Right to Travel?

So, a simple question — do we, as American citizens, have a right to travel in an airplane? According to the TSA, no. According to Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States, no. According to the head of Homeland Stupidity Security, no. According to US law, yes!

A citizen of the United States has a public right of transit through the navigable airspace.
— US Code Title 49, Subtitle VII, Part A, subpart i, Chapter 401, Section 40103.

Huh. Oh, I guess laws only apply when and where the law enforcement people want them to. And only to people who are not part of the government elite.

You don’t honestly think a little thing like the law is a matter of concern for these people, do you?

The Constitution iterates our right to keep and bear arms and they keep infringing on that one.

Law, law, we don’t need no stinking law…

The TSA is only one head of the big gubbmibt hydra- and as such, it has no brain of its own, or IT WOULD PROFILE- (oh gee, the boogeyword)- profiling works.
I can’t think of a single Swede, grandmother, or 4- 14 year old girl who has EVER attacked the US, or even tried to- why waste everyone’s time and trouble patting down these people, and others, when it has clearly been demonstrated that it has been people of middle eastern descent, and of the radical Wahabbi sect (cult) of Islam who are the problem here?
QUIT ACTING IGNORANT, TSA- really, if we were smart, we would turn all of this over to private companies- they would have the profit motive to do it faster, smarter, and more conveniently.
Government just can’t do this- it is too big and clumsy.

This also has to do with Michael Chertoff’s interest in the company that makes the body scanners. And the gubbmint buys ANOTHER “$600 hammer”.
