Dianne Feinstein Is A Partisan Hack (Surprise!!)

I listened yesterday as Dianne Feinstein, a very old senator from California (as in should be out to pasture), questioned Senator Sessions as he goes through the process to be the next Attorney General. She was a typical liberal and asked about things that dealt with abortion and gay marriage. She was concerned that Sessions still considers Roe v Wade to be the worst decision the SCOTUS ever made (I agree with him that it was unconstitutional and should have been a 10th Amendment issue). Sessions was candid and said it was the law and he would enforce it but that he personally thinks it was wrongly decided. I think the same is true about gay marriage. Marriage of any kind is not in the Constitution so it is not the business of the federal government.
It was obvious to me that Feinstein is biased and does not want Sessions to be confirmed. That is obvious with regard to most Democrats who questioned him. They have decided to run a racist allegation smear and are sticking to it despite mounds of evidence to the contrary. It is how they do things in DC. It matters not that these folks work together and that they have good relationships. As soon as politics are in play they abuse each other with lies. It is a wink, wink situation where they say, nothing personal dude but I have to play up to the base so I look good.
It started with Feinstein’s opening remarks where she expressed concerns (allegedly told to her by victim groups) about Sessions’ ability to be the AG for all people and to enforce all the laws, particularly the ones with which he disagrees.
I have no doubt Sessions will do just that BUT, I want to know where Feinstein was with regard to former AG Eric Holder. Feinstein supported Holder even though he has a history as a radical. While in office Holder refused to defend laws with which he disagreed. He refused to defend the Defense of Marriage Act stating gay rights were the last civil rights. Did Feinstein have a chat with Holder about supporting the law EVEN THOSE WITH WHICH HE DISAGREES?
In 2011, the attorney general said he won’t defend Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) which rules that federal interpretation of “marriage” applies only to heterosexual couples. Last year, Holder told ABC News, “From my perspective, [gay marriage] is really the latest civil-rights issue.” So when six state attorneys general said they would not defend laws that ban gay marriage, Holder did not step in. Instead, Holder said they didn’t have to defend the laws if they believed they were unconstitutional. ABC News
Is it OK for AG Sessions to ignore laws or state AGs who ignore laws that they consider unconstitutional? If a state AG decided that Obamacare or gay marriage or abortion were unconstitutional and refused to enforce or defend the laws guiding them would Feinstein be OK with that? She certainly had no issue with Holder…
Feinstein also expressed concern that Sessions had a history of racism (not proven and contrary to evidence) and she was concerned that people of color (and other protected minority groups) would not get a fair shake under an AG Sessions. Where was Feinstein when Holder refused to prosecute the Black Panthers who were recorded intimidating white voters? She was nowhere to be found when Holder claimed that the focus on the Black Panther Case demeans “my people.”
Did Feinstein call Holder in to let him know it was racist to take that attitude and that all Americans are his people?
It is obvious that the Democrats have a hard on for Sessions (actually they hate Trump and want to wound him this way). That is all well and good BUT a real leader, a principled person in the Senate, would evaluate a person based on skill and career. The reality is the Democrats (hell, most politicians) are immoral and cowardly. They do not care what is good for the country or what is right. They care about how they can get and keep power and how they can control each and every one of us.
Feinstein is a moron and a political hack. She is out for blood because her besty Hillary Clinton got her rear end whipped by Donald Trump.
I want adults with ethical principles and of good moral character to sit in the senate and that is why Feinstein should be put out to pasture.
She is a disgrace to herself and the body in which she sits.
As an aside, Al Franken is as partisan and cowardly as Feinstein.
Democrats ram stuff through when they are in charge and expect their nominees to be accepted. When they are the minority they expect bipartisanship and the ability to oppose nominees because they know what is best for America.
They are a ruthless bunch and must be handled with brutal force. Get them down and keep them down.

Feinstein Drones On

Dianne Feinstein has no problem with the government using drones. There is evidence that she is concerned about police use of drones without some kind of oversight but she has no problem with big government using drones to spy on Americans. She has no problem with the NSA spying on Americans.
That changes a bit when she is one of the Americans being spied on. There have been revelations that the NSA has been spying on members of Congress. That is not sitting well with people like Feinstein who have stated that we need such spying for national security.

It also appears as if Feinstein is not happy with unregulated drones that are used by private citizens to invade privacy, at least not her privacy. Code Pink folks were demonstrating at her home over government surveillance and according to Feinstein she looked out her window and there was a drone looking back.
It was probably some small craft that was privately owned (it was claimed that it was a toy helicopter) but it was invading her privacy and she did not like it.
So what to do what to do. Like everything else in life Feinstein thinks government needs to regulate private drones. You got that? It is OK, in her mind, for the government to use drones to spy on citizens but if citizens use their own drones to spy back well that is a different story.
Feinstein has indicated that we need to do this spying for national security. Well if that is the case then spying on members of Congress would be a better use of our assets with regard to national security. Congress is more dangerous to this nation than its citizens and politicians like Feinstein are the most dangerous.
This idea that citizens need to be regulated but government (or its elitists) does not should not surprise you. Feinstein wants to take every firearm from every citizen. She has called for a complete ban on guns and said she would confiscate them if she could. Feinstein authored the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban.
This is the same Feinstein who had a concealed carry permit in the past because of threats she received. She thought she would be safer carrying a gun so she got a permit (something that the average Joe in CA has a hard time doing) but she wants to take the firearms from everyone else. She is more important than us.
So it is no stretch to see how she would be upset that a group demonstrating government surveillance used the same kind of surveillance to make a point.
She did not like it one bit.
But only because it was directed toward her. When it is directed toward YOU it is necessary and we serfs should just shut up and bow down to our overlords.
But, but, Dianne, if you have nothing to hide why would you worry?
The morons in California will probably never vote her out of office. On a positive note she is 80 and time is not on her side…

Feinstein And The Other Oath Breakers

Senator Dianne Feinstein of Commiefornia has introduced her anti Second Amendment bill and in that bill she and several other oath breakers list 150 different firearms that they want banned. Her anti American bill also calls for a national registry ala Adolph Hitler and most other dictators.
Feinstein introduced this bill and the national registry provision would violate Public Law 99-308, the Firearms Owner’s Protection Act, which prohibits a national database. This law was the result of documented abused by the ATF in enforcing the Gun Control Act of 1968.
That should come as no surprise since the attempt to ban firearms is in and of itself, unconstitutional as it violates the Second Amendment.
Keep in mind, Feinstein had her own carry permit because she was threatened with harm. She had one while claiming other women do not need to have firearms because women are not strong enough to use these machines of destruction.
She was joined by Chuck Schumer of New York, another gun grabber who has a New York carry permit AND has armed officers surrounding him when he is in New York.
Banning firearms will not stop the next lunatic from shooting people because criminals and those who have mental health problems will not follow the law. They will still be able to get firearms, banned or not, and they will still be able to get magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. These are facts and have been demonstrated time and again. The Columbine shootings happened in the middle of the last “assault weapons” ban so it would appear as if the ban did not work.
It is important to emphasize the point that laws do not keep criminals from doing bad things. The overarching thing to remember when it is reported that someone murdered people with a gun is that MURDER IS ILLEGAL. If laws against murder are not obeyed what makes anyone think laws banning the instruments used by criminals will be obeyed?
The very people who want to ban firearms are against the death penalty. They claim that the death penalty does not deter crime. That is an issue for another time but someone please tell me, if the death penalty is not a deterrent how will a gun ban deter criminals from using guns to do bad things?
This whole anti American bill from Feinstein and her cohorts is nothing but a move to further control people’s lives. Millions of gun owners do not commit crimes each day but they suffer for the criminals who do.
We have not banned banks to prevent bank robberies. We have not banned cars or alcohol to prevent drunk driving. We have not banned forks to prevent obesity but somehow banning guns will prevent gun crime.
Gun control is not about guns, it is about control.

Crime Stats For Piers Morgan and The MSM

The problem with liberals is that they are too busy misleading people to push an agenda to actually look at and understand the reality of any situation. The media wing of the Democrat party has an agenda and that agenda is to push whatever the overlords in the party want. Gun control is the cause of the day so they will continue to lie about crime in America as compared to other nations like the UK. Here is a video with an analysis of the crime stats.
Keep in mind that the bulk of our violence is in large metropolitan areas. You know, the ones most likely run by Democrats and most likely to have the most stringent gun control laws…
Perhaps the morons like Piers Morgan and Dianne Feinstein can look at the real numbers and then address the problems at the real cause and not the one they have manufactured…

Impeach Senator Feinstein

Senator Dianne Feinstein is a disgrace to her office and is an enemy of the United States. She took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States but she has violated that oath time and again. Feinstein’s latest violation is in legislation she intends to introduce during the next session of Congress.
That legislation is aimed at violating the Second Amendment of the Constitution by restricting what guns citizens may own with outright bans on certain types of firearms and background checks with fingerprinting of those who have firearms and are grandfathered in. She is also proposing a forced buyback program where people who own firearms that she wants banned would be required to sell them to the government.
Hell no.
Dianne, you are in violation of your oath. The Second Amendment to the Constitution is not ambiguous. It clearly states that the right of THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed. Notice that nowhere does it state that people may keep and bear only the arms that government approves of. Notice that it places no restriction on the people whatsoever. It places restriction on the government and you, lady, are overstepping your authority and YOU are violating your oath.
Let me school you since you are obviously not well educated. The Second Amendment is not about hunting or sport shooting. The Second Amendment ensures that the people, who constitute the militia, are able to be armed to ensure the security of the free state. That security is not only from outside invaders but from intrusion BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENT. The people are to have the arms commonly associated with those the military would use so that if called to serve they would have the appropriate firearms. There is no restriction on those arms and you are not allowed to place any such restrictions.
Our Founders knew that all governments become tyrannies over time and that as governments grow they begin to impose upon the people. The right to keep and bear arms preexisted the Constitution and our founding as evidenced by the words …THE RIGHT of the people. Had our Founders been granting us a right they would have used those words but they knew that people had the God given right to be armed for their defense and for defense against a tyrannical government so they acknowledged the preexisting right in the Second Amendment. This is a right that you cannot take away.
You can’t do it by legislating what arms may be held, if any at all. You cannot do it by requiring people to be on some kind of national registry and you cannot do it by banning the things that are used in conjunction with firearms such as ammunition and magazines.
You simply do not have the power or the authority to to do this and your attempt is a violation of your oath of office.
Given that you are deliberately working to usurp the Constitution and to deny citizens of this great nation their God given and Constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms you are in violation of your oath. As such, you have committed a crime against the people.
I therefore call for you to be impeached. The House of Representatives must bring those charges and I have drawn this one for them to work from:
Senator Dianne Feinstein has willfully violated her oath of office and is violating the Constitution of the United States. Her efforts to ban firearms violate the Second Amendment and her attempt to disarm citizens is an affront to a free society and cannot go unpunished. Not only are her actions high crimes she is also committing treason. The militia is designed to ensure the security of the free state. Disarming THE PEOPLE makes this country weaker and vulnerable to attacks from outside sources but more importantly, to attacks from our own government. her actions are reprehensible and reflect unfavorably on the Senate, the Congress and the United States.
Dianne Feinstein is working to make millions of citizens criminals by enacting legislation that violates the Constitution and will not be adhered to by patriots of this great nation.
Her actions are also hypocritical as Dianne had her own concealed carry permit (unclear if she still has it), a rare item in California, while she works to disarm the rest of us.
It is time for this nation to rid the Congress of parasites who are bound and determined to ruin this great nation.
We can start by impeaching Dianne Feinstein for her crimes against the people.
People of America, fill out one of these forms (in the pdf located on this page) and submit it to your Representative requesting that it be acted upon. It might not go anywhere but they need to see millions of us standing up to the tyranny.
