Prayers For Harry Reid’s Wife And Daughter

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s wife and daughter were injured in an accident on Interstate 95 today. His daughter is expected to be released from the hospital but his wife has more serious injuries.

A spokesman for the senator says 69-year-old Landra Reid broke her back, neck and nose in the accident. She is being treated at Inova Fairfax Hospital in suburban Virginia. The New York Times

Mrs. Reid’s injuries are serious but not considered life threatening but she has a long road to travel before she fully recovers.

The Big Dog family extends prayers on behalf of Harry Reid’s wife and daughter and wishes them a full and speedy recovery.

    Why does God allow bad things to happen to good people?
    Same reason as He allows good things to happen to good people, and bad things to happen to the families of bad people, etc.

    Why do people express sympathy for the bad things that overtake those who may not, in their live, abide by the social rules we do?

    Not all people do. BD does, and it is a sign of a man trying to hold values that progress humanity.

    Compare the response to when liberals got the news that Sarah Palin’s daughter had Down’s or that her daughter was pregnant but not married. They screeched their glee from the rooftops.

    That is only one of the many traits that separates liberals from conservatives; compassion.

    I often think that to be a good liberal, it helps to be fetal alcohol syndrome.

        I hope that cadillac Healthcare that Senators get extends to his wife and daughter-
        It surely would not be fair to wish them ill-You can choose your friends, but you cannot choose your family.
