Nothing But Zimmerman’s Death Will Make Them Happy

By now most people now that something happened between Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman in Florida and that whatever happened resulted in the death of Martin. I say we know that something happened because we don’t know all the details. The MSM has deliberately distorted what happened and has edited audio to make Zimmerman look like a racist. Yes, that is right, the MSM deliberately did this to stoke the embers and fuel racial discontent.
Even the prosecutor was involved as she did not release the evidence showing the gashes on Zimmerman’s head and the blood running from them. If she had included them then it might be pretty clear he was defending himself and that no charges should be filed.
She and the governor can claim that the charges were not the result of public pressure but they were. Let’s face it, this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened.
Anyone remember the Duke Lacrosse case?
The people who are stoking the fires are not interested in justice. They claim they are but they are only interested in an outcome that they favor and if they do not get it they will most certainly cause civil disturbance. I imagine that riots will erupt all over the place and a lot of people will get hurt.
You see, when this all took place and the fires were being stoked by the race baiters they all claimed that they wanted Zimmerman arrested. They would be happy f he were arrested and if they did not arrest this man, well no justice no peace. Then, after the investigation, Zimmerman was arrested. He was charged and he went to jail to await a bond hearing. He got bail and was released. Now people are upset about that as the Twitter world lit up with death threats aimed at Zimmerman and the judge who allowed bail.
The people involved in this have already stated that they will now not be happy until Zimmerman is convicted and executed for murder.
All hell will break loose if anything less than this happens.
The people involved in trumping up outrage at the death of Martin are hell bent on seeing Zimmerman dead and they will not rest until that happens. If he is eventually found not guilty one of these morons will murder him.
The MSM stoked the racism. The race hustlers jumped all over it and the racists in the black community (like the New Black Pansies) got all riled up over this. It is contrived and it is over the top.
Blacks murder whites at a much higher rate than whites murder blacks and black on black crime is out of control. None of the usual suspects show up to protest when some white person is the victim of a horrific murder at the hands of a black person. None of them show up when blacks murder other blacks at an alarming rate.
No, they only show up when they can manufacture outrage and fuel the phony fire of racism.
Without that, most of them no longer have any legitimacy.
Another thing. I am tired of reading and hearing that Zimmerman shot an unarmed black man. Zimmerman did not know whether or not Martin was armed when Martin was attacking him. Martin did not need to be armed to inflict injury on Zimmerman.
I also get tired of hearing that Zimmerman disobeyed the order of a 911 operator to stand down. First of all, you are not obligated to follow what a 911 operator says. Second, this one only told Zimmerman that they did not need him tofollow Martin and third, once told that Zimmerman replied OK and stopped following Martin.
The radicals in the race hustling business will not be happy until Zimmerman is dead and from the looks of things they will do everything to make that happen.
Better buckle up folks. It is going to be a bumpy ride…

The Obama Dilemma

Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mmm) is an anti gun liberal/progressive/Socialist. He does not like guns and, like any typical liberal, he does not think anyone should be allowed to own them. He claims to believe that the Second Amendment is an individual right but that government can constrain that right (it is obvious that some regulation is due but Obama’s idea of constrain is to ban). Obama is on record as supporting state legislation to ban the manufacture, sale, and possession of handguns.
There is no denying that fact because he wrote it on a survey (and yes, he was the one who filled it out).
Obama has been an opponent of the Second Amendment throughout his life. His political career is a testament to the gun grabbers of the left and if he had his way he would ban guns, period.
If he gets reelected he will have “more flexibility” to enact all kinds of bans and work on all kinds of legislative tricks to restrict our rights.
Remember, liberals love to have armed guards around them and they love to be protected but they do not believe that the rest of us (the ones paying for their armed guards) should enjoy the same protection.
Obama has a dilemma on his hands. There has been a 66% increase in gun sales since Obama took office. The upsurge in gun sales has increased by 12 BILLION dollars and accounted for a 30% increase in jobs (98,750) last year. 1
It also led to $2.5 BILLION in federal taxes. 1
If Obama had been able to ban guns in his first term there would have been an even more dismal economy and the jobs reports would be worse than it is.
Obama is not worried about the economy except where it will affect his chances for reelection. He wants the economy to tank so the government can take complete control of everything.
It is ironic that the very thing that Obama hates would provide a boost to the economy and that he would benefit from it.
It is also important to note that Obama will not give up his dream of an unarmed population (which would be a slave population). If he is reelected he will try to ban guns and our government could well try to follow the British or Australian model of disarming citizens (neither of which has solved illegal gun crimes).
There is a reason that so many more people are buying guns. I don’t think it is so that they can just give them up based on the whim of a Socialist who desires to be the Dear Leader of our nation.
The vote in November is very important to the Republic. We have an opportunity to correct a mistake and get back to being a great nation.
In November we have the opportunity to see the end of an error…

Which Buffet Rule?

Barack Obama is on the warpath about the rich and taxing them. He trots out the so called Buffet Rule, named for the tax cheat who claims the rich need to pay more because he pays less in taxes than his secretary does. This sleight of hand is an issue involving the kind of income on which taxes are levied. His secretary has earned income and Buffet has investment (passive) income. These items are taxed at different rates and are not comparable.
Buffet could change his income to earned income and pay more. More importantly, he could pay the taxes he owes. Yes, Mr. the rich need to pay more owes a lot of money to the government. Ellen Sauerbrey put it nicely:
Obama is campaigning for “the Buffett rule” Which one does he mean? That the rich should pay more taxes? – or – that the rich should fight the IRS to pay less as Buffett is doing and has been doing for the last decade? His Berkshire Hathaway company owes the IRS one billion dollars IN BACK TAXES. He doesn’t seem TOO gung-ho to pay what HE OWES!. Is that spelled HYPOCRITE ? [From her Facebook Wall]
This is a very timely question and brings into the sunlight the dirty little secret. The people who are always screaming for higher taxes find many ways to avoid paying their own taxes. John Kerry and his yacht come to mind.
The neglected item in all this is the fact that the so called Buffet rule will do little to help the current fiscal mess our government is in. It will amount to a few billion dollars a year. The amount of money collected is rapidly spent by the government.
What is this all about then? It is nothing more than an effort to make things “fair”. It is about leveling the playing field and redistributing wealth. Barack Obama is on the campaign trail screaming that he is not a Socialist and that he is not out to redistribute wealth but his words do not square with his actions (or his past words).
Obama told Joe the Plumber that things were better when you spread the wealth around. He has stated that the Buffet rule was about making things fair.
As if it is fair to steal one person’s money and give it to another.
This is all about Obama’s Socialist policies of redistributing wealth. He claims that it is not but he is lying. Yes, to quote Congressman Joe Wilson, YOU LIE!
I have no problem calling Obama a liar because he is one and Wilson had it right. You can tell Obama is lying because his lips will be moving.
This is all about redistributive policies where government robs those who have been successful and give to those who have not. The wealthy already pay most of the taxes in this country (when they pay them Mr. Buffet and all you Democrat tax evaders) and they do more than their fair share.
Nearly half of wage earners pay no federal taxes. They do not pay their fair share or as Joe Biden would say, they are not being patriotic.
No, Barack Obama is not interested in getting deficits under control. He is not interested in policies that will actually get the economy moving.
Barack Obama is ONLY interested in pushing Socialist policies that will redistribute wealth.
Because yes, he is a Socialist.
Period.
And we need to make the Won, a One term wonder.

Eric Holder Says Voter ID Not Needed…

The left opposes voter ID in any shape or fashion and the only reason is because those who are not supposed to vote traditionally vote Democrat. The left will claim that there are too many people who don’t have IDs but that is a myth. There might be some folks who don’t have IDs but by and large, people have them.
Even the most downtrodden must have an ID to get government services. If this is not the case then we have another real problem where IDs would be beneficial.
Truth is, most people have some sort of ID and those who don’t probably don’t vote anyway. Even if they do, there are programs where they can get an ID (assuming they have never, ever needed one) at no cost.
The issue is that Democrats don’t want to get rid of an entire block of voters, the ones not allowed to vote, because they like to win elections. They must do that before they can run our lives.
James O’Keefe has exposed the reason we need ID to vote. First he went to a state and was issued ballots in the names of other people (including those who are dead) and now he has shoved the issue right down Attorney General Eric Holder’s throat.
O’Keefe has a video of a person requesting Holder’s ballot (he gave Holder’s name and address) and the poll worker tries to give it to him. The person says he does not have ID but is told that he does not need it. He says he wants to show it and leaves (before getting the ballot).
Holder says there is no problem but O’Keefe shows just how easy it is. And let us not be fooled by the rhetoric that IDs won’t solve the problem. This is dispelled by the video.
When he leaves he says “faster than you can say furious” which is absolutely hysterical.
A few take aways from this video. What does it say that these folks did not think it suspicious that someone claiming to be Holder asked for a ballot? Sure, there could be more than one Eric Holder but shouldn’t they verify? Perhaps they do not know who he is, which is a sad statement in and of itself.
Second take away; it is clear that an ID would have prevented this.
Third take away. Note the irony that he needed an ID to get into the Department of Justice to see someone in the building (like Holder) but did not need one to vote (and could have voted in Holder’s name).
Voter ID laws disenfranchise people but only those who are voting illegally…
If those voting illegally voted Republican the Democrats would pass voter ID in a heartbeat.

Martin O’Moron: Stupid Is As Stupid Does

The famous line from Forrest Gump appropriately fits Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley. Not long into his first term he decided that there needed to be a special session of the legislature to increase revenue which is liberal talk for raising taxes. One of the things raised (among a number of taxes) was the state’s sales tax. It increased 20% from 5 cents to 6 cents.
O’Moron told us that the tax increases were needed to close a budget gap, one created by Democrats who spend too much.
Imagine the surprise of the Democrats when the expected revenue did not materialize. They just could not figure out why the tax increases did not generate what they thought they would.
Maryland is a small state and borders other states with either lower sales tax or NO sales tax. Why not just drive to Delaware to make purchases?
The Transportation fund in Maryland is depleted because politicians raided it and used the money for things that were not transportation related. Now that the fund is full of IOUs they need to build it back up to repair roads. O’Moron wants to raise the sales tax another cent to pay for these transportation needs. Keep in mind that the taxpayers in this state funded the transportation fund in the first place. It is not our fault the politicians spent the money but we are the ones they turn to with their hat in hand and hands in our pockets.
This sales tax increase is a last ditch effort to increase taxes. O’Moron wanted to increase the gas tax AND apply the state sales tax to it (as if gas is not costly enough) but that was rejected so now it is on to increasing the sales tax.
The cynic in me thinks that this was the plan all along. O’Moron wanted the gas tax and if it had passed he would have been happy to rape us for the money but I think he knew it would never pass and this increase in the sales tax was his default position. To the uninformed it will look “no so bad” compared to a huge increase on gas. I mean, it is only a cent…
Regardless of what the process is the reality is that Marylanders are taxed enough, or should I say more than enough. Our problem is that we spend too much. Period.
We need to cut spending and cut taxes to increase the revenue to the state. It works every time it is tried.
But O’Moron is a tax and spend Democrat as are his Democrats in Annapolis. Plus, O’Moron has national ambitions. He wants to be president someday and if he ever accomplishes that he will be no better than the current occupant of the White House.
O’Moron is working on his national Dem creds so he will appeal to liberals across the country. He needs to be seen as a left wing lunatic with increased taxes, abortion on demand, illegals on the dole, and gay marriage under his belt so he will be part of the “in crowd” in the Democrat national scene.
It matters not to him that an increase in taxes will hurt the little people he and his party claim to protect (those with money will shop in other states). It matters not that his plans will result in lower revenue just as it did the last time.
All he cares about is positioning himself for the national scene.
We are taxed enough already Marty so how about you man up and cut the spending?
