Iraqi authorities have captured some insurgents and they were interrogated, a process that revealed some interesting information. The insurgents claim that suicide bombings are planned against Europe and the United States. Christmas, a Christian holiday, seems to be the time of the year that Muslim terrorists want to kill people in the west.

The Iraqis have reported the information to the affected governments.

This is eerily similar to last year. Obama was in Hawaii on one of his many vacations when some Muslim tried to blow up a plane with explosives in his underwear. Obama is scheduled to go to Hawaii again this Christmas and we are again being threatened with bomb wielding terrorists. This has me quite concerned.

Not because of the potential for a terrorist attack. I am more likely to be killed in my car than killed by a terrorist. Don’t get me wrong, we need to have security to deter such things but if some terrorist is determined to do something bad, he will do it.

My concern is for our rights. Every time one of these jackass terrorists makes the government look bad more of our rights are infringed upon.

When the shoe bomber tried to blow up a plane with explosives in his shoes we had to start taking our shoes off at the airport. When terrorists tried to get liquid bomb ingredients into planes in bottles we were limited in the sizes and amounts of liquids we could carry on the plane and we are forced to get it out for inspection. When the aforementioned underwear bomber caused all that ruckus we ended up with the machines that scan our body and show us naked and/or intrusive pat downs that are sexual assaults.

The erosion of our rights is ongoing. The full body scans and groping are a violation of the Fourth Amendment but we are continually harassed because some terrorist made the government look bad.

This Christmas we are faced with another threat from the Muslim terrorists. What rights will be trampled on because of it?

I don’t know but I am praying that whatever they do it does not involve putting bombs in their rectums in order to sneak them in.

Can you imagine the checks we would have to go through at the airport if that were the case?

It would be bad because we have learned that the government refuses to use sensible methods to screen people and that they are concerned with violating our rights rather than actually doing something that would protect us.

Israel has the right idea. We should do what they do in order to prevent terrorist attacks.

Otherwise, our system will end up being a pain in the…

The Anchoress has a nice piece that describes the Obama ascension from lowly Christian candidate to a full blown “proud to have Muslim roots” politician. Alex Haley looks like a piker compared to the sainted one discussing his roots.

Speaking of self-revelation, in the past President Obama has written and talked about how he has been exposed to Islam all his life and has stated that the Muslim Call to Prayer is “one of the prettiest sounds on earth”. He then recited the call in “a first-class accent” (that line no longer exists in the New York Times). Just recently Obama – who made a fuss if anyone mentioned his middle name, Hussein, during the 2008 campaign – has made much of his familial connections to Islam.

Don Surber points out that Rush Limbaugh took Obama to task on some of the “facts” the sainted one uttered during his 6000 word speech.

RUSH: “OK. I know we’re not supposed to criticize Obama’s speech here. I know it’s going way off the reservation here to do this. But, folks, that is outrageous. This is simply outrageous. It was absurd, in fact. Let’s see. here do we start here? ‘It was innovation in Muslim communities that developed the order of algebra.’ No. The origins of algebra trace back to the ancient Babylonians. They were not Muslims. Algebra was temporarily developed by the ancient Greeks and later the English. ‘Our magnetic compass, tools of navigation,’ Islam gave us these? No. Recent research suggests that the compass may have been discovered by Central Americans, but if they didn’t do it, the Chinese are then its discoverers. In either case, be it the Chinese or the Central Americans, the compass was discovered centuries before the advent of Islam.

“Now, what am I supposed to say? I’m not supposed to say this stuff. Now, let’s see, let’s see. ‘Our mastery of pens and printing…’ Has anybody ever heard of Gutenberg? I didn’t know Gutenberg was a Muslim. ‘Our understanding of how disease spreads and how it can be healed…’? And it should be unnecessary to have to note Islam’s ‘religious tolerance’ has been demonstrated.”

One of the liberals who visits here regularly would say that Obama did not lie because we could not prove he intended to tell untruths. This is fair enough and I don’t want to start that debate again (suffice it to say that by this standard of proof, Bush never lied). I will just say that Obama is a product of several liberal colleges. He was taught this stuff and he does not know any better. He is evidently not as smart as everyone reports because if he were he might actually fact check before spewing these things.

Then again, he might be deliberately lying to deceive people. His base is full of people who have mush for brains and who would follow him off a cliff not to mention they are less educated than he. It would not be hard for him to convince them that what he is saying is true. In fact, all he has to do is say it and they believe it is true (see regular liberal commenter).

It would not surprise me. Obama is all in favor of helping the Muslims out. He lied about their history and he lied about how peaceful they are. He is actually being the front man for them. Not surprising since he has to help out his new found roots.

Pam Geller at Atlas Shrugs did a great job of taking Obama’s speech apart. She goes through it and dispels the falsehoods he spewed and the erroneous claims that he made with regard to his brothers in his new found Islamic roots.

Islam has demonstrated through words and deeds the possibilities of religious tolerance and racial equality.

And it only got worse. It was terrible. My heart is heavy for my country and the free world.

The media can spin their subjugation and adulation a million different ways, but America did not vote for a “Muslim presidency,” which is what this is. Obama deceitfully hid his Muslim background and schooling and his agenda. Little did America know that Obama’s objective would be a conversion of this nation to “the largest Muslim country in the world”. From the moment he spoke as President, in the inaugural address, Islam was falsely given a preeminent place in the creation of America. In this speech, he quoted from the Koran three times. Why doesn’t anybody comment on this? Why doesn’t anyone ever comment on what he projected vs. what he is? Why won’t all those talking heads state the obvious?

The Asia Times said Obama made a mistake by speaking in Cairo. “Why should the president of the United States address the ‘Muslim world?,” it asked. “What would happen if the leader of a big country addressed the ‘Christian world’? Half the world would giggle and the other half would sulk.”

“To speak to the ‘Muslim world’ is to speak not to a fact, but rather to an aspiration,” the paper stated, “and that is the aspiration that Islam shall be a global state religion as its founders intended. To address this aspiration is to breathe life into it. For an American president to validate such an aspiration is madness.”

He quoted extensively from the Koran.

In his typically anti-semitic fashion, Obama came down very hard on the Jews in his speech today to the Muslim world.

MK Aryeh Eldad in Israel said, “Obama makes a shocking parallel between the destruction of European Jewry and the suffering that the Arabs of Israel brought upon themselves when they declared war on Israel.”

“If Obama does not understand the difference between them, perhaps he will understand it better when he visits the concentration camp in the comings days. And if he doesn’t understand it even there, then Islam will once again teach it to him, just as it taught his predecessor on 9/11.”

Ms. Underestimated has a video up of Obama being snubbed. She recorded it at a slow speed to show the extent of the snub. Obama is in the receiving line with the other Saudi dignitaries and he keeps extending his hand to shake and people ignore him and shake the King’s hand instead. The last person does shake Obama’s hand.

I thought he was the guy to bring the world together. I thought he would have this open dialog and the Muslim world would just love him to pieces.

Considering the newest tape reported to be from Osama bin Laden it would appear as if Obama is not such a big hit after all. The speaker on the tape (analysts are trying to determine authenticity) says that Obama is just like George Bush:

In his latest audio message, bin Laden warns Americans to prepare for war as the policies of Obama are no different from those of former President George W. Bush in the eyes of al Qaeda. ABC

That certainly is not very friendly of OBL. How dare he pick on such a transformational figure as Obama. Especially after Obama has finally openly embraced his Muslim roots, the ones he kept denying during the campaign. He did everything he could to squash any hint that he had Muslim roots. He said his father was agnostic but now he was a Muslim. Helps with the Muslims if your Muslim creds are in order.

Then again, if that were the case they should have taken the time to shake his hand.

Prediction for tomorrow’s speech. Obama will tell the Israelis that they need to accept a Palestinian state and that Jerusalem should be part of Palestine. He will say that the Israelis should give up Jerusalem. Just my prediction so we will see.

Warner Todd Huston has an excellent post up at Stop the ACLU in which he discusses Obama’s statements that it is OK for Iran to have nuclear energy in order to power its country. This is the same Bozo who opposes nuclear power to provide energy in this country. B. Hussein Obama would rather waste money pursuing unproven green technology than use nuclear energy here. With the Iranians, who will develop nuclear weapons in their “peaceful” program, it is OK.

In Prague last month, Obama said that he saw no reason why his administration wouldn’t “support Iran’s right to peaceful nuclear energy with rigorous inspections.” And today in London, Obama reiterated that support by agreeing that Iran’s announced intentions for nuclear power were “legitimate aspirations.”

Not only that, but just last month Obama approved a nuclear power deal with the United Arab Emirates, as well. So, it’s nuclear power for everyone but the U.S.

This is an excellent point. Why is it OK for other countries to have nuclear power plants but not OK for us? Why is Obama keeping his own country from having nuclear energy?

Another interesting story at Stop the ACLU deals with Obama’s Muslim roots. The post points out that it was taboo to mention Islam and Obama together and the use of his middle name was forbidden with supporters calling those who did racists in the Pavlovian response to which we have become accustomed.

Now it would appear that Obama is comfortable with his Muslim roots and embraces them. I guess he was not too comfortable with them when he thought they could lose him an election but now that he is in, it is all good.

That just means he was not honest with people (though many of us had the sense to see that).

So King Hussein of the US is now comfy with his Muslim roots. Maybe that is why he is comfortable with Muslim countries having nuclear reactors. They would not hurt a Muslim brother, would they?

The Jerusalem Post is reporting that National Union chairman Ya’acov “Ketzele” Katz sent a letter to Rahm Emanuel telling him not to forget his Jewish roots. This comes after Emanuel had an exchange with an unidentified American Jewish leader in which:

Katz claims that in a private meeting with the unnamed leader, Emanuel said, “In the next four years, there will be a peace agreement with the Palestinians on the basis of two states for two peoples, and it does not matter to us who is the prime minister.”

Isn’t that just wonderful? Who is the United States to tell Israel there will be a two state solution when Israel opposes that? The United States has no right to tell another country what they will and will not do. However, this administration is anti Semitic and does not have Israel’s best interests at heart.

Obama pals around bowing to Kings and rubbing elbows with Muslims while ignoring Israel and his Chief of Staff is right there with him.

Katz should not be surprised that an American Jew like Emanuel would turn his back on Israel. Many American Jews have done the exact same thing. It was well known that Obama was no friend of Israel and he indicated that things would be done differently should he happen to win. It should have been blindingly obvious by the company Obama kept (and still keeps) that he was anti Semitic. He is friends with Louis Farrakhan as is his former Pastor Jeremiah Wright and both preach hatred. Farrakhan definitely hates the Jews and blames all the world’s ills on them. Obama has people working for him who are not in favor of doing anything to help Israel. The writing was on the wall during the campaign.

And yet, American Jews voted in huge numbers for Obama. The Jews in Israel did not want him to win but those who live here, by and large, voted for him which means they voted against Israel. Not all Jews voted for Obama but I know many who did and the statistics show they went for Obama in huge numbers.

So why would Katz think any differently about Emanuel? Why would he believe that reminding Emanuel of his Jewish roots would make a difference? The people in Obama’s administration are anti Israel and into appeasing the Muslim thugs who want to wipe that country off the map.

I guess he only meets unconditionally with our enemies.

Think Obama cares about Israel?

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Sunday canceled his plans to attend the upcoming AIPAC summit, after it became clear that US President Barack Obama would not meet him during the conference. [originally reported in the Jerusalem Post]

Obama was busy last week shaking hands and playing kissy face with Hugo Chavez whose government has been accused of anti-Semitism. The way Chavez pals around with Iran and other Middle Eastern countries should cause concern for all Venezuelan Jews.

Looking past that one has to ask why was Obama able to make nice with the thugs in South America but can’t make time for Netanyahu? Why can Obama go on his apologize for America tour in Europe but not meet with Netanyahu? Why is it he can bow down to Middle Eastern kings and hob nob with Muslim leaders but he cannot meet with Netanyahu?

Israel has always been a good friend to the United States and she remained our friend while Bill Clinton was whizzing all over them and telling them it was raining. Israel has always counted on US reciprocation of that friendship.

Unfortunately, they are not seeing that with the Obama administration.

This has been around for a day or so but it will not get much attention from the MSM (go figure). Glenn Reynolds from Instapundit received an email from a reader who works in a mainstream media newsroom:

“Off the record, every suspicion you have about MSM being in the tank for O is true. We have a team of 4 people going thru dumpsters in Alaska and 4 in arizona. Not a single one looking into Acorn, Ayers or Freddiemae. Editor refuses to publish anything that would jeopardize election for O, and betting you dollars to donuts same is true at NYT, others. People cheer when CNN or NBC run another Palin-mocking but raising any reasonable inquiry into obama is derided or flat out ignored. The fix is in, and its working.” I asked permission to reprint without attribution and it was granted.

This is as obvious as flatulence in an elevator.

IowaHawk has a comical video from Obama’s teleprompter. It shows the “articulate” Obama that appears when the MSM is not there to edit out the stumbles and the teleprompter is not there to save the day.

Obama supporters made a new logo for him complete with the Muslim Crescent and Star. Think the MSM will report on this? Or, this (In farsi it says. ” he is with us and we are with him”)? If so, how would it play? [Gateway Pundit]

The MSM is in the tank for Obama. These organizations have always been liberal but were more careful in hiding it. Now there is no pretense. They openly show their bias and they have no regard for objective journalism.

Tyson Foods has decided that American traditions mean nothing so long as the company can appease the Muslims working for it. The union negotiated a new contract this year and in it they removed Labor Day as a paid holiday and replaced it with Eid-Al-Fitr, a Muslim Holy day that comes at the end of Ramadan. This year it will be on October First.

Here is an American company with 1200 employees, 700 of whom are Muslim. If you do the math you will see that 500 of them are not Muslim. The company removed a Federal Holiday as a paid day off and replaced it with a Muslim religious holiday. 500 workers got screwed so that 700 could be appeased.

This is the United States of America and not some crap hole Muslim Country. Labor day is an American holiday for the American laborer. Taking it away is wrong and there is no justification for this act of stupidity.

Every non Muslim employee at the Tyson plant should call out sick on Labor Day and let the Muzzies do all the work. In any event, I encourage everyone to avoid buying any Tyson product. Hit them hard financially and show them that they will pay for the insult to their non Muslim workers.

What next? Remove Christmas as a paid holiday and replace it with Mohammad’s (HWACM)* birthday? Then it will be open season…

Barack Obama has stated that the cover of the New Yorker in which he is shown in Muslim garb, is insulting to American Muslims. Apparently, the scorn he took for crying about the cover has caused him to acknowledge the First Amendment and to indicate that he has seen worse. Now I guess his position is that the entire incident was insulting to Muslims:

These fallacious e-mails and The New Yorker cartoon are “actually an insult against Muslim Americans,” he said. There are “wonderful Muslim Americans” across the country, Obama said, and “for this to be used as sort of an insult, or to raise suspicions about me, I think is unfortunate.”

Why would it raise suspicions if the Muslims are wonderful? I am sure there are many wonderful Muslim Americans. I have met many who are good people but I can’t figure out how being compared to a Muslim raises a suspicion (as if it is a bad thing) when they are good.

The real insult to the Muslim community is from Obama himself. Barack Obama has held 13 events in the state of Michigan and has never visited a Mosque or met with Muslims leaders, according to a piece at Bloomberg.com. Couple this with the recent incident where his staff made several Muslim women (dressed in traditional Muslim garb) move out of a photo with him and it appears as if Obama is avoiding the Muslim community.

I am sure he is doing this in order to keep further rumors from flying but avoiding difficult situations or ones that are politically dangerous is not very presidential. The idea is that the Muslim community is going to support him anyway so why pander to them and take the chance of fanning the flames in the rumor mill.

Obama claims to be a new kind of politician and he says he wants to bring us all together but his treatment of the Muslim community shows him to be a typical calculating politician who avoids controversy in the name of political expedience. His avoidance of a potentially difficult scenario reminds me of his “present” votes.

Obama might want us to believe he is taking the moral high round but his treatment of the Muslim community is the real insult in all of this.

I know this has been beaten to death and I know that B. Hussein Obama attended a Christian church and proclaimed he was a Christian. While there were some things that bothered me about his claims I pretty much took him at his word. I was suspicious that he was born a Muslim and attended a mosque but then he really had no belief and then became a Christian. According to the Muslims this means he has to be killed and they usually issue fatwas and whatever else it is they use to put out hits on people who convert. Since this never happened one had to wonder but I figured that he was more likely than not a Christian. As an aside he probably will not release his birth certificate because it will list his religion as Muslim. I know there are people who say it has been released and it was posted at Kos but that was not a birth certificate. It was an official document indicating that a Certificate of Live Birth is on record. A real Certificate of Live Birth has more information on it (and the authenticity of the Kos document has been questioned).

Now, as I stated, I was accepting the Barry is a Christian story until I read that he is a Muslim. I read this from a credible source, Libyan Leader Mu’ammar Al-Qadhafi. Yes, he is credible. You know, takes one to know one and all that. Besides, the Democrats in Congress have been taking the word of Muslims who claim our troops committed crimes over the word of our soldiers (look at disgraced scumbag and low life maggot John Murtha). If some Muslim makes claims against our troops their words are given more weight by the left. Therefore, it is only fair to give more weight to what a leader of a Muslim country has to say about Barry than what Barry or his supporters say.

There are elections in America now. Along came a black citizen of Kenyan African origins, a Muslim, who had studied in an Islamic school in Indonesia. His name is Obama. All the people in the Arab and Islamic world and in Africa applauded this man. They welcomed him and prayed for him and for his success, and they may have even been involved in legitimate contribution campaigns to enable him to win the American presidency.

Obama’s friends?

Here is a Muslim leader telling us that Obama is a Muslim and that he has their support though (as indicated in the linked article) he has made statements they are unhappy with. They are sure he is just saying what he needs to get elected. Is Qadhafi saying that Obama is lying to advance Islam, a practice known as taqqya? Is it a coincidence that prominent (and I use that to distinguish from the average person) Muslims have expressed a desire to make America a Muslim country and that these people not only support Obama but want him to embrace his Islamic identity? They only believe that Islam is good. To them all others are bad so how is it they believe that Obama will change America from bad to good? And one other item in the piece is interesting. Isn’t it illegal for foreigners to contribute to a candidate? That is what he says has happened even though he claims it was legal.

I know that the Obama bots will go nuts and start crying hit job or Republican attack but this information comes from a Muslim who is not an American citizen. It comes from a leader of a Muslim country. Qadhafi’s statements leave no doubt as to what he means and what he says Obama is. This is at least worth a closer look. It is the least we can do.

After all, the left always takes the word of Muslims over that of our troops. Obama is not fit to polish a soldier’s boots so we should at least give Qadhafi the same courtesy people like John Murtha give to Muslims accusing the troops.

Obama could actually be a Muslim and not a Christian. Qadhafi could know what he is talking about and if he does it will mean that if Obama wins he will have successfully lied his way into the White House.

Now that would be change the Muslims could believe in.
