Pelosi Gets Dumber Each And Every Day

Did you know that extending unemployment benefits will create jobs? Nancy Pelosi says that extending them would create 600,000 jobs!

“The unemployment insurance extension is not only good for individuals. It has a macroeconomic impact. As macroeconomic advisers have stated, it would make a difference of 600,000 jobs to our economy,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said at a briefing on Capitol Hill Real Clear Politics

How will paying people NOT to work create jobs? How will extending the time people can sit home and draw unemployment suddenly create in them a desire to get up and get a job?

How can taking taxpayer money (money we do not have) and paying it to people who are not working create more jobs? The only jobs I see possibly coming out of this are government jobs for people to handle the unemployment claims. Those jobs, if they were created, would cost more taxpayer money we do not have and would certainly NOT get anywhere close to 600,000.

No Nancy, extending unemployment will NOT create any jobs. Not one, not ten, not 600,000. If extending unemployment created that many jobs we would have no unemployment because we have extended those benefits out to more than two years. Those past extensions did NOT create jobs and any new extension will fail just as miserably.

This is typical liberal thinking (though the term thinking is a stretch) and it shows, once again, that liberalism is a mental disorder.

Michael Moore Says That The Money Of The Wealthy Is Not Theirs

It has been demonstrated time and again that Michael Moore is a hypocrite. He is a very wealthy man who likes to keep his own money. When he feels slighted with regard to his money he gets a lawyer and he sues. He pretends to be Joe six pack and just one of the average folks.

Moore told people that the money the rich people have is not theirs, it belongs to everyone else. That is right, the money that wealthy people earn does not belong to them because Moore says it is a national resource and belongs to the people.

WTF?

In America we are supposed to be able to keep what we earn and we are supposed to be able to do with it what we want. In Moore’s Socialist dream the wealth is supposed to be confiscated and given to other people.

“They’re sitting on the money, they’re using it for their own — they’re putting it someplace else with no interest in helping you with your life, with that money. We’ve allowed them to take that. That’s not theirs, that’s a national resource, that’s ours. We all have this — we all benefit from this or we all suffer as a result of not having it,” Michael Moore told Laura Flanders of GRITtv.

“I think we need to go back to taxing these people at the proper rates. They need to — we need to see these jobs as something we some, that we collectively own as Americans and you can’t just steal our jobs and take them someplace else,” Moore concluded. Real Clear Politics

Notice that Moore does not include himself. He does not say the money does not belong to US, it is yours. No, he says their and they’re (referring to the other rich people and not himself). To Moore, he is not one of the rich people about whom he speaks. He is like everyone else.

And like most liberals he is a hypocrite who believes that he is entitled to keep what is his but the property of every other wealthy person is up for grabs.

Moore is a first class moron and it is amazing to me that there are other morons who listen to what this twit has to say.

Then again, our children are not learning because their teachers are in the streets trying to keep more of OUR money (and from what we have seen, they are not learning when the teachers are in the classroom).

The teacher’s unions are just like Moore. The money is not yours, it belongs to them…

The Hypocrisy of Teddy

Now, in all fairness, he probably doesn’t know that he is as hypocritical as he is- number one, it is his innate sense of entitlement that makes him oblivious to hypocrisy- after all, he is a Kennedy, therefore he is better than us mere mortals.

Number two, even though the brain cancer that has taken half of his brain has probably made him smarter in some respects, being a Kennedy is a different life- form- indeed, he might actually begin to make sense after the rest of his brain is eaten by the cancer. He certainly isn’t making sense now.

Back in 2004, when Herman Munster- uh, John Kerry (sorry, I get those mixed up ALL the time) was running for President, Teddy boy had the law changed in Massachusetts that would replace Herman Munster-(damn, not again) John Kerry in the Senate- the thinking being that the Dems did not want Republican Mitt Romney replacing Kerry with a Republican pick, so Teddy had the law changed from a Governmental appointment to a special election.

Now that the seat that may be vacated is his, Teddie wants a do- over.

 For nearly half a century, Sen. Edward Kennedy has guarded his family’s political legacy. Stricken with cancer and as Congress takes up his signature issue, he is tending to his own.

Kennedy asked Massachusetts lawmakers to change state law to give Gov. Deval Patrick, a fellow Democrat and supporter of President Barack Obama, the ability to appoint an interim replacement to Kennedy’s seat should Kennedy be unable to continue serving.

Under state law, an election is required within 145-160 days after a Senate seat becomes vacant. That would temporarily leaveMassachusetts without a voice in the Senate — and Senate Democrats potentially one vote short on any health care overhaul legislation.

Kennedy said he supports the special election process, but wants to ensure the seat is filled during the course of the election.

Oh yeah, I am sure that Teddye boy really cares about the process- that is why he is always changing it to suit his idea of the day here. The man never cared about fair- that has been evident since Mary Jo- he is just trying to ensure that “healthscare” doesn’t die with him. Personally, I would like to be the one that whispers in his ear, as he takes his last breath, “The bill failed, Ted- now go have a talk with God and Mary Jo- they have been waiting.”

Still, even the Dems in the state are somewhat reluctant to be changing laws every four years like a Banana Republic- that doesn’t bother Teddy, but then he has HALF a brain- (you see, even the village idiot can serve).

“We have great respect for the senator and what he continues to do for our commonwealth and our nation. It is our hope that he will continue to be a voice for the people of Massachusetts as long as he is able,” they said in a joint statement.

The state last changed its succession law in 2004 to require the special election. Before that the governor was allowed to name a successor. At the time, Democrats were worried that then-Republican Gov. Mitt Romney would be able to fill any vacancy created if Democratic Sen. John Kerry was elected president.

Republican House Leader Brad Jones said he proposed virtually the same idea in 2004 as Kennedy is proposing now — which would have allowed Romney to name someone to fill the seat on an interim basis — but it was overwhelmingly rejected by Democrats.

“If this is going to move forward, people are going to have to explain what’s changed between then and now,” said Jones, of North Reading.

Now, I am aware that some people actually believe that Teddie is an OK guy- I am not one of them- just as people are outraged at the Lockerbie bomber being freed, despite never admitting guilt, I see no difference between Teddye and this other waste of space- the ONLY difference being the number of people killed. There has never been an admission of guilt, an apology, or ANY type of penance. 

In my world, he would have never been eligible to run for the Senate, much less serve as long as he has. Now he wants to change the rules so the seat can stay a Democratic seat- probably for some Kennnedy-to-be-named-later. What arrogance.

This healthscare bill needs to be defeated while he is still alive, so we can all “feel his pain” before he dies.

And then a Republican needs to sit in his seat.

After the seat is exorcised.

Only in California-really, this is the only place that you could have someone so obviously incompetent be voted into an office that can potentially affect so many people.

There are people who will say,” Oh my God, you are not sourcing enough- you have to source what you say.” Well, not necessarily- just look at her- you do not have to source common sense here. The lady should be in a rubber room with no sharp objects and a date with some jumper cables, or whatever it is they use on the terminally stupid.

I speak, of course, of the Speaker of the House of the United States, Nancy Pelosi. Who else could I have been speaking of? This is the woman, who with the aid of a brain scan, single- headedly helped Stephen Hawking develop his theory on black holes. There are raging Liberals everywhere ranting, ” Someone PLEASE shut her up! She makes us look air- headed!” Yes, yes, she does indeed do this.

One might think, given the extreme socialist agenda of Skinny B and hiz posse, that this dustup between Pelosi and the CIA did not have to happen- after all, the Democrats had won- they already had us in a position where we have little choice in what happens, but then , lo and behold, here comes a big chink in their armor, courtesy of, first Barama, then Pelosi as the crowbar, an apt mental comparison.

It’s a story for the ages- the struggle of a chronically medicated air- head who could, couldn’t, did, didn’t- approved, disapproved, an epic battle between logic and insanity. Who will win? Who loses? Who cares?

Well, I kind of do, because I have always thought that fighting the CIA was the ultimate in stupidity, no matter who you are. These are people who specialize in doing things that no one is supposed to ever find out about- how hard would it be to over medicate Pelosi? After all, just look at her- I have seen that look of hers on INTERVENTION, the series about the terminally addicted on A&E. A Meth addiction is not a good look for her.

First, she said she did not know about water boarding, then she said she knew that it might happen, then she said a staffer knew, but she did not. She has single- handedly kept this problem alive, and given Dick Cheney more ammo, than if she had just kept quiet, but then she has never known how to shut up in her life.

With every utterance, she is affirming the fact that Steny Hoyer, the man who came in second behind Pelosi in the voting for Speaker of the House, should be the Democrat’s man when Nan has her inevitable breakdown, and it’s coming soon. It’s not going to be pretty, either- I expect her to be exclaiming that she’s ready for her close- up, now, and come out painted even more grotesquely than usual. No behavior of hers would surprise me anymore.

I had always thought she was retarded, or medicated, or had some brain- stem injury that rendered her incapable of logic, but I never, in my wildest nightmares, would have believed that even a group as misinformed as the Liberal Left would put her in a position of power, two steps removed from the Presidency. That is insanity, pure and simple. Only someone who hates our country, and wishes to cause its downfall would intentionally do this. Her words and actions the past three weeks have proven that.

Someone needs to regulate her hormones, or re- do her medication, or administer electro- shock- or even better- all of the above, just so she can be brought back from Oz before a house lands on her.

To say that as a politician she is a disappointment is saying quite a lot,because we have held the bar pretty freaking low for politicians for quite awhile, unfortunately. Still, she is in a class by herself- and it can’t be comfortable for anyone who voted for her to have seen her performance yesterday, when she couldn’t even find her notes, and stumbled and stuttered like the village idiot. She made George Bush look positively Mensa- like, compared to her behavior.

So now, this thing will grow, and I for one, believe that there will be hearings, and she needs to be under oath when she testifies, as do all the others, but God help her and her career if it turns out she lied, and the CIA was right, and she was just too medicated to pay attention.

This has been a Godsend for the conservatives, because now, whenever Liberals try to drag out Bush and his troubles with the English language, conservatives can just point at Pelosi- no words will be necessary, just get a napkin, and wipe off the drool.
