Put Them In A Penal Institute

A story has surfaced that a large number of sex offenders are getting Viagra and it is being paid for by your tax dollars under a social program called Medicaid. Perhaps this explains the rash of sex offenses against young people around the country.

Audits by Comptroller Alan Hevesi’s office showed that between January 2000 and March 2005, 198 sex offenders in New York received Medicaid-reimbursed Viagra after their convictions. Those included crimes against children as young as 2 years old, he said

While I don’t think this was done intentionally, I do believe this is indicative of a larger problem. There are few things that the government runs that run efficiently or have oversight. Medicaid seems to be another item on a long list that falls into that category. For starters, why is it that no one is checking to see if these folks are on some kind of sex offender registry before we dole out Viagra. For that matter, why are we doling out Viagra to people on Medicaid? Medicaid costs enough without paying for someone to have sex. I think Medicaid should pay for those items that are medically necessary to sustain life. Things like blood pressure medication, heart medication as well as other medicines that sustain life. While a healthy sex life is good it should not be paid for by the taxpayer. Viagra and other “recreational” drugs should be paid for by the user. This should be like food stamps where a person pays for those things that are not necessary.

Let’s get back to the sex offenders. Here they are getting Viagra so they will be all pumped up to commit more sexual crimes. Isn’t that grand? Why is it that we do not allow criminals to buy guns but we will give sex offenders Viagra? Why is it that when a person comes in for a Medicaid prescription they are not checked out to ensure they are not a felon, or wanted, or a sex offender who should not have medication that allows him to get up for his next attack? I do not look at this as an invasion of privacy. As taxpayers, funding this program, we have a right to know that our money is being well spent. Senator Hillary Clinton, no stranger to sex offenders, had this to say:

“deeply disturbing and runs contrary to the purpose of Medicaid, which is to provide health care coverage for uninsured, low-income individuals.”

It is interesting she would find it terrible that tax money is being used for sex offenders to play quarry worker (get their rocks off). She seems to dismiss the fact that her hubby did the same thing. He committed sex offenses on the taxpayer dime. Perhaps this was part of his Medicaid package? I think any sex offender who attempts to buy Viagra or any other medication for erectile dysfunction should receive a stiff penalty.

Come on now. What sex offense did Bill Clinton commit on tax payer money? What sex offense has Bill Clinton been convicted of, period?

  2. Big Dog says:

You don’t have to be convicted to have commited a sex offense.
Perhaps adultery is not a sex offense? Since he did that in the White House Office space (not the living quarters) then he did it on taxpayer money. All the sexual antics he did down in your home state was on taxpayer money. Since Clinton had never had a private sector job up until he left the White House, odds are everything he ever did was on taxpayer money.

He admitted to sexual improriety. Convicted or not he admitted to sexual offenses.

  3. Adam says:

Since when is impropriety an offense? A sexual offense has to do with law. It’s not against the law to cheat on your spouse. Most people just consider that immoral. Clinton has never been convicted of any criminal sexual act. He’s not a sex offender.

  4. Big Dog says:

    Voluntary sexual activity (as sexual intercourse) between a married man and someone other than his wife or between a married woman and someone other than her husband;

In many jurisdictions, adultery is still illegal.

These are from answers.com. The legal definition of adultery. The legal dictionary includes sex acts (as in the definition) to include oral and anal sex.

Adultery is illegal in many States.

Since a person can use adultery as a grounds for divorce it is reasonable to assume that is considered a sanction under the law. The problem is, not enough people see it as immoral or illegal. You do not have to be convicted of a crime to have commited it. Clinton admitted to his crime and he was found guilty in civil court of sexual harrassment.

By the technical definition Clinton is not a sex offender because the legal definition is one who has been convicted of a sex crime and he was convicted of other things but not the sex crime. Adultery is a crime and he is an adulterer.

Perhaps it would have been better if I had said Hillary has experience with a sexual deviant. Clinton commited the crimes, he was not convicted (ask the women what he did. Since it was not consensual in some of the other cases he commited a sex offense)

  5. Adam says:

Yeah, I’d call him deviant. Just not a sex offender. You choose the term sex offender, even though you know it’s a stretch, because you dislike Clinton, and his wife. It has nothing to do with this crimes.

  6. Big Dog says:

The only difference between him and these registered sex offenders is that he was not convicted and as far as we know he was not violent. If he was not a politician he would have been convicted of the crimes he commited.

I do not like them but I do not accuse them of anything that is not true. They are elitist scum that think they are above the law. They support socialism and lean to commist teachings. You might care for the social Utopia but I am not in that sphere.
