Offensive? That’s a Jailin’
Jan 28, 2011 Political
Not only is it now a serious crime in America to offend someone (if you offend a certain judge in New Hampshire, you get 60 days in jail), now, apparently, if you call someone a crybaby, that’s racist, offensive, hateful, and threatening. Well, if that someone is a member of the protected class: government.
Whiny California state Sen. Leland Yee is really raising a storm. Why? Because he’s offended. And he’s not afraid to use lots of people with badges to attack anyone who doesn’t agree with him. After all, an unknown person called him said he was a crybaby (and used profanity) — so there is now an official state investigation with the Senate Legislature investigating and “other security agencies.”
So beware — if you offend someone who is in government, you might be thrown in jail. But hey, at least we’re not rioting in the streets, like Egypt…at least not yet.

Hugo Chavez Insults Obama
Mar 23, 2009 Political
The blowhard from Venezuela is at it again. It appears that he is not happy with how Obama is handling things here in OUR country (which actually aligns him with a lot of people here) and Chavez has decided to enter into the thing Obama likes best; that being diplomacy. The tin horn dictator called Barack Obama an ignoramus because Barry had the nerve to say Hugo exported terrorism.
Seems ole’ Hugo expected something different from his fellow Socialist and long standing member of the National Socialist Party.
I don’t care for Obama but who is this fat slob to call the leader of our country names? I did not like it when he called George Bush Satan and I don’t like him insulting Obama either. I don’t agree with much of what Obama stands for but his criticism should come from within by people who actually have some standing in this country.
It is only fair to stand up against Chavez in this incident because I did the same for Bush. Unlike the left who prayed Bush would be killed and applauded Chavez when he insulted him, I take offense. Not many on the left defended President Bush but I am sure quite a few, like say Sean Penn and Cindy Sheehan, are not too happy with their buddy Hugo.
I think Chavez could die of something close to lead poisoning and the world would be a better place.

My Plan To Help Special Olympian Obama
Mar 20, 2009 Political
Barack Obama insulted millions of special needs people when he made a comment equating his bowling skills to the Special Olympics. I know that Obama did not mean to insult people but he could not help himself because he is a Democrat and they say things without thinking. The only thing that I have supported with Obama is his scrapping of a plan to charge the private insurance of veterans for service related injuries. That idea should never have been considered. As an aside, I think General Shinseki was smart to float it early. I originally thought he was advocating it but it now appears as if he let it out to build opposition.
I know that the liberals have been upset calling the Republicans the party of NO and saying that we do not support The Evil Won. I am going to rectify this now by, to use an overused phrase, extending an olive branch to Obama.
Here is how The MEssiah can make it up. There is a Special Olympian who says that he can beat Obama at bowling. I have no doubt of that because the Olympian, Kolan McConiughey, has thrown 5 perfect games. Kolan McConiughey has challenged Obama to a bowling match.
Here is where the olive branch comes in. Barack Obama should accept the challenge and they should set it up as a pay per view event. They could set a date for August when Congress is in recess (the time of the year when we are the safest) and promote the event.
These two can meet to bowl the match, a 3 game event, to see who is the best. The proceeds from the event can go to the Special Olympics. This is a win-win for everyone. Obama will save face, McConiughey will get the chance of a lifetime and the Special Olympics will get a lot of money.
This is a perfect way for Obama to turn lemons into lemonade.
There, don’t say I never tried to help the guy.

Has Obama Been Around Biden Too Long?
Mar 20, 2009 Political, Stop the ACLU
The sainted one has made a gaffe. The messiah, the evil won, has said something offensive that insults the entire population of people with special needs. On the Tonight Show Obama and Jay Leno discussed Obama’s bowling skills:
Toward the end of his approximately 40-minute taping on the “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno,” Obama talked about how he’d gotten better at bowling and had been practicing in the White House bowling alley.
“I bowled a 129,” he told Leno.
“That’s very good, Mr. President,” Leno said sarcastically.
But then came the foot-in-mouth moment: “It’s like the Special Olympics or something,” the president said. ABC News [emphasis mine]

This is a gaffe one would expect from Joe Biden. He is the gaffe master and says stupid things so frequently that his gaffes are often ignored or excused as “just Joe being Joe.”
Barack Obama knew he stepped in the donkey doo because he started damage control as soon as he boarded Air Force One. There is some outrage but not as much as when Don Imus called a girls basketball team nappy headed ho’s. Why is it that he lost his job because of ginned up outrage and Obama receives relatively little scorn?
Democrats have a history of offending different groups and are generally given a pass. All they have to do is apologize and all is forgiven. Let a Republican make an off the wall remark and the next thing you know there are boycotts and protests.
The picture in this post is what Democrats put out when George Bush was running against John Kerry. The story is here.

Stephen King Pulls a John Kerry
May 6, 2008 Political
During the last election cycle John Kerry told students that it was important to get an education or you would end up in Iraq. This was obviously an insult to the troops but Kerry dismissed it as a botched joke. Perhaps he meant to tell a joke but the Freudian slip told his inner feelings. Given his total disregard for the Vietnam vets with whom he served, it is not hard to see why people believe he meant what he said.
Stephen King, the liberal author, has insulted our troops in a manner that is Kerryesque. King told people that it was important to learn to read and that if you could not read then your options were the “Army and Iraq, something like that. It’s not as bright.”
What this maggot said is that the Army is full of people who cannot read. The members of our military (he said Army but he meant all services) are not bright enough to read so they end up in in the military and places like Iraq.
I know a whole lot of people in the military and everyone I know can read. Most of the people I know can read and comprehend as well or better than Mr. king. Some of the people I know in the military have published technical work that required a bit more than for King to write fictional novels. Quite a few of the people I know in the military have written articles for magazines, newspapers and many have blogs. All of these require the ability to read and write. And while King thinks that people do not have to be as bright to get in the military, I would like to see him fly a plane or a helicopter. I would like to see Stephen King operate an M1 tank or a Patriot Missile battery. I would also like to see him perform the miracles our medical folks do.
Stephen King is a half witted liberal who has lived in a protected world where he can run around and discredit those with whom he disagrees. He is an ungrateful twit who has the freedom to say what he wants because of the men and women of the armed forces who protect our country and our way of life. Stephen King is not fit to carry the boots of any member of the military and all of them will always be a cut above him and his kind.
Mr. King, the members of our military are quite capable of reading and I am sure that many of them helped make you rich by buying and reading your books. However, if you believe that they are unable to read perhaps they should stop buying your literature and maybe they should stop selling it in the exchanges.
Interestingly Mr. King, you chose to insult our troops when none of them were around. Maybe we can get a few of them to go to your next book signing and see if you would be as forthright. Considering where you have your head, at least you will be able to read your own book when they get done with you.
