He’s Gay So It Is A Hate Crime

I thought gay people wanted to be treated equally and if this is the case then society should treat them equally. No I do not support gay marriage (though it is a state right issue and not a federal one) but gay people have equal marriage rights. They are free to marry people of the opposite sex.
In any event, gays get treated with kidd gloves when they are the victims of crime. A gay man was knocked out and suffered an injury requiring brain surgery and people believe it was the result of the knockout game.
Police say they are investigating this as a hate crime because the victim was gay.
Well excuse the hell out of me. Ever since the knockout game started the huge majority of the victims were white people who were attacked by blacks. In addition, Jews have been the victims. For the longest time the media ignored this “game” as countless whites were sent to the hospital or killed. The race baiting poverty pimps of Sharpton and Jackson said nary a word as white after white hit the deck because of black on white violence.
Police, in some of those cases, specifically said the attacks were not hate crimes. You know how it is. When a black guy attacks a white guy it can’t possibly be a hate crime. Let a white guy fart near a black guy and the hate crime police are in full force as Jesse and Al chant no justice no peace.
One black person was attacked by a white person in the knockout game and the race baiters came to life as the police looked at it as a hate crime.
Now we have a gay person attacked and it is all of the sudden a hate crime.
I feel badly for the victim here. He is in bad shape and whether this was the result of the knockout game makes no difference because he is hurt regardless. Whoever attacked him should be arrested and tried to the fullest extent of the law as should every other criminal who does this no matter what color the perpetrator or the victim.
Assaults are against the law and all victims should be treated equally with regard to relief under the law.
Just because one is a minority or a gay does not garner that person special treatment. If it is a hate crime when a white is the attacker or if a gay or black is the victim then it is a hate crime when whites are attacked by non whites.
I have made it known how I feel about hate crime laws. They are stupid and should not be part of the process. A crime is a crime and we have penalties for the crimes on the books. In my opinion ALL crime is hate crime.
Whether it is a hatred for the victim, or society or the legal system, it is a matter of hate nonetheless.
But if we are going to have these moronic hate crime statutes then let us apply them equally.
My advice, if you are not knocked out by your attacker beat him half to death twice.
BTW, those who engage in this “game” are cowards.

Justice For Tevin

A 20 year old soldier named Tevin Geike was stabbed to death near Joint Base Lewis-McCord in Washington early Saturday morning. Geike, a white man, was walking with two other white soldiers when a car with five black men drove by and yelled something racist at the three.
One of the three yelled something about this being how combat veterans were treated. The car turned around and the occupants got out and surrounded the three. A verbal confrontation started but when the driver of the vehicle realized that the three were veterans he called his friends off. One of them appeared to have bumped into Geike and then they all got in the car and sped away.
Geike was on the ground bleeding badly from stab wounds. He died at the scene waiting for an ambulance.
The man who stabbed him is a coward and should get the death penalty for what he did.
We need justice for Tevin.
Fortunately, it looks like we might get justice. The UK Daily Mail reports that three men have been arrested for the murder and two more are being sought. The three arrested are soldiers from the same base as Geike. The Daily Mail reports they served in the same unit as Geike. That could just mean they served in the same Division and likely did not know each other.
In any event, 23 year old Jeremiah Hill, the alleged murderer, is in custody along with Cedarium Johnson and Ajoni Runnion-Bareford.
These fellows are in a world of trouble because the military still has the death penalty.
I do not know if they will seek that penalty but even the possibility of life in a federal prison is not a good prospect for such young people.
The interesting thing is that this is not being called a hate crime. Five black men used a racial slur toward three white men and then one of those black men stabbed a white man to death. How is that not a hate crime?
Don’t get me wrong, I think the whole concept of hate crimes is ridiculous for many reasons among them the concept of punishing what a person might have been thinking or that his motivation is believed to be hate. All violent crimes are rooted in one form of hatred or another.
But since this society has determined that hate crime is a valid crime to punish people for and since this society goes out of its way to ensure whites are punished for racially motivated hate crimes when blacks are victims it is only fair we apply the same standards.
I know that Eric Holder and his Just Us Department is not in line with equal prosecution and that he racially discriminates against white people but I also know the military will be handling this case.
And the military does not really care what Holder thinks.
Still, the Army is not likely to go after it as a hate crime since it already has the mechanisms in place to put these animals to death or place them in cages for the rest of their lives.
It is bad enough that they murdered someone but it is worse that they knowingly murdered a brother in arms.
If Obama had another son (besides Trayvon) he would look like the murderer.
If Mitt Romney had another son he would look like Geike.
Rest in peace young soldier. If justice is served your attackers will be in hell before too long.
Whether that hell is in a prison or in the afterlife is yet to be determined…

Petty Larceny Or A Hate Crime And In Your Face Politics

Police in York County South Carolina are reporting that the county Republican headquarters was targeted by vandals. Some of the in your face Obama supporters spray painted “Republican means slavery” on the door and stole (as well as defaced) some McCain signs. The police state that the vandals could face charges of petty larceny (for the stolen signs) and damage to property. The question is, why is it not a hate crime?
This act absolutely has a racial component to it. The criminals mentioned slavery and indicated that Republican [rule] means slavery. This was obviously written by a moron who, if he attended school, was a part of the public school system. Otherwise this person would have known that the Democrats have the long history of opposing civil rights and Republicans have always been in favor of equality. Republicans died to end slavery. Frances Rice of the NBRA details the racist history of the Democratic party here. So, once again, why is this not a hate crime?
If someone had spray painted “KKK” on the doors of a Democratic headquarters and across Obama signs then it would be investigated as a hate crime. Why do you suppose there is this double standard?
At the same time we have in your face Obamamaniacs defacing Republican property we have Representative John Lewis of Georgia saying that the rhetoric coming out of McCain’s camp is incendiary and racist and could cause violence. Lewis compares McCain to George Wallace whose rhetoric Lewis claims led to the church bombing in Birmingham Alabama. I will remind those of you who attended public schools that Wallace was endorsed by the NAACP in his first failed election bid and then he returned to his segregationist roots after complaining of being “outniggered” by his opponent. It is important to keep in mind that Wallace was a Democrat. It is also important to remember that pointing out your opponent’s flaws is not racism and the only people who are playing the race card are Democrats.
Obama and his surrogates like Frank Rich and Maureen Dowd are happy to point out how racist the Republicans are and how they are stoking anger that might be directed against The One. I don’t believe that the rhetoric from the McCain campaign is any more likely to inspire someone to hurt Obama than Obama’s rhetoric is to incite a wacko Obama supporter to off McCain or Palin. There are plenty of people following Obama who hate whites (Obama is one himself) who would be happy to off McCain and if he were in the lead I would not be surprised to see and in your face Obamamaniac give it a try. Obama has a relationship with a known, unrepentant, domestic terrorist and he has the support of terrorists around the world. Leaders of Muslim countries that sponsor terrorism want Obama to win and have expressed those sentiments. If Obama is so worried about ties being made between him and terrorists then he should explain why they see him as so appealing.
Even Fidel Castro has gotten in on the act. He says that racism in the US will cause Obama to lose a lot of votes. I think there are plenty of whites who will not vote for him because he is black. I also believe there are just as many blacks who will vote for him based solely on his color so it is a wash. These reasons are as legitimate as any. People are free to vote for or against someone based on anything they want. Some people vote based solely on the issue of abortion. You will either vote for a person who supports murdering unborn children or you won’t. Not voting for Obama for whatever reason does not make you a racist. You might be one, but not voting for him is not what makes you one.
Perhaps Castro should worry about Cuba’s food crisis instead of American elections. Perhaps Congressman John Lewis should be worried about something important with regard to the elections. Maybe he should be looking into the rampant Democratic voter fraud that is taking place in many states, especially the swing states. ACORN is registering dead people who are actually showing up to vote and there are hundreds of thousands of registrations that are illegal. Obama will benefit from multiple votes from one person and fraud as dead people vote for him. This should not be surprising since Obama paid ACORN nearly 1 million dollars to commit this fraud.
The last few weeks are going to get very ugly and if stupid Americans elect Barack Obama then it will get uglier. There are plenty of examples of people committing voter fraud and this vandalism will get worse. It is time to ensure that America remains whole.
Get rid of ACORN and throw out every registration they have filed. This means all of them whether they are good or not because we can’t be sure. If people want to register they can go to or call the elections office. The people Obama worked for, and eventually paid, at ACORN are breaking the law. We also need to stop all taxpayer money from going to them and we need to put the ones who broke the law in jail.
We need to catch those who vandalize and prosecute them and then put them in jail.
The last thing we need to do is ensure Obama does not get elected. Remember to keep lists of anyone you know who is voting for him so that you can hold them responsible later. After Clinton screwed up you could not find someone who admitted voting for him. This time we will know who to hold accountable.
The funny thing about all this is that Obama said for his people to be in their faces. As soon as the McCain folks got in faces it was deemed incendiary and racist.
Democrats, always the victims….

Discrimination in Baltimore

The City of Baltimore is a septic tank and the people there are only to happy to live down to that assessment. There is violence all the time and success is considered achieved if they have fewer than 300 murders each year. The school system is a shamble and the man who was city Mayor is now the state governor so it will only get worse on a much larger scale.
One thing that is absolutely horrible in the city is public transportation. The buses are not safe and the animals from the schools ride them in the morning and afternoon (those who actually go to school) and they cause problems. The bus drivers are oblivious to what is happening and they have orders not to call the city police if a problem occurs but to call the transit cops instead.
Recently, a white lady was harassed by a bunch of middle school kids who happen to be black. They would not let her sit in any of the seats. When she finally sat down and refused to move when told “this seat is taken” she was assaulted. The kids beat the hell out of her and fractured the facial bones around her eye. They threw her out of the bus. If she had been black and the kids white the words hate crime would be plastered all over and that cretin Marvin Cheatham of the NAACP would be demanding that the assault be treated like the hate crime that it is. He has chimed in so much with the hate crime mantra that I know what this coward would say. However, since the attackers are black this will not be treated as a hate crime.
The investigators have determined that since this was a dispute over seats there would be no hate crime charges. Where are Jesse and Al demanding that hate crimes be charged? After all, wasn’t the dispute in Jena Louisiana over seats? The white kids did not want the black kids sitting under a tree (at least this is what we were told). So the dispute in each case is about a seat. In LA, the race baiters show up and demand that the black kids be released and charge that the white kids committed hate crimes by hanging a noose blah, blah. In Baltimore the lawyers for the black kids say their clients were provoked by the woman who might have spit at them. When does that (and it is alleged) give school kids the right to beat a woman senseless?
It is a double standard in Baltimore and these kids will be displayed as model students and great kids when I bet most of them have a record a mile long, hardly attend school, and probably can’t spell BUS. The lawyers have already indicated that their clients were not involved and asked how anyone could be sure since they were wearing the same kind of school uniform (so they all look alike??).
It is just criminal that this is dismissed as a fight over a seat and this is just the tip of the iceberg. There have been about five attacks on buses in the past month and some of them have been black on white with plenty of “you white this and that” included in the fracas. There is talk that people who have to take the bus are going to ensure they have protection with them. I have not ridden a city bus in decades but if I had to and some school kids attacked me their next bed would have a lid on it.
Ironically, I would probably be charged with a hate crime. They would be right though because I hate idiots.

Burn a Flag, Get Extra Credit

A University of Maine student has dropped a course and filed a complaint because the professor offered extra credit for students who burned an American Flag or the US Constitution (a copy, of course). Rebekah McDade said she has a strong family background of military service and stated the Flag and Constitution are important symbols to her. She decided to drop the class and take it next semester with a different professor. The Professor, Paul Grosswiler, said that he never intended for students to actually burn anything and that hundreds of past students understood that this was designed to spark debate about free speech. This is like Al Sharpton threatening violence and then claiming he never actually meant for people to be violent when one of his supporters kills someone.
I would not have dropped the class because it would have been too much fun to harass this professor for the entire semester. Imagine how he would react to me referring to him as an idiot or as a liberal twit, all under the guise of free speech. Now I would never burn a Flag or the Constitution (though Congress figuratively burns the Constitution when it passes bills not authorized by the document) but I would participate in the extra credit exercise. I would get to class early and hang a noose up front. Then when the class and Grosswiler arrived and started the wheels of the hate crime machine turning I would say that the noose was mine and that I wanted my extra credit.
You see, Grosswiler has defended his position by claiming that refers to provocative examples to demonstrate the courage necessary to support free expression. He stated that “If they don’t tolerate thought that they hate, they don’t believe in the First Amendment.” I would be there to test the limits of how much he would tolerate. I might wear a swastika or Abortion is Murder shirt or perhaps one that reads “Their symbol is a Jackass, any questions?” just to see if he would be as accepting as he expects others to be.
A spokesman for the University said that Grosswiler’s classroom statements were not meant to be taken seriously and that no one would get extra credit for burning the items in question. So how much of the professor’s classroom comments are not to be taken seriously? Should they just ignore him or are they supposed to decipher when he is serious and when he is not?
All of this is pretty basic liberal double speak. The liberal professor gets taken to task for his words so he decides to say he never really meant it. That did not work for Imus nor has it worked for any conservative who has been accused of the wrong kind of free speech.
I just wonder why this professor felt it necessary to duck the issue. If he truly believes what he says why not exercise his free speech and say so?
Perhaps it is because he knows that words, protected or not, have consequences. Or maybe he lacks the spine to actually defend his position. In any event, this guy is what is wrong with the American educational system.
