Maybe If They Blow Up A Golf Course

There are rumblings that one of the Al Qaeda offshoot groups is planning to attack somewhere in the US. An Al Quada magazine has posted instructions on how to make a car bomb and suggests targets of casinos (particularly in Vegas), oil tankers and military colleges. ISIS has stated several times that it is coming here and that the streets will run with our blood.
I am sure that many in the government are paying attention to these threats. I wonder though, if Obama is paying attention.
He is protected around the clock and he lives in a bubble. The rest of us are open to the world and if you live in a place like Maryland you are a target for any bad guy because the governor and his minions have infringed on our Second Amendment right.
I don’t think Obama takes this stuff seriously. If he did Benghazi might never have happened. He is wrapped up in his own little world where he thinks he is well liked and looked at with respect. Hell, he probably has some sympathies for the causes of those who are out to harm us.
I imagine the only way these terrorists will get his attention is if they start blowing up golf courses.
Once that happens Obama will lose his mind. Thousands of citizens blown up would be no big deal to him but let the bad guys start destroying golf courses and all bets are off.
I can see Obama now standing on top of Golf Cart One with a bullhorn screaming; “I hear you, the putting greens hear you and pretty soon the terrorists who blew up this golf course will hear you.”
The problem is not so much that Obama is on the golf course as much as it is he has his head buried in the sand trap.
I guess if we are attacked he has his fallback position.

Al Qaeda On The Run – Toward Us…

Four years ago Barack Obama assured us that the terror group Al Qaeda was on the run. Because Barack the Almighty had focused on them they had been vanquished. This all falls in line with the self projected image of Barack Hussein Obama being a tough guy when he took credit for killing Osama bin Laden. A side note here, the US military killed him. Obama was playing golf when the good guys were working hard to get OBL and only left the golf course long enough to watch real men at work.
Keep that golf thing in mind because it will come up again in regard to terrorism.
Anyway, Obama told us that Al Qaeda was on the run and his regime effectively removed the words “War on Terror” from our vocabulary. Can’t have the US insulting Obama’s kin now can we?
Al Qaeda is on the run BUT it was that terror group credited with the Benghazi attack and subsequent murder of four Americans (and the cover up that followed).
This past weekend 22 US embassies in the Middle East were closed and a global travel alert was issued because of a “specific threat.” First of all, if the threat was specific why close all those embassies? Unless it was specific to the extent that all of them were targets why would we need to close them all? Why issue a GLOBAL travel alert for a SPECIFIC threat?
The kicker here is that the specific threat, one described as more specific than any going back to before 9/11/2001, is a threat from Al Qaeda.
You got that? The reason we closed 22 embassies (and now that closure has increased from one day to a week) and issued a global travel alert is because a group of terrorists that Obama said is on the run has issued a specific threat.
Evidently on the run has a different meaning to Obama than it does to the rest of us. You see, to most of us if the enemy is on the run it means they are running AWAY from us. They are defeated or degraded so much so that they cannot effectively fight so they are running away.
To Barack Obama it must mean that the enemy is strong and running TOWARD us because it is strong enough to force us to close 22 embassies and issue the travel alert.
Make no mistake about this, Barack Obama touted his street creds about Al Qaeda many times, particularly during the last presidential campaign, and he gave the impression through his speeches that we had beaten that terror group. Even if his idea of on the run is different than ours he did not explain that difference so he led us all to believe that we were winning.
Obama talked about the demise of Al Qaeda 32 times since the Benghazi attack. Yes, Al Qaeda, the group Obama said was on the run four years ago attacked the compound in Benghazi. So they were not on the run then and since then Obama has talked about how that group, the group that murdered Americans, had been decimated (which is an incorrect use of the word*) even though it is evidently strong enough to cause mass chaos for our embassies and our travel.
I will not fault this regime for exercising caution because of the threat. If there is a threat it must be taken seriously and whatever actions are necessary must be executed. I take exception to all this being done in the shadow of Obama’s many claims that he had defeated the group causing the problems.

I also take exception to a regime that refused to exercise the same amount of caution in Benghazi. If it had listened to requests for more security and granted those requests our people would have stood a better chance.
But how could he? He was in the middle of a campaign and needed to fool people into thinking he was making progress. He had told people Al Qaeda was on the run so he had to act like it was.
Our citizens were fodder to cover his ineptness so he could get reelected.
Now that he does not have to worry about running again he can close all the embassies and issue all the alerts he wants. It matters not if his claims about Al Qaeda have turned out to be untrue.
He is already in office and his sycophant media will not call him on the lies.
As for the golf I told you to keep in mind? Obama played golf when our troops were going after OBL.
Yesterday, amid the embassy closings and travel alert Barack Hussein Obama took it so seriously that he, you guessed it.

*Decimate: though many dictionaries have relented the word means to reduce by one tenth. Annihilate, obliterate, or slaughter are better choices if the intention is to convey something has been drastically reduced. Or one could simply say drastically reduced…

Is Al Qaeda In Your Coke???

Who would’ve ever dreamed on that beautiful Indian summer Tuesday morning, we’d be dealing with police swabbing what we buy to drink at the airport? Latex gloved goons with what appears to be a strip, which could test your urine. Swabbing your drink, after the cattle prod occurs Bought from the airport food court…What? Is this the land of the free, home of the brave?
I suppose all those immigrants Neil Diamond wrote about in his smash hit, “Comin to America”, feel just a bit ripped off today. The “Disney World Country” envied by so many is quickly becoming a “Nightmare in Manhattan”. You could never make me believe that on that beautiful blue sky day, my future would appear so dark today. Even on the brightest day I see so many slumped shoulders walking the streets.
Here we are, eleven years after such a traumatic and devastating act of terrorism was launched on this union, and we’ve sunk to body scans, genital probing, and now swabbing our drinks looking for explosives…Fourth amendment be damned, they MUST keep us safe….Safe from who??
Meanwhile, the border doors are wide open…Is your head beginning to cock just a bit? The very people who must scan you, prob you, and swab you, have the welcome sign up at the border. ICE agents are suffering legal damages for asking someone who can barely converse in English to show legal proof of residency in our country.
Maybe this is the “twilight zone”….the “outer limits”….a horrible sweat drenching nightmare..My solace is a 70,000 seat stadium in Charlotte that could not be filled, so they lie a little more and tell the herd they’re protecting them from thunderstorms to move inside a 20,000 capacity facility. are they swabbing those drinks, or spiking them? Who believes this nonsense?
How did I get to a place where planes that purposefully crashed into the worlds tallest buildings, I could actually fear my government more than those monsters who took over those planes? Can someone please pinch me….wake me up from this insidious nightmare…When…WHEN, will America have had enough!!!!

Napolitano Has No Clue At All

There was a terrorist attack on an airline that was headed into Detroit from overseas. The attack did not go off as planned because of a faulty detonator and the result was a burned terrorist. Make no mistake, if the bomb had gone off it would have taken the plane down. Janet Napolitano, Homeland Security Secretary is clueless about what all this means:

Well, it appears as if the bomber was helped out; “by al Qaeda leaders in Yemen who apparently sewed bomb materials into the suspect’s underwear…” [ABC]
Couple this with a report in the Sun UK that 25 British Muslims are involved in a plot to blow up airplanes and add to that the suspicious incident in an aircraft last month or so and I would say that this might be part of a larger terrorist plot. I would certainly say that there is at least that indication but the Secretary of Homeland Security does not see it that way.
No, this moron is too busy seeing people who served in the armed forces, those who oppose abortion, those who oppose what the government is doing and those who own guns as terrorists and part of a larger terrorist plot to be concerned with actual terrorism.
I am not the Secretary of Homeland Security but it seems to me that if al Qaeda was involved in this then it is part of a “larger terrorist plot.”
Then again, I have a clue and Napolitano is so lost she couldn’t find her rear if her hands were in her back pockets.
Perhaps this story of a “sharp dressed man” helping the terrorist on a plane even though he had no passport is a little more evidence that this was a coordinated effort and part of a larger terrorist plot.
Meanwhile, Barack Obama is on the case. He too is clueless in just about anything as evidenced by him being in Hawaii in a house that is worth millions of dollars on his vacation while the nation struggles with his 10% unemployment rate and his out of control deficit. Obama was notified about three hours after the alleged attack and is now on the case like Sherlock Holmes (maybe more like John Holmes considering what he is doing to the country). Military.com reports:

Obama demanded to know how a Nigerian man boarded an airliner wearing an explosive device? I don’t know but it seems to me that this would be easier than a Kenyan hijacking the country and occupying the White House.
And yet Obama pulled that off…

By George, Bin Laden Was Responsible

Don Surber has a post up describing who was resonsible for the bloodshed in Iraq and Afghanistan. It was not George Bush as the left has contended for nearly seven years. You know, Bush lied people died, no blood for oil, blah, blah. I know that it will be hard for the 1960s dope smoking retread hippies to actually grasp this concept but the co-founder of al-Qaeda does not blame George Bush for the bloodshed. I know that when the Berkeley moonbats are sipping their lattes and reading their Communist newspapers they will choke on their tofu if anyone draws their attention to who is really to blame.
According to the guy who helped bin Laden found al-Qaeda (among others), Sayyid Imam al-Sharif, Osama bin Laden is the one responsible for all the bloodshed. Sayyid Imam al-Sharif reveals all this in the book he wrote while in prison in Egypt. So get ready moonbats and other America haters because this is what he said:
“Every drop of blood that was shed or is being shed in Afghanistan and Iraq is the responsibility of bin Laden and Zawahiri and their followers.”
Oh snap, that is going to hurt in the morning. George Bush was not responsible and his efforts are actually bearing fruit as this bad guy gives his assessment on 9/11 and other acts of terror:

But what good is it if you destroy one of your enemy’s buildings, and he destroys one of your countries? What good is it if you kill one of his people, and he kills a thousand of yours? Fifth Column attacks from people who migrate to Britain and other nations? “If they gave you permission to enter their homes and live with them, and if they gave you security for yourself and your money, and if they gave you the opportunity to work or study, or they granted you political asylum,” then it is “not honorable” to “betray them, through killing and destruction.” Don Surber
As Surber points out, the reason they no longer mention the global war on terrorism is because we may have won. The statements of the co-founder of al-Qaeda is certainly persuasive with regard to the idea.
In any event, bin Laden is the one responsible for the bloodshed. Not George Bush or anyone else. The moonbats in the Drive By Media and the moonbats at places like the Daily POS had it wrong all along.
Their BDS did not allow them to see otherwise. But then again, they are part of the problem and not part of the solution so what should anyone have expected…
