Joe Biden Has Exceeded His Authority

Suppose for a moment that the federal government said that they would not allocate federal money (read confiscated citizen’s tax dollars) or provide modern equipment to any police department in any state that turned illegal aliens in to ICE for deportation. Then imagine that the state of Texas said they would provide funding and equipment to any state that ignored the federal government.
Now tell me how much uproar there would be from the feds. They would scream that immigration is an item specifically granted to the federal government and that states should not be interfering. Biden and his minions would be screaming about how a state (in this example Texas) was going beyond what it is allowed and involving itself in a federal matter. The US Attorney General would be making threats and trying to bully Texas into stopping its overreach.
Joe Biden has promised school systems in Florida that ignore the legal mandates of the Florida governor regarding masking of children in school will receive federal dollars to make up for the money Governor DeSantis has threatened to withhold from any system that defies his orders.
The federal government has no authority to interfere in state matters. The Governor of the State runs the state, not the President or any other person in DC. This is a blatant overreach and another example of how Biden has exceeded his authority.
This comes on the heels of Biden stating that it would be UNCONSTITUIONAL for him to extend the eviction moratorium and then doing just that while stating he knows it is illegal but if it buys them time to do as they wish while it winds its way through the court then it is worth it.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a violation of his oath of office and it is an overreach of his authority. No one can violate the Constitution or ignore laws in order to achieve a political goal no matter how noble it might be. To be clear, I do not think it is noble or legal for the federal (or state) government to say a landlord can’t collect rent and evict people who do not pay it. The people involved have a contract and they should honor that contract. What will happen is the federal government will use our tax dollars to pay these things for some landlords while others will lose their properties. It is wrong and the Supreme Court stated it was wrong and could not be extended. Biden did it anyway to achieve a goal.
It is likely the demented old fool got an earful from the socialists in his party and capitulated.
If Nancy Pelosi and the democrat communists are still looking for a reason to impeach this is it.
This is not a one off or a two off. Biden praised jurisdictions in Texas and Florida that disobeyed the lawful orders of the governors of those states. Biden made these people out to beheroes for ignoring the lawful orders of the governors.
As an aside, keep this in mind when I and many like me ignore anything Biden puts out that we do not want to do. I think most mandates violate my rights (the Constitution is not void during an emergency) so I expect Joe to praise me when I ignore him.
So folks, these are just two examples of Biden exceeding his authority. If you are liberal please ask yourself how you would have reacted had President Trump stated he knew what he was doing was unconstitutional but he did it anyway. Ask yourself how you would act if Trump used federal tax dollars to usurp the authority of the states as Joe Biden has offered to do.
We all know how you would have acted and we know you would be screaming for impeachment. If you are not doing that now then you are a political shill and not a patriot. You statements about Trump or any future Republican president MUST be ignored.
Joe Biden must go. In six months he has ruined our nation. He was an inept Senator. He was a bumbling Vice President and now he is a doddering old fool occupying a seat he is not prepared to be in and a position he is nowhere near qualified to have.
He, in all honesty, is a post turtle.
An old Virginia farmer sat in his doctor’s office when the doc asked him his opinion about Joe Biden and his role as our new president.
The farmer said, “Well, ya know, Biden is a ‘Post Turtle.’”
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him, “What is a ‘post turtle’?”

The doc looked puzzled, so the farmer explained, “Well, you know he didn’t get up there by himself. He doesn’t belong up there. He doesn’t know what to do while he’s up there. He‘s elevated beyond his ability to function, and you just wonder what kind of a dumb ass put him up there in the first place.”

Equal Justice Under The Law

Unless of course, you are a conservative.
Then you are held to a different standard. One needs only look at how Hillary Clinton, who has committed a number of criminal acts, has been treated compared to others who have done similar things. Hillary failed to protect classified information and nothing happened to her. Members of the military have failed to protect classified information and have been jailed. Hillary actually collaborated with the Russians in the Uranium One deal and she has not been held accountable. Democrats accused Donald Trump of collusion and he has been investigated in a witch hunt for a year and a half. Of course it helps that Hillary’s co-conspirator, Robert Mueller, is the one investigating. He will be sure to protect his buddies while working to remove Trump.
Today we have more evidence. Rosie O’Donnell contributed more than the legal limit to five politicians and she did it using five different addresses and variations of her name. She is claiming she did not know the limit and assumed the excess would be returned. This woman wants you to believe that Donald Trump is some kind of idiot and she is so smart and yet she can’t figure out how campaign contribution limits work.
Reality check here. Rosie knew what she was doing which is why she used different addresses and variations of her name. She can plead ignorance but her actions show she knew exactly what she was doing.
I am willing to bet Rosie will not see any action taken against her.
But Big Dog, people are rarely punished for these kinds of things. Their donations are returned and they are told not to do it again.
Oh really? I think what you mean is LIBERALS are never punished for these things. There is a guy named Dinesh D’Souza who gave too much to politician friend who was running for office. D’Souza, who happens to be a conservative, was punished for his crime. No one can convince me that he was taken to the wood shed for any other reason other than he is a conservative. Nothing more, nothing less.
D’Souza is now discussing this topic and he wants to see Rosie get the exact same treatment that he got and I am on his side on this one. She deserves to get as much or more (it was five times for her) than he did.
I will not hold my breath waiting for her to be prosecuted though I will point out that Trump is in office and his people run things now. Trump does not like Rosie so it is possible that the directive might come out to take her down for what she did.
I am not advocating for her to be taken down because the president does not like her. I am looking for equal treatment under the law and merely point out the odds are at least better that her case will not be ignored.
Maybe Rosie needs to be locked up for a while to think about what she did wrong.

Why Rich Liberals Want Tax Increases

All liberals want people to be taxed more. That is, of course, except them. Liberals love to discuss raising tax rates and forcing more people to pay more of their hard earned cash to the government so that the government can take that money and waste it on programs that support liberals. Welfare, bailouts, union payoffs, all done with tax dollars to keep the liberal base down and dependent on government while forcing others to pay.
Even very wealthy liberals say that the wealthy should pay more in taxes. Bill Clinton says he should be paying more, Michael Moore thinks the wealthy should be paying more and Warren Buffett says the wealthy should be paying more. Buffett is so revered in the Obama regime that a new tax plan is named after him. It matters not that the new tax is based upon a lie (that Buffett pays less in taxes than his secretary) what matters is that the man is advocating more taxes for the rich.
He and other rich liberals like to discuss raising taxes because they do not pay their taxes. John Kerry wants more taxes but docks his yacht in another state to avoid taxes. Charlie Rangel finds ways (mostly illegal ones) to avoid paying taxes. Buffett is no different. Last year Buffett made $62,955,038, making him very rich, but instead of paying his fair share Buffett has been fighting with the IRS for ten years to avoid paying about ONE BILLION dollars in taxes.
Mr. I need to pay more in taxes is fighting the IRS to avoid paying taxes. All liberals who advocate higher taxes (but only on the rich as we define them at any given moment) work very, very hard to avoid paying their own taxes.
Buffett is not different and neither are all the mush brained morons from Hollywood who claim they need to pay more. All of these rich people employ accountants to ensure they pay the IRS as little as possible. Here is a great summation of Buffett’s hypocrisy:

AZ Man Faces Jail For Seeking A Better Life

Cristian Alfredo Urquijo, a 39 year old man, was arrested in Arizona last July and his crime really amounts to trying to have a better life. He was unemployed and needed to eat so he performed odd jobs (jobs very few are willing to do) to make ends meet and so that he would not starve to death.
I would say that he was trying to make a better life for his family as well but I do not know if he has family.
One would think that this Man, Urquitjo, was here illegally trying to make life better life for himself and has been arrested and is awaiting deportation – especially since this is Arizona. This is, after all, the picture we have been painted.
They came here because there were no opportunities in their native country, they had no jobs, they wanted to provide a better life for themselves and their families and they are no threat to the country. What laws have they really broken?
This case though, involves a person whose immigration status is not identified. He is identified as a bank robber who claims he was out of work and needed to eat so he took to robbing banks.
All this poor guy wanted was to make a better life for himself. He was no real threat to anyone. Yeah, he pointed a gun when he robbed banks but he never hurt anyone. He was only acting out of desperation. What laws did he really break?
Illegally entering this country is a felony as is bank robbing. Most banks have armed guards in them to keep bad people out and our borders have armed guards in most places who are there to keep bad people out. In both cases, entering illegally or robbing a bank, the person or persons involved only want a better life for themselves and seek that better life by breaking the law.
The only difference is that the bank robber faces 20-35 years in jail as reward for his felony while those who enter this country illegally are given jobs, don’t pay taxes, are given welfare and social security, their kids are allowed to attend school and Obama will reward them by Executive Order for reward for their felony.
Reward them? Yes, with a “path to citizenship” called the DREAM Act, or, more appropriately, amnesty. This is a plan that was defeated several times in Congress but Obama will enact it via fiat.
The people who broke the law getting here are coddled by the Democrats while those who rob banks will be sent to jail.
Yep, our system needs an overhaul.
As does the roster of those occupying elected positions…

Did Obama Break The Law?

Perhaps I should have asked if he broke the law again. In this case though, the issue is whether Obama filmed a campaign ad inside the White House which could be a violation of election laws. In the ad, Obama is seen asking people to send $5.00 donations which will enter them in a raffle to win dinner with Obama, trip expenses included.
The video from Real Clear Politics shows a background that is strikingly similar in appearance to the background Obama uses for his weekly radio addresses right down to identical lamps.
I doubt this will be much of an issue in the Lamestream Media because they ignore all things embarrassing to Obama. Let Michele Bachmann make a mistake about John Wayne and she is a moron, a flake or some airhead but let Obama tout his awarding the Medal of Honor to a living soldier even though he actually awarded it posthumously and it is virtually ignored.
Reportedly, Obama was told of his gaffe two days later and his response was to ask how it was being reported and when he found out that allies in the media were putting the kibosh on it he was more at ease and decided it could be ignored. It was not until it got legs that he became concerned and it was not until his Chief of Staff raised the roof that he apologized to the family of the fallen soldier.
It is a shame that the Commander in Chief would make such a mistake but it is more of a shame that his first response was to ask how it was playing rather than to admit the mistake and work to make amends. The media are as shameful because they ignore these Obama gaffes and outright demonstrations of incompetence all the time while pointing out the minutest of mistakes by those who want to replace their messiah.
Palin might botch the Paul Revere saga but I bet she would not botch whether she awarded the MOH to a dead soldier or a live one.
Now I have to admit that the media might not understand any of this. Perhaps it thought Obama actually did see the dead soldier to whom he awarded the medal. After all, they ignored his past declarations that he could see the dead.

So given that the media are willing accomplices in the crime that is Obama it is unlikely they will report on his violation of campaign laws.
Hell, they don’t report on when he breaks the law by waging war without Congressional approval. Even Obama and Biden know that what they did was wrong…

Funny how when it was Bush, Obama was certain that he had no authority (even though Bush had Congressional approval). So Barack, what imminent threat does Libya pose to the US?

Biden threatens to impeach Bush if he goes to Iran without Congressional approval and he says Iran is no threat to the US. Where is this lop-eared moron with regard to Obama and Libya? Come on Sheriff Joe, impeach Obama you hypocrite. Once again, what threat does Libya pose to the US?
The Obama regime is full of criminals, Communists, Socialists, and others generally in favor of changing America into a government run redistributer of wealth. It is supported by thugs who also break the law and who have no problem using lies and deceit to fool the liberal morons into voting Democrat.
It should surprise no one that the regime breaks the law. Obama does that routinely and his actions are concealed by the Lamestream Media either through willful distortion of the truth or by ignoring the crimes taking place.
I want to see the liberals who comment here ask Biden to start impeachment proceedings against Obama. They wanted it and supported it when Biden threatened to do it to Bush. Now that Obama has done what Biden said Bush would do, he needs to put his money where his bleached teeth are and impeach.
First, let’s address the violation of campaign laws by Obama. Does he have Buddhist Monks sending him money as well?
