In the overnight straw poll I asked if Harriet Miers should be confirmed to serve on the SCOTUS. The results were:
- Yes 6
- No 3
- Total 9
Looks like the majority says she is in.
UPDATE: Thanks to Wayfarer for pointing out that my numbers did not add up. I put the total in the no column and left out the total line. It should now make more sense.
I keep that up and I can get a job working elections for Democrats!
