Democrats Are Good At Pointing Fingers

We know that Democrats are good at blaming others for their shortcomings. Barack Obama displays this regularly when he blames George Bush for everything that is wrong and when he blames Republicans for things that he is responsible for.

Harry Reid is a typical liberal Democrat who needs to retire and yell at kids walking on his lawn. Reid is blaming the problems in Crimea on Republicans. It seems that Republicans held up aid to Ukraine because the bill includes changes to the IMF. Reid complained that the bill was held up prior to the last break and now that they are back at work the Republicans need to do something so we can show we are committed.

[note]If it was that important then why did they recess and go on a break?[/note]

Harry blamed the Republicans saying that their refusal to comply endangered our national security.

“As we begin debate on this aid and sanctions package, I also hope that the Republicans stopped action on this legislation prior to the break have considered how their obstruction affects our great country’s national security as well as the people of Ukraine who are struggling so very, very much,” Reid said on the floor.

Reid said that Republicans blocking action on the bill sent “a very weak message to the Russians” that the U.S. was taking its time, saying since the bill failed to advance, Russia has been aggressive in the Crimean region of Ukraine.

“It’s impossible to know whether events would have unfolded differently if the United States had responded to this Russian aggression with a strong unified voice, which we did not do,” Reid said. [Politico]

First of all the situation in Ukraine has little to do with our immediate national security (once again, if it does why did they go on break). The Russians did not attack us though their action might cause us to react because of treaties. They only thing they really did was demonstrate that we have a weak leader in Obama. Putin has made Obama look like a child on the playground of life.

That leads to the second point. The refusal of Republicans to act on the bill did not demonstrate weakness, Barack Obama did. He believes that all he has to do is speak and people will be hypnotized by his message. Putin was having none of that and, recognizing he was dealing with a weakling, pressed on.

The final point is that it is not impossible to know if things would have unfolded differently, they would not have. Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney warned of this years ago. They were both mocked and criticized by Obama and his cronies.

Turns out they were right.

Putin has known for a while that Obama is weak. He demonstrated that in the Syrian issue and he knew that he could outplay Obama on the world stage and that Obama would not have the testicular fortitude to do anything.

Putin was right and that, Harry, is why things happened the way they did. The Russians forced their will on the people of Crimea and are turning toward Ukraine to do the same.

You Harry, should understand forcing something on people who do not want it.

We call it Obamacare.

Obama Should Take His Own Advice

Not long ago Barack Obama expressed his disgust at the way the entities involved in the Gulf oil spill pointed fingers at each other. He said that he did not want finger pointing.

He gave a similar message to graduating students telling them not to make excuses.

This is from the same guy who has done nothing but blame George Bush for all his regime’s woes. Whenever anything goes wrong Bush gets blamed and it is not only Obama doing the blaming. Nancy Pelosi blamed Bush for the oil spill in the Gulf and a media story put the blame for the Gore split-up on Bush as well.

It seems to me that Obama would do well by taking his own advice.

While he is at it he should admonish his sock puppets in the state run media and tell them to stop making excuses and laying blame.

How on Earth can we expect the students to take Obama seriously when he tells them not to make excuses after they have seen him do that for a year and a half? How can the entities involved in the oil spill take him seriously when they have seen the same? In fact, while Obama was expressing his disgust at finger pointing, he pointed his fingers at them.

Obama is a narcissistic weenie. His lack of experience is showing in the way he does his job and the American public is getting fed up.

So Barack, how about you take your own advice and stop pointing fingers at Bush? How about you stop using President Bush as an excuse for your failings? How about you try leading, if you can?

UPDATE: Here is a list of Obama finger pointing and blame.

Obama Calls Finger Pointing “Ridiculous Spectacle”

It is very ironic that on the day that Barack Obama expressed his frustration over the efforts to contain the oil leak in the Gulf by pointing fingers at those who are to blame, he expressed how displeased he was at the finger pointing by the entities responsible for the mess.

“I did not appreciate what I considered to be a ridiculous spectacle during the congressional hearings into this matter,” he intoned. “You had executives of BP and Transocean and Halliburton falling over each other to point the finger of blame at somebody else.” CBS

Obama took the opportunity to blame George W Bush (though not by name) which has been his pattern since taking office. The so called “Ridiculous Spectacle” of finger pointing that Obama does not appreciate is something he has been doing since he took office.

Obama or his sock puppets have blamed Bush for every problem faced (and have never given him credit when something good happens) and they continue to this very day. Barack Obama is unable to accept any criticism of something taking place without reminding people that he inherited a mess or that Bush did this or the past administration did that.

That, for you Obama sycophants, is FINGER POINTING. So it smacks of irony that the finger pointer in chief would have trouble with companies pointing fingers at each other.

And to clear the record, oil companies might very well have been friendly with government regulators over the past decade or longer (they were) but Obama has been in office for nearly a year and a half and it was his regime that issued all the waivers in this mess and it continued to issue them after the problem. HIS REGIME issued them. If he were concerned about a cozy relationship he would have been more proactive.

Funny how he does not care how cozy labor unions, communists, socialists, illegal immigrants, and terrorists are with his regime…

At least they now have another “crisis” they can’t let go to waste…
