

Hey Arnold, what science exists that proves global warming is a man made issue? How do you explain the warming and cooling cycles that the Earth has experienced for centuries, long before man was emitting huge amounts of carbon? How do you explain the fact that warming and cooling coincide with sunspot activity and finally, how do we explain the global warming that the planet Mars has experienced since no life has been discovered there and humans certainly do not live there?

What exactly would you and the global warming toadies have us do about a problem that man has very little to do with? There is very little evidence to suggest that mankind is responsible for the warming trend that is taking place just as there was no evidence that mankind was responsible for the cooling trend that took place. The Earth has heated and cooled for centuries and will continue to do so even if all life on it ceased to exist.

Global warming scientists make money from research on that very subject and it is unlikely they will dispute it since the subject gives them a paycheck. Global warming is a huge money making venture for Al Gore and others who sell carbon offsets to idiots who have more money than brains. The government has jumped on the global warming bandwagon to show people how green we can be and many companies are trying to out-green each other. It costs a lot of money and is a wasted effort. Al Gore and all the green celebrities use more electricity and fossil fuels than most people will in a lifetime. They can’t be taking it too seriously because they are laughing all the way to the bank.

Arnold finished by telling the reporter how far ahead of the country California was in the effort to combat global warming:

He also highlighted the strides taken by California to counter global warming.

“I’m very happy that California is in the forefront,” he said. “We are very aggressive. We have made a commitment to roll back our greenhouse gas emissions to the 1990 level … We didn’t wait for Washington. I just felt that the administration and the federal government have been terrific partners in a lot of things for us and we have worked together very well, but environmental issues was not one of them.” Political Radar [ABC]

California has all those movie studios and sets that blow things up and burn things down. They continue to produce TV shows and movies that emit tons of pollutants into the air. Has anyone shut them down yet? California also has a huge problem with wildfires right now. These were caused by lightning and have been burning for weeks. The amount of pollution [or greenhouse gases if you will] released into the atmosphere is more than some small countries will emit in decades. If one were to believe that man causes global warming where do we put the blame for this?

How exactly is California in the forefront when it blows up and burns stuff to make money and every time one turns around the place is on fire?

Arnold Schwarzenegger is a RINO. He is a Republican by registration but he is not conservative by any means. He has bought into the global warming hoax and wants his state as well as the country to spend money on something that is, as yet, unproven and certainly not attributable to man. Of course, Arnold is not alone, just listen to John McCain and some of the others. It is amazing what kinds of scams people will fall for.

Arnold made a lot of films where things blew up or burned and he flies back and forth to work everyday (or did until recently). How exactly does that make him any different than the rest of the “do as I say and not as I do” elitists who run this country?
