Union Violence

The unions in America are led by thugs and some of the members are thugs who do the union bosses’ bidding. We have seen this throughout the budget debates as unions send their people to disrupt procedures and threaten people. In some cases the unions were involved in violence. The Victory of Scott Walker in Wisconsin was hard fought and the fight was against union thugs who were involved in or incited violence. One only needs to look at the calls for violence against Walker after he won to see the evil that unions can bring.

Union leadership uses intimidation and forced union membership to keep workers in line and it also uses intimidation and violence to get what it wants. There is no denying that unions, particularly public sector unions, have outlived their usefulness.

I have seen the intimidation tactics first hand when a union (private sector) was trying to get established in a former workplace. One of the thugs tried to coerce me and said he was not going to let me leave until he got his point across and got a commitment (I guess he thought I was going to fill out a card). He found out quickly that he was putting himself in danger.

In any event, these thugs literally get away with murder. They will not stop until they are met with equal force or until Governors like Walker take a stand and beat back these domestic terrorists.

Why Do Inmates Have This Freedom?

The AP has a report out about people who are being intimidated by inmates through social media, most notably, Facebook. It appears that inmates are using Facebook to harass and intimidate the victims of their crimes as well as the witnesses to those crimes.

Some victims and witnesses are very upset and scared that those who are in jail could use Facebook to get information that would help them or their surrogates to attack them. The information on Facebook, the pictures, the location information and the large amount of data that FB seems unable to keep secure (and often deliberately releases) is great intel for people who will soon leave prison or who have friends on the outside who can attack the innocent.

Why do criminals have access to computers that are connected to the Internet? Why, for that matter, do they even have access to computers? It is bad enough that we allow them to have cable TV with a zillion channels but now they have access to computers and the Internet. Unbelievable.

Some of the problem, it seems, is that inmates use cell phones that have been smuggled in to access the Internet. How do people sneak phones into the jail? Certainly the guards could sneak them in so they should be searched when they enter. If they get caught sneaking a cell phone in then they should get six months in jail and lose their job.

People who smuggle a phone in and get caught should be sent to jail for six months and be denied permission to visit inmates. Inmates caught with cell phones should have six months added to their sentences, be put in solitary for a month and have their privilege to get visitors suspended for six months.

Make it tough for all concerned. I am all for the prisons installing the cell phone jammers and other technologies to keep cell phones from sending or receiving.

Any inmate caught harassing people through social media (or in any other fashion) should receive even more stringent punishment.

Keep in mind that the jails are secured facilities and that they are supposed to keep things from coming in or going out without close scrutiny. How are tens of thousands of phones entering these facilities?

Because they are full of the same incompetence that permeates all levels of government.

Welcome To The New Amerika, Chicago Style

It is well known that the Democrats and the ruling elite in this country desire Socialism and Communism for this great nation. In case you have not figured it out, this is what Obama meant when he talked about “fundamentally transforming” the United States. They are transforming it but they have hit a few bumps along the way.

One would think the Constitution would be a bump for them but it is not. They ignore it when it does not fit their agenda and act like they are the Founding Fathers when they can use it to get what they want. Case in point, Barack Obama said the Constitution was limiting and a set of negative liberties. He did not like the limitations placed on government. However, when he is discussing his pals putting a Mosque in New York he acts like he wrote the thing.

Obama brought Chicago style politics to DC and inspired his followers to intimidate voters as if they were in some third world country. He has even inspired Representative Melissa Bean of Illinois’ 8^th Congressional District. We all know what troubles the Democrats had last August when they held Town Hall meetings. This is why they are holding so few of them this year. It is also why they are avoiding discussing Obamacare like the plague (and on direction from the White House). Bean had a huge thug at her latest event and that thug went around the room intimidating people. If people asked questions and were told to wait but continued then the thug was over them snarling and giving them a threatening look.

It is important to keep in mind that Democrats also had SEIU thugs at last year’s Town Hall events and those thugs assaulted constituents. It is also important to note that the acts of violence at these things have come from the Democrats. No one on the right has started fights though some have defended themselves, and rightly so. I think there would have been a fight if I had been at Bean’s event. I think that 40 people at an event can be inspired to mob a threat and stomp it into goo.

This is what Amerika has become. Just like the Soviet Union of old and its tactics of intimidation, the Obama Socialist Party is determined to control the people by any means necessary.

If any of the Democrats out there actually have the courage to have Town Hall meetings then we can expect there will be more of these goons to control the people.

Don’t be intimidated by these people. If we let them control us we have lost and they know it.

Of course I would not be surprised if more of these thugs are on hand at the polling places in November. Remember, they will not be prosecuted for intimidating you so do what you have to in order to minimize the threat.

If you have to, make them a good Democrat…

Wait Til Young Obama Supporters See This

The youth of America supported Obama and his promise of free health care for all. Unfortunately, it looks like they will be paying for their insurance and might pay about 17% more for it because they are needed to fund the program for the elderly and those with preexisting conditions.

An AP story reports this but says the pluses might outweigh the minuses because up to 2 million people will be allowed to stay on their parent’s insurance until they are 26. This assumes that those parents have or will have insurance and that they will let their children stay on their policy.

Even if it is true, it is only a plus if you are one of the 2 million.

Also in the news, now that several major companies have expressed that the new plan will cost them millions or billions in health care costs each year (AT&T, Verizon, Caterpillar, Deere, Valero Energy, AK Steel and 3M), Henry Stalin Waxman has demanded that they turn over certain documents regarding this issue. He says it is to see how this could be since the CBO and others have said the opposite would be true.

But the reality is that this is an attempt at intimidation. Waxman and Stupak (of all people) sent a letter detailing what they wanted. How dare you companies question Obamacare?

Perhaps these things should have been looked at before the bill was signed into law. No, the Democrats were in such a rush that they failed to ask companies how this would affect them. They relied on estimates and now that reality has hit they want to intimidate the companies.

If it is not intimidation why do they need all emails relating to this matter?

I hope the companies show up and present their case while telling Waxman he cannot have the emails or anything else not necessary to support their claims.

Make some popcorn folks, this could start to get interesting.
