Unlike the victim-less type of prostitution practiced at the Moonlight Bunny Ranch in NV, the cash for favors from of prostitution practiced in D.C. has many victims nation-wide. On a more hopeful note, I suggest that S.F. legalize prostitution and tax it at 10% with the proceeds going to build and maintain the high-speed rail line from Los Angeles! This would be a win-win, 'cus the rail line would also bring in more S.F. brothel customers from southern CA!
