Pelosi Is Delusional

Nancy Pelosi is using the favorite tactic of the left, the method of leadership that defines the morons residing in liberal land and that is to blame George Bush. Pelosi has blamed the Gulf oil spill on Bush (I bet he blew up the oil rig like he did the levees in New Orleans) and says it is the people he put in the positions of oversight who botched this.

“Many of the people appointed in the Bush administration are still burrowed in the agencies that are supposed to oversee the [oil] industry,” Pelosi said when asked if Democrats could have prevented or mitigated the crisis by keeping a closer watch on the industry.

Added the Speaker, “the cozy relationships between the Bush administration’s agency leadership and the industry is clear…I’ve heard no complaints from my members about the way the president has handled it,” Pelosi stated. Washington Examiner

The Examiner asked for the names of these people to whom Pelosi refers but no response was received. Don’t hold your breath waiting for Pelosi to provide them.

No matter who put these people in their jobs (and the one Obama put in was fired or resigned) they work for Obama and the oil spill happened on his watch. If there was no oversight then this too happened on his watch.

He has had 18 months to make changes and get things right (if he thought they were wrong) but he has allowed his point person to botch things, skip inspections, and give awards to oil rigs for the safety displayed.

And if Pelosi has had no complaints from her members then she has not been paying attention. There are some House Democrats who are not happy with Obama and the response. If they did not complain to her directly then she should turn on the news.

Rewriting history is a tactic the left loves.

Here is a newsflash. The public is tired of hearing everything blamed on Bush. There comes a time when the people in power have to accept responsibility and that time has long passed. The public knows who is in charge and who is responsible.

Let us band together to fire Nancy Pelosi from her job as Speaker.

Never surrender, never submit.

I can think of a stronger word than delusional. She needs a good counseling session.

  2. This is all the Left has left, BD: Claim that the problems they can’t fix are really someone else’s responsibility. It’s just a slight variation on left-liberal “victimism” politics, with the variation being that left-liberal politicians are themselves the victims.

It’s going to get a substantial number of them laughed out of office.

    • Big Dog says:

And Obama chastened people not to point fingers and play the blame game.

Pelosi is running scared and she will say or do anything to get Democrats elected. I think we should plug the leak with her…

  3. FairWitness says:

Speaker Pelosi would have us believe the same inept government is up for the job of managing our healthcare AND financial systems. This is the most expensive, highest paid, and least effectual bunch of government workers to ever “work” and I use the term loosely, for us.

These folks earn 2 1/2 times what the average private sector taxpayers does and they accomplish nothing but failure.

We must replace Democrats with Republicans and then slash the size of the Federal Government and disband federal unions — ALL OF THEM.

Speaker Pelosi wants to blame Bush for everything they can’t do, which is almost everything except wasting our hard-earned money. What an evil bitch she is!

    • Big Dog says:

Absolutely right. Pelosi is in charge of the Congress that gave us gas price increases, the economic collapse and ever mounting debt. She is inept and a moron. That is why Adam likes her.

The acronym Can’t Understand Normal Thinking comes to mind. Adam will have a field day with that.

  4. Adam says:

I voted for Pelosi and I’d do it again. I love her leadership of Congress and of her party and I love the way she drives all you folks to the nut house. It’s awesome.

    • Big Dog says:

I would expect you to vote for her. She is an idiot and that is what you like. She does not drive me nuts. I do not like her but never did and that is long before she ever went national. She comes from a corrupt political family and she is following the footsteps.

She will be fired this year.

You hit the nail on the head when you commented about Obama telling people not to point fingers, yet that is what this administration and Democrat leaders continue to do. Never once did Bush point the finger at Clinton for his failings that led in part to September 11th. He took the high road and accepted responsibility, it would be nice to see the Democrats do the same for once.

    • Darrel says:

Bush took the high road and accepted responsibility for September 11?

      You’re funny.

“Richard Painter, the chief White House ethics officer under George W. Bush, argued that it didn’t look like there all that was much to the Joe Sestak story. Even if there had been some kind of “job” offer, Painter said, this constituted “nothing new.”

“Based on the information disclosed from the White House, it’s even more apparent that this is a non issue,” Painter said. “No scandal. Time to move on.”

It is just that Barrie and the other morons in the WH are liars- come on D- say it with me, LIARS- it will do you good- a cleansing thing- and you have been constipated with liberal stool, so this would be a relief for you.
Do it for the ones you love- your goats- they will thank you.

      • Big Dog says:

Based on what was released from the White House there was no story with Plame. How did that work out in the long run. Your idea is to take the WH word at face value.

Reagan said trust but verify. With the Obama regime you can’t even trust…

Oh I think you should investigate and continue to make a big deal out of this Sestak thing. Drag it out and put your effort into it for years. It’ll give you something to pleasure yourself with and during the procedure it will appear very much as if you are participating in self pleasure. And with similar results.

As to trusting White Houses and dishonesty, Bush was a bit of a special case in that regard wasn’t he? Ask Bush’s spokesperson and Press Secretary Scott McClellan. He knows *first hand* which party packs it’s White House with liars doesn’t he. That’s why he voted for Obama.
