Concentrate On The Gangs

There are a lot of gangs in the US and they create chaos for the general public by fostering drug and gun markets and by waging violence on people. One of these gangs is MS 13. They are a bunch of thugs from El Salvador and they have no regard for human life. They are lower than animals and should be eradicated.

Many of these violent cretins are here illegally. The US continues to allow these kinds of people to cross our borders and inflict pain and suffering on our people.

A 16 year old girl in New York was savagely raped by three members of the MS 13 gang. She was raped on a golf course and discovered by golfers when she appeared from a wooded area. She was nearly naked at the time of her discovery.

These no good lowlifes might have decided that they were entitled to take from the girl what they wanted and they did not care how it affected her. Maybe they were part of an initiation. Perhaps they were just bored.

These gangs use violence as a way of life. If they suspect someone is cooperating with authorities they hunt them down, torture them and then murder them. They murder people, beat people or rape people as part of their gang initiation.

Make no mistake. None of the animals in that gang is worth the $2 in chemicals their bodies are made of. They should be hunted down like animals and executed on the spot.

This would be a great activity for all the law enforcement in this nation. Instead of concentrating on veterans, or people who follow the Constitution or conservatives as some kind of threat to the nation perhaps the law enforcement community could concentrate on finding these thugs and bringing them to justice.

These gangs have a lot of money they have gained through less than legal means so let the cops keep what they seize if they can get rid of the bangers.

I know a lot of bleeding hearts will talk about the tough life they had or some such nonsense but I DO NOT CARE.

That young lady will now have a tough rest of her life. Her family will have a tough time from this point forward. Imagine if this were your daughter. It could happen.

[note]I want this handled as if the victim were Barack Obama’s daughter.[/note]

MS 13 is a well organized criminal element that has long arms throughout this country. They have no regard for the law, for human life or for the rights of others and they have no issue with doing horrific things to people.

I pray for this young lady. She did not deserve this and she has been failed by a government that allows these kinds of people to come here and stay here and then turns a blind eye to their illegal acts.

The three thugs who did this have been captured and they are being held without bond. I hope they are not in a prison with other members of their gang and are in a place where they can be continuously ass raped by hardened criminals (see what I did there).

We need to declare open season on these people and hunt them down until they leave or they are exterminated. Right now they have no fear. We need to put the fear in them.

Unfortunately Obama will probably give them a medal and reward them with welfare cuz, you know, if he had a son…

The Cost Of The Damage Is Higher Than Their Bail

By now most of the people in the US know what is going on in Baltimore. The people who have been raised to be victims who are entitled to everything are upset because a black man named Freddie Gray died while in police custody. There is an investigation into the death but there are no results yet*.

On Saturday people were peacefully protesting the death when civil unrest and violence took hold of the crowd and the police had to step in. On Monday high school students initiated a purge and that purge ended up in a riot. Cars and buildings were burned and businesses ransacked and looted. The police were attacked by people who threw rocks and bricks at them.

The police did not clamp down on the rioters. They watched as the city burned and it has been reported that this was on orders from the mayor. Eventually the National Guard was activated and a curfew instituted. Things have been much quieter since then but there are rallies scheduled for this weekend so there is no telling how peaceful things will be.

It is also possible that the findings will show the police were not responsible for Gray’s death. If that is announced I suspect the city will light up again.

[note]Protestors say Gray deserved due process and did not get it. These same people have already convicted the police without due process. If the cops are responsible they should be dealt with harshly. Unfortunately, they might never get due process. Public pressure might land them in jail even if they did nothing wrong.[/note]

Over 200 people have been arrested for their participation in the destruction and violence. Their legal system is working to get them processed but the state of emergency and numbers of people is making it difficult for rapid processing so many are being held longer than the 24 hours allowed.

Attorneys for those who have been arrested are complaining that their clients have excessive bail and are unable to get out of jail. Those attorneys were pushing for bail amounts of $25,000 but the judges have been putting those bonds at $100,000 and $500 of it must be cash.

It appears as if many of them can’t come up with bail and might well spend months in jail awaiting trial for their crimes.

I find it hard to have sympathy for people who have high bond amounts when they caused millions of dollars in damage and are costing the city and state millions in resources. If they can’t afford the bail then they can sit in jail until their trial dates. That will at least keep them off the streets and prevent them from causing more mayhem.

Perhaps they should have thought about the consequences of their actions before they broke the law. If they did not want to worry about bail money they should have stayed home instead of committing crimes.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. The police have thousands of images of people breaking the law. They have license plate number and photos of people looting. They will eventually hunt those people down and arrest them. There will be a heck of a lot more people with high bail amounts before this is all over.

I don’t blame the judge or the legal system for imposing high bonds on people who had no regard for property or the lives of the people in their city.

Jail is where they need to be to keep them off the street.

*(Just released) Preliminary Results indicate he broke his neck in the police van during his arrest.

Rather Queer That No Charges Were Filed

The people working for the TSA are government agents who have too much power and who abuse the traveling public. Like many government agents they are protected from prosecution, not because there is some law or immunity but because other government agents refuse to go after them for doing illegal things.

A pair of TSA agents were caught in a scheme that involved the groping of male travelers by a gay TSA agent. The agent would signal a female agent, his accomplice, who would manipulate the machine to cause it to give a reason for further screening. This would allow the gay agent to grope the male he found attractive. He used the palm of his hand to grope the genitals of these men.

The scheme was reported by a whistle blower and investigated. The acts were witnessed by several people involved in the investigation. The TSA agents were fired as a result of their deeds.

The kicker though is that the prosecutor (a government agent) refused to file charges stating there was not enough evidence to get a conviction. The things were witnessed by the people investigating and there was enough evidence to fire them but they can’t be convicted?

Sounds like hogwash. You can bet your six that if you had done something at the TSA checkpoint this prosecutor would file charges no matter what the odds of getting a conviction.

TSA is a worthless agency and the entire thing should be contracted out. Private contractors would do a much better job than protected government employees who will not be prosecuted for the crimes they commit.

I know that if this had been a straight man working it out so he could group attractive ladies the news would be all over the front page with stories about how men can’t be trusted. Better not judge all gays by the acts of this one pervert though, that would be wrong.

I am glad they were fired but they should be prosecuted as well.

Perhaps the next government employee they should fire is the prosecutor who refused to file charges…

All Hail Emperor Obama

There is no doubt that B. Hussein Obama considers himself an emperor, a ruler who can make it up as he goes along and who has unchecked power. This is evident because of his past statements. In the past when groups pushing for amnesty to lawbreaking aliens would ask Obama to just sign an Executive Order to allow amnesty he responded that he did not have the authority to do that. He explained that he is the president and that it was his job to enforce the laws passed by Congress whether he liked them or not. He specifically stated on a number of occasions that he was not an emperor he was a president and had to follow the law.

Tomorrow night after Congress has recessed for Thanksgiving Obama will make a statement (cowardly of him to wait, eh) to the nation explaining that he will sign Executive Orders to achieve what he and the illegal alien supporters have wanted all along. He will give amnesty to millions of workers and change their status so they can work here legally. He will do exactly what he said he could not defend legally and what he considered to be the act of an emperor.

B. Hussein Obama now thinks he is an emperor, it is as simple as that.

He can try to rationalize his actions by claiming the Congress has failed to act so he will do what he wants even though he admitted many times in the past that it would be illegal. The inaction of Congress is NOT justification for the president to do what he wants. When he does he thinks himself to be the emperor.

Obama claims to be a Constitutional professor (he is not nor was he) so I would ask him to show me in the Constitution where it says if Congress fails to act the president can do what he wants.

If I were Speaker of the House I would contact every member and tell them to cancel their travel plans because I am not recessing the House. I would tell them they are all staying as long as it takes to draw up articles of impeachment. Then I would work them around the clock to find every possible way to legally take down Obama.

Democrats would balk but I would keep their sorry butts in that chamber until Obama was stopped and if that meant no Thanksgiving at home, then so be it.

When the new Congress is seated I would introduce the 12 or 13 separate spending authorization bills for Obama. I would not send him all of it at once. He would have to do his job and pass them like they are supposed to be passed. The bills with funding for immigration would be severely lacking as would the money to run the White House. No Air Force One no limo upkeep or fuel, no nothing. I would keep that big eared moron shackled to the White House until things were worked out.

But that is me. Boehner has no testicular fortitude and will probably have a smoke and a drink with Obama while laughing at how they screwed over the people paying their salaries.

Then Boehner would have a good cry and go home.

It is time for the Republicans to grow a pair and beat the political snot out of Obama and any of his henchmen who dare to get in the way.

When dealing with a Chicago politician it is best to get real dirty real fast.

Or you will end up screwed.

Betrayal Of Trust

There is a lot of uproar right now about sexual assaults in the military. This has gotten the attention of members of Congress and the top brass of the military. Unfortunately, the response is the same as it has been for the past two or three decades.

The response is to have well publicized hearings where people are degraded and then promises are made that it will improve. This has happened in every major case since at least the Tailhook case. They always promise to improve. They always promise that they will get on it and make it better. They make the promises and put into place a bunch of nonsense and feel good measures.

But things never really change. This time there are stand down days and mandatory training directed at all workers, civilian and military, the huge majority of whom are not and have never been involved in a sexual assault.

The solution to the problem is to hold those who engage in such behavior accountable. Therein lies the rub. You see, in today’s society we lack responsibility and we lack accountability. This comes from the president on down as evidenced by his constant blaming of everyone else (particularly George Bush). The other side of the coin is that no one holds him (the Limbaugh Theorem) or any other officials accountable.

People need to act responsibly and when they don’t they need to be held accountable. Society has abandoned this idea. When a shooter murders a bunch of people we do not hold that person accountable. We blame guns and then punish the millions of gun owners who had nothing to do with the crime.

In these sexual assault cases in the military we blame the environment and then preach to those who have not done anything wrong.

Hold those who are found guilty of sexual assault accountable by punishing them. In addition, if someone makes a false claim and that is found out the person making the false claim should receive the punishment the accused would have gotten had he actually committed the crime.

There are other ideas that are directed at solving the problem but they are moronic at best. Deebow at Blackfive explores one such solution and puts it much better than I could hope to.

Sexual assault in the military is a betrayal of trust. The person assaulted has placed trust in another member of the military and that trust is betrayed by a person to whom an allegiance has been formed. It is a violation of the very core and foundation of teamwork and it is despicable.

Members of the military are a very select subset of the population. They are people who have vowed to put their lives on the line to preserve our country and our way of life. The training in the military brings these very unique people together and teaches them to put others and their nation above themselves. We place our lives in each other’s hands and we expect that our backs will always be protected.

When someone in the military is sexually assaulted by another service member that sacred bond, that trust, has been violated and is more painful and more damaging than an attack by our enemies. We would not stand for an enemy attack on our service members and we work hard to prevent such things. Why would any member of our armed forces attack another member this way?

Right now there is a case going on at the Naval Academy where three members of the football team are accused of sexually assaulting a female midshipman who got drunk at a party. It appears as if she was punished (for getting drunk) while they were allowed to remain on the team. The spotlight on the incident seems to have sparked the current investigation.

If these men raped this woman then they should go to jail for a very long time. It does not matter how drunk she was because that is not and never will be justification for what they allegedly did. If she violated some rule by drinking or getting drunk then the Academy can deal with that separately. But when she was drunk her comrades let her down. That was when she was most vulnerable and that is when they should have protected her. They should have ensured she got home safely.

If what they are accused of is true then they turned their backs on a fellow midshipman and let her down. They did not have her back and they violated the trust she had in them as comrades in arms.

It is criminal that they very people she trusted caused her harm. In the military we are a family and we are supposed to protect each other.

These men are accused of doing something to her that they would never allow to happen to their sisters.

Anyone who does this is a cretin and is unfit to wear the uniform of this nation.

We are better than that my brothers and sisters in arms and if you don’t feel that way then it is time for you to pack your stuff and GTFO.

Never surrender, never submit.
