Bawney Fwank Is Weaving Congwess
Nov 28, 2011 Political
Congressman Barney Frank of Massachusetts is not going to run for reelection because redistricting has left him with a district that is not as liberal as it once was. Frank has decided that he would not have it as easy as he has in the past and might end up losing. He figures that after 32 years in Congress it is time to move on so he can make even more money as a lobbyist or some other kind of blood sucker.
I am glad Frank is not running for reelection though I would love to see him get beat in an election. He is a disgusting, lying, condescending, smug, jerk who thinks he is above everyone else. He has told lies and denied involvement in things EVEN after being shown video evidence of him saying the things of which he was accused. He is one of the people who is primarily responsible for the housing market collapse that resulted in the current economic downturn.
He is a typical liberal elitist who thinks he knows what is good for all of us.
To Barney Frank, you are not smart enough to run your own life so you need him and others in government to tell you what to do and how and when to do it.
Frank however, allowed a homosexual prostitution ring to be run out of HIS home but he knows what is best for you. Frank claims not to know what was taking place in his home. If this is the case is he competent enough to decide what should go on in yours?
Many liberals think so and they will surely have many nice things to say about this moron. DNC Chairwoman, Debbie Washer-Woman Schultz, is already expressing how sad she is that Frank is leaving. Washer-Woman Schultz might not understand that Frank is a coward who is afraid of being beaten in the next election and who does not want to actually have to campaign. While he might enjoy being spanked he does not want to lose his election and he does not want to actually have to work to keep his seat (though he might enjoy giving that away as well).
In any event, this low life cretin who is nothing more than a waste of flesh is leaving office. That is great news as we begin the process of getting rid of the trash.
Goodbye you good for nothing liberal twit. If we never hear from you again it will be far too soon.

Ditching Obama Would Be An Admission Of Failure
Nov 21, 2011 Political
Two Democrat pollsters, Patrick H. Caddell and Douglas E. Schoen, are saying that Obama should not run for reelection and should instead allow Hillary Clinton to run. These pollsters believe that doing this is the best chance Democrats have for keeping control of the White House.
I believe that such a move would certainly energize Democrats who have become disillusioned over Obama and his failures and will certainly increase Democrat voter turnout in the next election but there is a problem. If this situation were to occur it would be a huge admission that the Democrats made a mistake in 2008.
The next logical question would be how can we trust them not to make a mistake again? Clinton and Obama have basically the same political views and both desire the same Socialist policies for the country. They both have no problem with government programs that keep people in poverty and enslaved to government because they are both part of the wealthy elite.
Clinton is a bit more likable than Obama and has more experience (though her biggest qualification for office was that she is married to a former president) than Obama but there is no guarantee she will run the country any differently. She tried to give us Obamacare during her husband’s time in office (it was called Hillarycare back then) so it is highly unlikely she would do anything to dismantle it. In fact, she would probably work hard to make it more controlling over our lives.
Even if voters were unable to see the similarities between these two people the Republican nominee would most certainly point them out. Additionally, the Democrats would get hammered for admitting that it was a mistake to elect Obama. How could they go to America and say “elect Hillary because we know she is the best” when they did not elect her last time. Obama was their best back then so how can they change?
Don’t get me wrong, they are politicians looking to keep power so they will say whatever they need to. The problem is not that they say it; the problem is that there are too many people who believe it.
That might be changing as more people are reading, listening, and getting involved in politics.
I know it would be tempting for Hillary to step up to save the day especially after she was screwed out of the nomination by fraud from the Obama campaign during the Democratic primaries in 2008. The problem for her is she would have a much harder time now because she would be following the person she eventually supported. Hillary has been on board for all of Obama’s missteps and has supported everything he has done.
It will be hard for her to distance herself or to show she is any different. It will also be hard for her to shake the problems that would be caused by Democrats openly admitting the mistake of Obama.
Caddell and Schoen might think it would benefit Democrats if Obama opted out and Hillary ran but that is just a pipedream.
The reality of the situation would make it more of a nightmare for Democrats…

Evan Bayh Throws In The Towel
Feb 15, 2010 Political
This is shaping up to be a very bad year for Democrats. Despite requests from Barack Obama and Rahm Emanuel to reconsider, moderate Democrat Evan Bayh of Indiana will not seek reelection stating that he still has a desire to serve the people, just not in Congress.
Evidently, the hostile environment in Congress is becoming too much for the moderates. Bayh only voted with his party 71% of the time and I am willing to bet he got beat up over votes against the agenda or that he felt pressured to vote in a manner that he did not want.
Bayh’s decision comes as a surprise to many as it looked like he would probably win reelection. I doubt that the possibility of a tough race had anything to do with his decision. He probably is genuinely fed up with the atmosphere in Congress.
Bayh probably did not agree with the Obama agenda, or at least major protions of it. He endorsed Hillary Clinton for president.
Plus, he is a family man and likes to spend time with his children and attend their activities. No one can fault him for that.
Bayh’s decision caps off a trifecta that began when Christopher Dodd and Byron Dorgan announced last month that they will not seek reelection.
A commenter at the source site had a great point:
“To Democrats, I would remind you that we still have the largest majority in decades, and the people expect us to solve some problems, not run for the hills,” – Obama
Oh well.
Indiana is a conservative state and usually pretty red. Bayh is a well liked moderate but the state trends Republican. Obama won the state last year becoming the first Democrat to win it since Lyndon Johnson.
I bet the folks of Indiana have buyer’s remorse and will not go Democrat again for a long time. They are probably still asking what they have done…
Or maybe they are asking themselves the question Sarah Palin posed; “How’s that hopey-changey thing working out for ya?

Dorgan Will Not Seek Reelection
Jan 6, 2010 Political
Democrat Byron Dorgan of North Dakota will not seek reelection in 2010. The Senator states he wants to spend more time with his family. Considering that he is down by 31 points to a man who has yet to announce it seems that Dorgan would get to spend more time with his family even if he did run again.
The reality is that Dorgan does not want to end his political career by getting his ass handed to him on a platter so he is bowing out.
As the musical group Queen put it, Another One Bites the Dust.
Democrats are jumping off the ship rather rapidly and deciding either to not run in the first place or to not seek reelection. The downside of this, with regard to Dorgan, is that he can now do what he wants without fear of repercussion. He can vote for any Democrat bill regardless of how the people feel and not worry about the backlash at the polls.
Harry Reid and Chris Dodd are gone unless things drastically change and now Dorgan will not be in the mix. Republicans have a real good chance of cutting into the Democrat’s lead in the Senate if not take back control.
This next year will be a true test of America and will show if the citizens have truly had enough of this out of control government.
We can put a hurting on Democrats in two short weeks by electing Republican Scott Brown to fill Ted Kennedy’s seat in Massachusetts. Things are looking promising in that race but it will be a struggle. Voter turnout and the unaffiliated voters will decide that election.
UPDATE: Moments after I posted this Fox News and Drudge broke the news that Chris Dodd will not seek reelection. The problem is that without Dodd to beat up on Republicans have little chance of winning in very blue Connecticut. Story at Washington Post.

Harry Reid Is Working On His 2010 Race
Dec 26, 2008 Political
Harry Reid is perhaps the smarmiest politician in the Senate and that is saying something. He is a partisan hack who has been in charge of the Senate since the Democrats gained control in 2006. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Harry Reid is beginning his 2010 reelection bid right now and describes him as the most vulnerable Democrat.
I don’t find this hard to believe. Perhaps the people of Nevada have had enough of his nepotism and shady deals which have allowed him to profit from his position in the Senate. Perhaps it is because he represents special interests rather than his own state’s inhabitants.
More likely, people will remember Reid for his comment that the visitors to the Capitol smell bad and that the people “working” there can smell those sweaty bodies who not only made the trek to visit the Capitol but also pay his salary.
The unwashed masses might actually have a long memory this time and hold him accountable for his comments about them. Certainly not everyone visiting was from Nevada but Reid’s comments about the visitors demonstrated the contempt he holds for each of us.
It would be poetic justice to see the people throw Reid’s stinking corpse out of office.
We just got done with a two year campaign that exhausted the nation. Reid is starting the next campaign now so he can work for another two years on his own reelection.
Let the games begin…
