Does Obama Have Two Dogs?

A big deal was made yesterday because Barack Obama went to the store to shop for his dog and his kids. He went to Pet Smart and bought his dog, which was with him, an expensive chew toy and then headed to Best Buy to get his daughters a few presents.

I will stop here and say that the reporter who wrote about the trip was irresponsible when he reported what presents Obama bought for his kids. No matter how one feels about the man it is just wrong to report what presents he got for his kids because they might see the report and it will ruin it for him.

But the issue that is in the news today is how did his dog Bo get to DC for the shopping trip? It was reported that Bo traveled to Hawaii with Michelle and the kids and folks on the ground in Hawaii report seeing the dog there.

Did Obama have his dog flown back to DC for a photo-op to show he is a regular guy like the rest of us or does he own two dogs?

Since we have never seen two dogs the answer must be that the dog was flown back. That, of course, assumes that the reports of the dog being in Hawaii are correct.

If the dog was flown back, how much did it cost?

This is something that needs to be explained.

Efficiency In Government? Not For Obama

He talks a good game but he does not follow up on what he says and most of what he says never applies to him. The he is Barack Obama and the little king is great when it comes to spelling out rules and talking about doing things better but when it comes to actual practice he fails to follow the rules.

Obama published an Executive Order (13589) that deals with efficiency in government and it lists things that government employees are expected to do to ensure they do not waste taxpayer money. One of those things is to be more prudent in the way business is handled and travel is one of the areas that is specifically mentioned.

Obama wants federal employees (in the Executive Branch, the only one he controls) to travel efficiently, and to use technology if at all possible. That would mean to use teleconferencing for meetings rather than flying around for face to face meetings. Many federal workers (in the Executive Branch) have to certify that the mission cannot be accomplished via technology use before travel will be approved.

One would assume that being efficient in travel would apply to Obama and his family but that does not appear to be the case. Obama is scheduled to head for Hawaii on vacation and it was discussed that his wife and kids would go on without him if he got delayed in DC. It appears as if the first Klingon is unable to wait to get to Hawaii so she will be leaving before her man child husband. This trip will likely cost TAXPAYERS (at least) an additional $100,000.

MeeChelle will have a separate flight that will cost tens of thousands of dollars, she will have her staff and she will have limousines and other equipment that must be flown there. She will also need a security detail though one would suspect she could get by with her bat’leth.

This same thing happened last year and the Obamas cost the TAXPAYERS a great deal of money. This year is more of the same. As Congress argues over some kind of budget to keep government running and prevent a shut down this weekend (which might explain why the Klingon is leaving early) the man child king is allowing TAXPAYER money to be wasted so his wife does not have to wait to get to Hawaii. There are families who would love to have a job let along vacation time and those who do get a vacation are lucky to afford a week off near home so few will have sympathy with people who feel they are entitled to live off the TAXPAYER in first class accommodations in a luxury place like Hawaii.

The liberal morons (but I repeat myself) use to become apoplectic when George W Bush went to his ranch in Crawford Texas. Now they sit silently as their messiah wastes TAXPAYER money on a Hawaiian vacation that incurs extra costs to send his wife early.

But Big Dog, Bush went to his home when he took time off. Why do you deny Obama that same thing?

I don’t. Obama has a house in Chicago Illinois and that is listed as his residence. If he and the first Klingon want to head to Chicago for vacation they are more than welcome to so long as she waits and travels with him.

Remember, the rules do not apply to the elites so Obama ignores them.

November 2012 cannot come quickly enough.

Obama Never Takes A Day Off

Certainly one can make the argument that the president of the United States is never off. Even while on vacation he gets briefings and is kept abreast of what is going on even if it takes a few days with “unimportant” things like underwear bombers in airplanes. Yes, the president is supposed to be on duty 24 hours a day so it would be technically correct to say he never takes a day off.

That is, of course, unless the president is George Bush. Then liberals have a field day and discuss all his vacation time. When Bush was away on vacation he was not seen by the left as still being on duty.

Michelle Obama was at a fundraiser and was discussing how wonderful her hubby is and what a great job he does. She said he works so hard that he never takes a day off.

“He reads every word, every memo, so he is better prepared than the people briefing him,” she said. “This man doesn’t take a day off.” Politico

I guess the guy does work hard and never takes a day off, except when he spends a few weeks in Hawaii around Christmas each year and except when he plays golf which he has done more than 70 times since he has been in office.

Yep, he never takes a day off but he never seems to be engaged in anything. He has time to go to fundraiser after fundraiser and to make his NCAA Basketball picks while going out for ice cream or fattening hot dogs but he is very busy working so tirelessly that he never takes a day off.

Well, there is the occasional round of basketball with his buddies and the weekends away in Chicago but those do not count.

Maybe Michelle Obama should start keeping tabs on her hubby. Seems that she does not know much about what he does or where he goes, except when she is with him on those “working” vacations.

Is there anything these people will not say to keep power and dupe the people?

Who will you believe, Michelle or your lying eyes?

Abercrombie Now Hides Behind Known Law

Neil Abercombie, the governor of Hawaii, said he was going to put an end to this whole birther issue. He cliamed that he knew Obama was born in Hawaii because he was there (which apparently means he was in Hawaii because he admitted he was not physically present at the birth). He did say that nothing he could do would quiet the fringe but that he would dispel any rumors and make most people believe.

Then Abercrombie went looking for a birth certificate and could not find one. He claimed there was a record of the birth but the certificate could not be found. That certificate was present according to Dr. Fukino but now it is AWOL.

So Abercrombie is now hiding behind a law that he already knew existed. He is saying that nothing more can be done because Hawaiian law prohibits the release except to those who meet certain legal tests.

Abercrombie knew about this law when he made his bold statement about proving Obama was born in Hawaii. Practically the entire country knows the law because it has been discussed a number of times.

But since Abercrombie ran into a problem that gave the birthers fuel he is now crawling behind a law that was no obstacle to him when he was professing his ability to prove Obama’s Hawaiian birth.

I wonder if it was pressure from the regime or if he really thought he was right and now knows the truth…

Then again, this could be an elaborate plan to keep people’s minds off the other problems the regime is causing and to discredit people. Suppose that he gins up a lot of noise from conservative talk radio and TV and then the birth certificate is released just before the next election. This would be a blow to those who looked for the truth.

And it is not beyond this bunch of thugs to do something like it.

What Is Governor Abercrombie’s Game?

Barack Obama’s records are held tighter than state secrets and if we applied the same security to our sensitive documents as he has to his records Julian Assange would not be a household name. Newly elected Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie wants to put an end to one of the issues that has plagued Obama and that is the issue of his birth.

Abercrombie said he will look for a way to get the information out so that it will end the controversy once and for all.

Of course Abercrombie is not a disinterested party and has boldly claimed that he knows Obama was born in Hawaii. The problem with Abercrombie is that he contradicted himself in his statement attesting to Obama’s birth. The 72 year old claims to have been friends with Obama’s parents and stated that he was here for the birth:

“Maybe I’m the only one in the country that could look you right in the eye right now and tell you, ‘I was here when that baby was born.” Yahoo News

From a statement like that one can only conclude that Abercrombie was at the hospital and saw Obama’s mother go into the delivery room and later appear with a child. That is the only possible conclusion from a statement that he was “here for the birth.” It would make no sense to assume he meant in Hawaii because a lot of people were in Hawaii then and have no personal knowledge of the event which negates the claim to being the only person who can look you in the eye and make such a claim. Abercrombie gave the impression he was at the hospital.

But later in the article Abercrombie says he saw young Barry and his family at social events but that he was not at the hospital when Obama was born.

Abercrombie, 72, has said he remembers seeing Obama as a child with his parents at social events, although he acknowledged that he didn’t see his parents with their newborn son at the hospital. [emphasis mine BD]

So which is it? Was he here (at the hospital) or was he not? How can he say he was the only one here (meaning at the hospital) but then say he was not at the hospital?

Obama was born in August of 1961 and I was born before that date so I could say I was here when he was born depending on what the word here means.

I think there is no doubt he wanted to give the impression that he witnessed the birth.

But if he was never at the hospital that could not possibly be true…

Maybe Abercrombie did not see them at the hospital but was there for the birth. After all, wasn’t Obama born in a stall and placed in a manger?
