Use the Stick

There is an old adage about a carrot and a stick indicating that one can be enticed or forced to do something. In the case of politics it would be wise for Donald Trump to use the stick.

Mr. Trump won the national election by winning the most electoral votes. I don’t want to discuss popular votes or any other non Constitutional issue. We use electoral votes, they are the best way for us to do things and they are not going anywhere barring an Amendment to the US Constitution in which case we will no longer be a republic,

During the campaign Mr. Trump indicated that if he won he would pursue criminal charges against Ms. Clinton for her illegal activities. After the election he softened that stance by refusing to say if he would prosecute her.

I understand how it works and it would be unwise for Trump to say he would prosecute her since that is not his job. It would be up to his DOJ, his Attorney General, to decide. Trump would need to stay out of it and let the DOJ do its job.

We now have this demand for a recount in three states. It is clear Trump won those states and it is also clear that the person asking for the recount, Jill Stein, could not possibly win no matter what a recount showed. The only person who could possibly benefit would be Hillary Clinton and her actually winning enough changed votes to matter is nearly impossible.

This is all being financed by George Soros in an effort to make Mr. Trump seem illegitimate. The goal is to have a hand recount take so long that there would not be enough EVs certified to give Trump 270 thus denying him the presidency. But Clinton would not have the 270 either so the reality is either the person with the most out of those available (the recounting states would not have theirs in in time) would win or the House and Senate would decide and Trump would still win.

However, this would tarnish him and the feeling is it would weaken him in the eyes of the public. Soros is unhappy that he could not buy this election and he is working to disrupt it in any manner he can (like paying for riots and recounts).

The Clinton campaign is now on board with the recounts. They are interested in assisting in the Soros project. Clinton knows she will not win even with the recount but she will help in the attempt to weaken Trump.

So Mr. Trump should make it clear that he expects his DOJ to go investigate and prosecute anyone who engaged in illegal activities including any co-conspirators. He should make it clear that anyone who did anything wrong will be prosecuted and sent to prison. He should make sure that all the lackeys know that they will be targets as well.

Mr. Trump does not appear to be a wallflower. He demonstrated that he can take a punch and return one quite effectively. He did not wither under the unrelenting attacks.

Now is not the time for Trump to go easy on opponents particularly those who are working to undermine him.

Mr. Trump needs to put the carrots away and wield a very big stick.

Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Franken Gets Lead And Suddenly It Is Over

It happened in Minnesota just like it did in Washington. A Republican had a small lead at the end of election day and then during the recount a bunch of previously undiscovered and unsecured ballots from heavily Democratic areas were mysteriously found and miracle of all miracles they are votes for the Democrat who happens to suddenly gain the lead. The entire time the Republican leads we are cautioned that all votes must count and to wait and as soon as the Democrat goes ahead bam, the counting is over and he is declared the winner.

This is how the low life maggots that infest the Democratic Party operate and Al Franken is just the latest to benefit from the mischief.

Franken had been behind for most of the counting but then things that were deemed statistically impossible began to happen. Hundreds of ballots turned up and they were votes for Franken in disproportionate numbers. In other words, the found ballots favored Franken by much more than the vote on election day did. What are the odds.

Franken cautioned that every vote needed to count and in some cases more than that were counted. Absentee ballots were supposed to be copied and marked as a copy. The copies were not marked and were double counted and that helped Al. There were a number of irregularities and some of them involved the recount having more votes than the actual number of people registered to vote in given areas.

Franken and the Democrats were quick to jump on the “I won” bandwagon just as soon as the partisan Secretary of State certified him the winner.

Chuck Schumer said that Franken should be seated immediately which would violate Minnesota law because Coleman has 7 days to file a court challenge. Therefore, Franken will not be official for at least 7 days; longer if a court case is filed (which will almost certainly happen). The law does not matter to Schumer who said that the Senate has important business and Franken should be seated immediately so he does not fall behind. Interestingly, the business is not so important that Roland Burris must be seated immediately. The Democrats have vowed to block him from entering.

Maybe the business is not that important but the all white Democrats in “Club Senate” don’t mind the white guy showing up but they have a problem with the black guy. They are a bunch of racists and this shows it as clear as can be.

The RNC has basically said that Franken should not be seated until all the legal challenges are completed and every vote is actually counted but only once.

[important]UPDATE: Democrats have decided to delay seating Franken.[/important]

The Democrats are salivating over the idea of having 59 Senators (as long as one is not a black guy from Illinois) so that they can have a nearly filibuster proof chamber. With some of the RINOs on the right it is no doubt that the Democrats will have plenty of votes when they need them.

Hell, John McCain will probably hand them a few more daggers. He has been Mr. “go along to get along” and was “bipartisan” all along. What did it get him? They bent him over and had their way with him. They know he is a useful idiot and he is not the only one.

I have said it before and I will say it again. Never, ever, trust the Democrats. They cheat, they lie, and they steal. They steal elections. ACORN, set up to commit fraud. The recount process, favors Democrats who have extra ballots hidden to use when they need more votes. How can unsecured ballots that were not present and were not counted on election day suddenly be counted as if they are legitimate? How can more people than there are registered voters, vote? How can recounts of certain ballots only be allowed in heavily Democratic areas? How can there be different rules each day and different rules for each candidate?

How can we allow this to happen?

The only fair way to resolve this issue is to have another election. This time it will only be these two and let the voters actually decide. Have extra judges on hand to keep the Democrats from cheating and put anyone caught cheating in jail for no less than 5 years. Another election is the only fair way to ensure the will of the people is actually exercised and it will remove the cloud of suspicion from over the head of the winner, no matter which one it is.

Without an election a lot of people will think that the election was stolen no matter who goes to DC.

We all know Franken is on the verge of stealing it but if Coleman wins via the courts the cloud will follow him as well.

Have another vote. If every vote is important then have another election and count every vote.

BTW: I told you Franken would win. I knew the Democrats would steal it.

Gore Wants Another Recount

Pat Sajak wrote a piece for Human Events where he reports that Al Gore’s people have filed several lawsuits alleging that the voting for the Time Person of the Year was tampered with and that people who were going to vote for Gore were told they could not vote. I do not like the idea that Putin won the thing but I would rather see him get it than Gore.

My question is why does this buffoon need to be named Time Person of the Year? He has already won an Emmy, an Oscar, and the Nobel Peace prize, none of which he deserved. He won all these things for the junk science he passes off to the less informed so that he can make millions of dollars. Regardless, why is this so important? Does he need his ego stroked so badly he will sue over a meaningless award? If his ego has not been stroked enough from winning the other awards, especially since he did not deserve them, then he needs mental health counseling. Maybe though, winning those awards made Al believe he is entitled to win everything. He still believes he won in 2000 and his people have even indicated they think President Bush might be behind the Time issue:

Some Gore supporters have accused Republicans of using dirty tricks to manipulate the results. One close advisor, requesting anonymity, claimed, “Putin is just the kind of civil-rights-trampling dictator the GOP loves to see in power. It would be interesting to sit down with those who voted and find out just how many have been subjected to Guantanamo-like coercion. Republicans knew Bush wouldn’t win, so this was the next best thing.”

Isn’t it nice the advisor was so repugnant with regard to views about the GOP? Isn’t it also convenient how the coward spoke on the condition of anonymity? This usually means that the person is not authorized to discuss an issue (usually breaking the law) or the person is a coward and does not want his name associated with the comment. I am not surprised though because any person who would support Al Gore or work for him has to be brain damaged and the kind of person that makes one wish birth control was retroactive. There also seems to be this belief that anyone actually gives a damn about the Person of the Year.

I was Time’s Person of the Year in 2003 and I don’t think it was a big deal.

Al wants another recount. How did that work out last time?

Maybe he needs to win everything to cover up feelings of inadequacy caused by being a LOSER.
