The global warming zealots have been running around for a long time telling us the science is settled and that we need to buck up and submit to the stupidity that will cost us a fortune and have no measurable affect on the climate. After a long period of no warming they started using the phrase climate change so that Al Gore could continue to rake in billions of dollars with this scam.

Even after the scientists were caught lying about global warming we were told to just ignore the man behind the curtain and submit to the global warming gods. After all, how can we argue with all those scientists.

I have argued with them for a long time. I pointed out that they had something to gain by continuing the charade because they keep getting money if they keep saying it exists.

Interestingly, a group of scientists has come forward to tell us that not all of the science world is on board with global warming and that it is not really anything to worry about. They even point out many of the items I claimed when I argued against the hoax.

These scientists do not believe the science is settled and they believe there is nothing to worry about.

Don’t expect the mush filled heads of the adherents of the Church of Global Warming to believe this or to give these scientists credit.

Only scientists who agree with them are credible and deserve to be listened to.

This is how science works in the liberal world. They claim an issue is settled and refuse to hear anything else contrary to their beliefs. Then they stick their fingers in their ears and sing la,la,la.

They will soon devise another climate scam to bilk governments out of the people’s money.

Professor Phil Jones is at the center of the climategate scandal in which private emails were released casting doubt on the whole global warming debate. Al Gore refuses to honestly debate the issue and tells us that the science is settled. It would appear, once again, that it is not so settled after all:

Professor Jones told the BBC yesterday there was truth in the observations of colleagues that he lacked organisational skills, that his office was swamped with piles of paper and that his record keeping is ‘not as good as it should be’.

The data is crucial to the famous ‘hockey stick graph’ used by climate change advocates to support the theory.

Professor Jones also conceded the possibility that the world was warmer in medieval times than now – suggesting global warming may not be a man-made phenomenon.

And he said that for the past 15 years there has been no ‘statistically significant’ warming. [emphasis mine] Daily Mail

Well, that unsettles it. Jones admits that it might have been warmer in medieval times and that there has been no statistically significant warming in the last 15 years.

This slap has to hurt the global warming crowd and its blind adherence to a cult that is now more unsettled than ever.

Remember, this guy is one of the big boys in the movement. After he was caught with his pants down (not in a Bill Clinton way) he fessed up to the fact that the science is not so settled after all.

This entire hoax continues to unravel.

And if the governments of the world ever start paying scientists to prove there is NO global warming, that will be the new pursuit, and they will tell us it is settled.

Maybe Al Gore should give that Nobel Peace Prize back…

Another admission that data used by the IPCC is flawed. As with most of the erroneous data discovered, the claim is made that the information is background and does not change the conclusions. They relied on all the data to arrive at the conclusion but the data is not important for that conclusion…

A background note by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said a 2007 report wrongly stated that 55 percent of the country was below sea level since the figure included areas above sea level, prone to flooding along rivers.

The lies, the misrepresentations, the Nobel Peace Prizes, and the billions of dollars spent will soon be reminders of a hoax perpetrated on the world by a bunch of snake oil salesmen who only wanted to make a buck.

Al Gore and his followers beat the drum for man-made global warming and often claimed that the science was settled but it is more unsettled than ever now that the movement has been exposed. It is a hoax. It is a lie. It is not true.

A WARNING that climate change will melt most of the Himalayan glaciers by 2035 is likely to be retracted after a series of scientific blunders by the United Nations body that issued it.

Two years ago the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) issued a benchmark report that was claimed to incorporate the latest and most detailed research into the impact of global warming. A central claim was the world’s glaciers were melting so fast that those in the Himalayas could vanish by 2035.

In the past few days the scientists behind the warning have admitted that it was based on a news story in the New Scientist, a popular science journal, published eight years before the IPCC’s 2007 report.

It has also emerged that the New Scientist report was itself based on a short telephone interview with Syed Hasnain, a little-known Indian scientist then based at Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi.

Hasnain has since admitted that the claim was “speculation” and was not supported by any formal research. If confirmed it would be one of the most serious failures yet seen in climate research. Best possible advice? It looks like that is not exactly what they are getting. Instead they have hidden declines, manipulated data and warnings based on phone interviews with little known scientists.

The hits just keep on coming.

The global warming crowd stands by its assertions that the science is settled and that we no longer need to debate the issue. This despite growing concern about the shenanigans that have taken place with manipulated and hidden data. Science should not need to have tricks and should not allow the conclusion to dictate the “facts.” The facts should lead to the conclusion.

When the conclusion is in doubt or when there is disagreement then scientists should continue to do research to discover a truth. When the truth is invented, or if it looks like the truth was invented, then people are naturally skeptical.

Thus is the case with global warming and the people like Al Gore who spout about disasters of apocalyptic proportions. We are all going to die as the world melts. Yeah, right.

What is more likely is that Al Gore and many others stand to get very rich by hyping up this “crisis.” It sort of reminds me of all the Swine Flu hysteria which now turns out to be not so bad. When all is said and done the Swine Flu will likely not be any worse than the regular seasonal flu, just like I said when the hype first started.

One question people need to ask is, if this is settled and the science is sound why are people who are seeking answers cut off? Security guards in Copenhagen stopped a reporter from asking questions about Climategate and the issue of global warming. The guard threatened to take camera equipment and throw the reporter out.

This is how the settled science is debated. If you disagree, jackbooted Nazis storm in and remove you. Al Gore says he will debate the issue but he rejects requests to debate it and always says the science is settled.

At one time the science was settled that the Earth was flat. At one time the science was settled that heavier than air flight was impossible. At one time the science was settled that smoking was OK and doctors even hawked cigarette brands.

Science changes as new information becomes available. The only time an issue is cut off from debate is when people have something to hide.

Looks like the Global Warming science that is “settled” became a bit unsettled after a large amount of data from climate scientists was either hacked into or released by an insider. The email messages among climate scientists paints a picture of deception and cover-up.

Scientists lamented about data that showed cooling rather than warming, discussed tricks to manipulate data to get the results they wanted, lamented over data that showed a cooling trend, cheered the death of a scientist critical of global warming, and discussed ways of breaking the law to avoid freedom of information requests as well as ways to keep critics from publishing peer reviewed papers.

Not that any of this has been thoroughly investigated by the main stream media.

Does this mean that man made global warming is a hoax? Not in and of itself though it is highly suggestive that the so called settled science is anything but settled.

The so called reputable scientists that global warming supporters point to as the beacons of truth have taken a serious hit because they demonstrated that they are not so reputable after all. Their leaked emails show a group of people who manipulated science to push an agenda rather than people who used science to prove or disprove global warming.

This shows what I have said all along and that is the science is not settled. It can’t be when the data used to settle it is flawed. It also shows that while we need to continue using good science to investigate the climate, we do not need to commit trillions of dollars to something that is quite unsettled.

The global warming crowd tried to squeeze out scientists who did not toe the line for the cause and this has come back to bite them.

The hockey stick graph has been discredited and now the scientists involved in global warming study have been discredited as well.

Al Gore needs a new line because the science is not settled.

If anything, the dishonesty is quite unsettling.

Global warming is an issue that creates mass hysteria among those of the left as they parade around slavishly following Al Gore and his over hyped PowerPoint show of black magic, lies, and distortions. The people who advocate for man to do something, anything, to stop the onslaught of catastrophe that will ensue unless we spend money we do not have on items that have yet to be invented, have yet to be demonstrated as effective and are based on something that is a theory are clueless. They insist that we must act because the science is settled and every scientist in the world worth anything has signed on board the Gore express.

The inconvenient truth is that as many scientists disagree with the idea of man made global warming as agree with it and the science is definitely not settled. Lest we forget, these reputable scientists were warning of an approaching ICE AGE only 35 or so years ago. Never mind that it has been colder lately and that we are not actually warming up (though this is strangely blamed on global warming) and never mind that it all seems to coincide with sunspot activity. The major issue with these folks is that Carbon Dioxide is dangerous. They call it a greenhouse gas and blame it for most of the problems. In the late 60s and early 70s it was CFCs used in aerosol cans as a propellant. That stuff was banned so now those who want to control your lives need a new villain. CO2 is the villain because it can never be eliminated and they won’t have to look for a new one in the future like they did after CFCs were banned.

CO2 is necessary for life to exist. It is the waste gas expired after Oxygen is processed in the body. Amazingly, there is a system on the planet that uses it and makes Oxygen. Plants use CO2 and return O2 for us to breathe and we do the opposite for them. It is amazing the way that this works. It is almost like a higher being designed it all or something…

In any event, the global warming zealots are looking to put into place these cap and trade schemes as well as others to charge us more money and to try to end this scourge of global warming. King Hussein of America is now looking to do it. They are all spending money we don’t have to end something that is not a problem all in the name of control.

The global warming hoax will make a handful of people very rich and will condemn us to poverty for a very long time. It will enslave us to government even more than we are now and when added to the trillion dollar deficits King Hussein is racking up (he has tripled a debt in one month) the recession will be turned into a depression.

But what about your offset plan Big Dog?

CO2 is a necessary gas but liberals want to eliminate it. Some of them have this idea about buying a carbon offset (a fancy way for them to make money for nothing) so my offset program involves all the liberals signing up for my program. Their names will be randomly selected to help allow those guilty of “polluting” with CO2 to alleviate that guilt. Here is how it works:

People who produce CO2 will send me money to purchase carbon offsets. I will randomly select a liberal from the list of those who want to help the environment (and all good libs want that, right). Then, they will be sent to the Final Exit Network where their carbon output will end. This will be a great offset program that allows libs to sacrifice for the cause and allow the rest of us to live how we want without a lot of problems.

But mostly, it will help me get rich through the sale of the offsets.

This is no more ridiculous than any of the other scams out there and mine actually helps decrease the surplus liberal population.

Yesterday I wrote a post indicating that African Press International had reported that Michelle Obama had called them and ranted about the way her husband was treated and she threw a lot of racist rants in to boot. Though I was a bit (but not completely) skeptical I waited, like many others, for the reported audio to be released. The audio was promised for today and has not been released. Therefore, this story cannot be verified. The Obama camp says it never happened and the API says it did. That is not good enough especially when it is unlikely Michelle Obama would be given enough of a leash to make that kind of call. She has been under wraps since she told us how she was not proud of her country, the one that gave her a great education and made her wealthy.

It does not matter that the story is fake because the story is true. How is that, you ask? Well, back when Dan Rather and CBS used phony documents to spread nasty lies about George Bush in a blatant attempt to influence the election, we were given the rules to follow. After Rather and CBS finally capitulated and said they could not verify that the documents were authentic (because they were phony, duh) we were told that it did not matter if the documents were phony because the story was true. The left wing website, Media Matters, claimed that Rather was correct when he said that no one ever proved the documents were fake and that the basic facts in the story were true.

I prefer to use that line of reasoning with regard to API. Though no one has proven that the API story is fake (nor has it been proven true) the basic facts remain true. Michelle Obama is a radical black woman who has disdain for whites and believes that blacks should unquestioningly support her husband because he is black.

So, while I did report that the story was out there, I did not fall for it hook, line, and sinker (as some morons might assert). I wrote a disclaimer in the original that it could be a hoax or someone who said she was Ms. Obama made the call.

But I will take the Dan Rather, Daily Kos, Media Matters, CBS, liberal approach on this one and say that no one has proven the story is fake and the basic facts are true. Maybe if the Obama’s had a better history it would not be an issue but given her college papers, her remarks about pride and the quote from his book about that’s just how white folks will do ya…

Conclusion: Michelle Obama is a radical and hates white people. That is why she and her hubby stayed at Jeremiah Wright’s church for 20 years. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, the worst Speaker in the history of Congress, opposes America using her own resources. Pelosi is opposed to any kind of oil exploration that involves American property. Oh sure, they talk about already leased property that is not being drilled by oil companies but they fail to tell you it is because there is very little oil there. We know where trillions of barrels of oil are located and we have the technology to extract those barrels but Congress, full of idiots like Pelosi, refuses to allow us to drill. Nancy Pelosi has called the plan to drill a hoax.

“The Bush plan is a hoax. It will neither reduce gas prices nor increase energy independence. It just gives millions more acres to the same companies that are sitting on nearly 68 million acres of public lands and coastal areas.

“If the President wants to bring down prices in the next two weeks, not the next two decades, he should free our oil by releasing a small portion of the more than 700 million barrels of oil we have put in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

“It’s time to tell the oil industry: ‘You already have millions of acres to drill. Use it or lose it.’” Pelosi Website

This air head is so out of touch, even for a liberal, that it is mind boggling. I have already addressed the millions of acres. If any appreciable amount of oil was there the companies would have drilled for it. As for the oil man calling the shots of big oil, Pelosi is following the playbook of the environmental whack jobs who funnel money to her and her Democratic colleagues. One of these two is trying to solve the problem. Pelosi says that the plan is a hoax and that it would not lower prices. The fact is, if we were to remove the restrictions then the market would see a decrease in oil prices because of the very speculators Congress says drove the prices up. Oil companies can be pumping oil in 2 to 5 years and we will be well on our way to lower fuel prices. So what if the prize is a few years away. I don’t imagine farmers say “well, it is spring and we have no crops to sell so let’s NOT plant any for later.” The only way to reap future benefits is to start NOW.

The Democrats continually say that drilling will not solve the problem (it will) but they never offer any other solution. Pelosi is the one who promised us she and her fellow Dems had a plan to get this all under control. Where is that plan? The only thing I see from them is obstruction. If Bill Clinton had not vetoed drilling in ANWR we would be getting that oil now and the price would not be a problem.

But let’s get this straight. Pelosi and her ilk do not want us to drill and they claim that it will not make a difference. But, according to these geniuses, releasing some of the strategic oil reserves will. I think the oil reserves might provide relief but even if we released it the relief would only last about 2 months. Then where will we be? Right back on the world oil market paying high prices but doing so with an empty tank where our reserves used to be. Only in Congress will trillions of barrels have no affect but 2 months of reserves will. This, by the way, is how they manage our money.

This is the problem with politicians and Democrats in particular. They cannot think into the future. They are reactive rather than proactive. They only care about what they can do to get through the next election. Pelosi would love to have the reserves released in the next few weeks so that prices would go down going into the November elections so that the voting public will forget that the ENTIRE oil crisis has been caused by those in power. She does not give a rodent’s derriere what happens to the price after November because the election will be over.

Keep in mind folks, the taxpayers pay for their leased vehicles, the insurance, the registration, and for ALL the gas they put in them so they are not feeling the pain at the pump. Pelosi couldn’t care less what you have to pay for gas. She only wants prices to go down so Barry Obambi can get elected. Then she and her ilk will have 4 years to screw up even more (assuming they win the mid-terms).

Nancy Pelosi’s “plan” to release the oil from the strategic reserve is the real hoax in this story. Her “we have a plan” claim was a hoax and the idea that a move, which might affect the market for a few months, will solve this issue is a hoax. Nancy Pelosi is not a forward thinker and she is not a leader. She certainly does not care about people or this country. If she did she would stop blocking us from using our own resources to get out of this mess.

Remember this on election day folks. President Bush lifted the Executive Order banning drilling and now the process is being held up by Democrats in Congress. Democrats who do not care about you.

It adds insult to injury to know that after you put $100 in your gas tank your taxes put $100 in theirs.

They have a 9% approval rating. What say we bounce them all out and start with some fresh people with fresh ideas.
