Why Did Obama Come Out Of The Closet?

Barack Obama announced his support for gay marriage yesterday after his hand was “forced” by his gaffe prone VP, Joe Biden. Over the weekend Biden expressed support for gay marriage and the media frenzy began until Obama was “forced” to address the issue.
Obama claims his opinion on the issue has evolved and that discussions with gay people, his wife and children helped him evolve on the issue. While it might be true that he spoke with them about the issue it had nothing to do with evolving.
Obama has always supported gay marriage. Actually, he has said he does and that he doesn’t and that he does. It all depended on the time and the audience. Rather than evolving it would be more accurate to say Obama’s opinion has been revolving because he keeps going round and round on it.
Obama has always supported gay marriage. He just has not always voiced that support.
In fact, the announcement of this evolution is something that has been ongoing as he and his aides discussed whether he should announce it or not before the election (more flexibility after) and if before, when would be the best time politically? Obama wanted the announcement to provide the biggest bang for the buck, so to speak.
In just 90 minutes after his announcement he received a million dollars in donation from the gay activists. Of course, the obligatory fundraising email went out last night.
Obama is an opportunist. He planned on “evolving” all along but wanted to wait until after the election. He is in a tough fight so he wanted to get the gay community and his liberal base back in the fight. The African American community is strongly against gay marriage but Obama has little to worry about as many will vote Democrat no matter what and many who don’t vote or like his positions will go out and vote for him just because he is black. That is a fact that many blacks have already made public. There are some who question whether Obama will get that support though.
Obama risks losing more of the Independent voters who are not in favor of gay marriage. Obama risks losing those in the majority of states that have already rejected gay marriage.
This is all a political stunt. Obama has always believed in gay marriage. He knows that gay issues (like marriage) are part of the tactics used to brainwash a nation and make it Communist.
He wants this to happen but he wanted to wait until after the election and he would have had Biden not opened his mouth.
Obama, always the politician, has left himself some wiggle room. He announced that he is in favor of gay marriage BUT that he supports the concept of states deciding the issue.
He can pander to his base for votes and cash while making the blatantly obvious point that this IS a state’s rights issue.
Then again so was abortion before the federal government involved itself.
Obama would love nothing more than for a court to decide that gay marriage is a federal issue and conjure up a right out of thin air like it did with abortion. He would love for a court to say that all states have to honor the marriage of a gay couple that was legally performed in a state that allows it. It would be his way of using the backdoor (pun intended) to get gay marriage in all states.
Funny, Obama would oppose any legislation that would allow a concealed carry permit to be recognized in all states.
For now though, he will have to be content to state his support of an issue that he cannot possibly affect because, as he said, it is an issue that is up to each state.
And the gays will swallow this hook, line, and sinker…

As for me, I don’t have anything against gay people. I have an issue with the attempt to redefine marriage. And let us remember, there is no right to marry…

Obama Channels Clinton

Obama addressed the reason he was not able to halve the deficit in his first four years (he increased the deficit greatly) and he said the reason was because things were worse than he thought. The recession, Obama said, was much worse than anyone thought.
How could that possibly be? Obama and his minions have always described the recession as the worse since the Great Depression. Given how bad the Great Depression was how could Obama possibly underestimate the severity of the recession? While he was running for office he described the terrible economy and how he would fix it. After he took office he told us how dire things were and that we needed to act RIGHT NOW to avoid calamity.
Given all the hype, all the dire predictions of destruction and how we were required to act immediately, how can he claim that things were worse than he thought?
This is all BS to make excuses for his failure to fix the economy and to halve the deficit as promised. He failed and he is now making excuses in an effort to dupe people in to giving him some more time.
He can’t have more time. The economy cannot possibly handle four more years of his destruction. This article by Dick Morris lays out the actual numbers and shows why Obama’s so called recovery is phony.
Obama knows he did not fix things. It was never his intent to fix things. He is using the Cloward and Piven strategy in an attempt to destroy the US economy and allow Socialism to take over as more and more people look to government for relief from the mess the government caused. His attack on religion is part of the plan.
Obama is going to break it and then he is going to rope people into his idea of how things should run.
Unless, of course, we stop him in November. We can do that two ways. We can vote him out of office or we can give Republicans control of Congress. I prefer we do both.
Maybe Obama supporters will finally channel their inner liberal and realize that things are worse than they thought.
If not they can still blame it all on Bush…

You Uninformed People Are The Problem

John Kerry says the Democrats have problems because the voting public is uninformed. This is the elitist Kerry who told college students if they did not study hard and do well they would end up in Iraq (which ignores the large number of military personnel with college degrees). Seems that all the troubles in the world, from Kerry’s viewpoint, are because of the not so smart among us. You are obviously not too bright if you are uninformed and angry at Democrats.
I imagine that Kerry did not consider that many more people than ever are actually informed about what is going on and THAT is why they are angry. People know that the Democrats have not been listening to them. People know that Democrats ignored the will of the public, those they represent, and did what they wanted.
In fact, the anger is there because of uninformed politicians like John Kerry.
He would never believe it because he thinks that people just live in slogans and soundbites and have no depth of knowledge.
“We have an electorate that doesn’t always pay that much attention to what’s going on so people are influenced by a simple slogan rather than the facts or the truth or what’s happening,” Kerry told reporters after touring the Boston Medical Center yesterday. Boston Herald
Oh Johnny boy, people are paying quite a bit of attention and that is why you and your Democrats will get their rear ends handed to them in November. And let me say Johnny, that if people are this angry and they have not been paying attention then you had better hope they never start or things will get really ugly.
We see what is going on, we see how you have ignored us, we see the false claims of racism and the other personal attacks on us and we see that you are not doing what we want you to.
We will also see your rears walking out the door next January.
But I will agree with you John on a little of what you say but I have to reword it. The only reason Democrats have control and Barack Obama won is because people did not pay attention. People were too wrapped up in this messianic BS and hype to see what was going on. The post election questions show that. In fact, the only thing most people paid any attention to was his color. They had to vote for the black man to either show racial solidarity or to alleviate some perceived white guilt.
And yes John, people who are influenced by a simple slogan are morons who need to have their voting rights taken away.

I think you get the point.
Nothing wrong with a slogan John as long as you are intelligent enough to learn the issues. When your voters are living off the government and can’t articulate any position you hold then you are dealing with the uninformed with which you have a problem.
We call then Democrat voters who, by the way, are as uninformed as the Democrat politicians who pander to them.

Reid To Add Immigration To Defense Bill

The Democrats keep touting immigration reform as if we need to reform our system. The only reform we need is to enforce the laws. If we did that there would be fewer problems but the Democrats do not want this because it would strip them of voters. Immigration reform is Democrat speak for voter registration drive.
The problem is that they have been running into a lot of resistance because a huge majority of Americans do not want any kind of reform that includes amnesty and that is all the Democrats push. No matter how they veil it, no matter what they call it, it is amnesty. The Democrats and Republicans found out that Americans do not want this mess when they tried to get an amnesty bill passed a few years ago.
So it is a tough issue and they do not have the votes. What does Harry Reid do? He adds an immigration reform measure to the Defense Bill. That Bill is already a contentious issue because it contains language repealing don’t ask, don’t tell which would allow homosexuals to serve openly in the military.
Reid called the DREAM Act “really important” and said it should be passed because it provides a path to citizenship for young illegal immigrants who go to college or serve in the military. DREAM is an acronym for Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors Act. CNN
If this legislation is so important then it needs to be introduced, debated and voted upon. If they pass it then so be it but if they do not then so be it as well. The important part of the issue is that it should not be part of the Defense Bill. This legislation has nothing to do with Defense and Reid adding it is nothing more than an attempt to slip it in and get it passed without the struggle it would certainly be.
This is Harry Reid telling you that he knows better than you and that your wishes and the wishes of a majority of this nation mean nothing because he knows better than they.
I also do not think the don’t ask, don’t tell issue should be attached to the Defense Bill. It should be debated separately so that it does not tie up the Bill. This is another contentious issue and the Democrats have added it so they can get it slipped in and then pander to homosexuals prior to the election. But maybe it is in there because Harry Reid takes his marching orders from Lady Gaga because she speaks and he jumps:
A spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Tuesday a vote to repeal the military’s ban of openly gay and lesbian soldiers had been planned for next week before the singer made waves with a plea during a daytime talk show.
The pop star known for flashy performances and eccentric style called on Reid to repeal the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that aired Monday. WBAL
It is an important issue and needs to be debated but it should be debated as a separate issue.
The Defense Bill is usually passed with bipartisan support. Adding these items will delay the bill unnecessarily. It is wrong and should not be tolerated.
Harry Reid is playing politics with the men and women who defend this country. The people of Nevada need to support the troops by throwing Harry Reid to the curb in November.

Boycott Tyson Foods, It Is Anti American

Tyson Foods has decided that American traditions mean nothing so long as the company can appease the Muslims working for it. The union negotiated a new contract this year and in it they removed Labor Day as a paid holiday and replaced it with Eid-Al-Fitr, a Muslim Holy day that comes at the end of Ramadan. This year it will be on October First.
Here is an American company with 1200 employees, 700 of whom are Muslim. If you do the math you will see that 500 of them are not Muslim. The company removed a Federal Holiday as a paid day off and replaced it with a Muslim religious holiday. 500 workers got screwed so that 700 could be appeased.
This is the United States of America and not some crap hole Muslim Country. Labor day is an American holiday for the American laborer. Taking it away is wrong and there is no justification for this act of stupidity.
Every non Muslim employee at the Tyson plant should call out sick on Labor Day and let the Muzzies do all the work. In any event, I encourage everyone to avoid buying any Tyson product. Hit them hard financially and show them that they will pay for the insult to their non Muslim workers.
My friend Kender also advises that, if you own Tyson stock, you might want to sell it.
What next? Remove Christmas as a paid holiday and replace it with Mohammad’s (HWACM)* birthday? Then it will be open season…
This is just another example of how unions ruin this country.
