ACLU Is Psychic

The ACLU has determined that 21 of the detainees who died while in US custody were killed. Mind you, the ACLU was not there when the terrorists were taken into custody and they were not there when the terrorists died. The ACLU looked at DOD data and DREW THE CONCLUSION that the terrorists were killed. If a guy died of blunt force trauma the ACLU assumed he was beaten to death. Maybe the guy was beat up before he got to prison? Maybe the inmates had a fight? There are many ways to get blunt force trauma and not get beaten by a soldier.

The ACLU can not look at a cause of death and determine that it was murder unless it is blatantly obvious. Something like “Terrorist was shot by a soldier for no reason.” That would be an example of an obvious indicator. Blunt trauma, asphyxiation and all the others causes of death are just that. There is no way to make a definite determination that the person was killed. You can die of blunt force trauma if you fall and hit your head. The ACLU is drawing conclusions from facts that are not in evidence.

I look at thousands of records every year and I could give you a number of different scenarios for various injuries. That does not mean the person was murdered. Of course, there will be moonbats who take this as gospel. They are the ones who believe any accusation AGAINST our military. But they support them, like I support the Democratic Party.

McCain-Feingold Equals Bad Law

Because of the McCain-Feingold law, bloggers are in danger of violating campaign finance reform. A judge ruled that the Internet, which was previously excluded, is covered by the law. It will not be long before the jackbooted FEC is out looking for bloggers who link to a candidate’s site, or repost something that was sent in an email. Speaking of email, a person could get in trouble for forwarding an email from a candidate to the people in his address book.This is getting out of hand. The federal government has no right to decide what I can or can not write on the blog I am paying my money to run.

I have a message for the FEC-SCREW YOU. I am going to write what I want when I want and if you do not like it you can go straight to hell. This is America and we have a First Amendment right. You can bet your rear that if burning a Flag is free speech then what bloggers write on their own blogs is protected.

This is what happened when McCain, Feingold and Bush got together. The Senators came up with the crap and the President signed it into law. What will these jackasses do next, fine you for standing on a street corner promoting a candidate? It is amazing that these jackasses can try to regulate what we write. You can bet that this will not go away and it will be a big problem for politicians. I urge everyone to send an email or letter to their representatives and tell them that this needs to be changed or they will be changed.

As for McCain and Feingold, they need to go regardless.

I view this as an assault on my First Amendment Rights!!!!

Still Think She Is Not Running?

Senator Clinton was at a synagogue, of all places, talking about how life was rosy and we had a balanced budget and 22 million new jobs and all the other bunk that the Clintons throw out when they are rewriting history. I expect the Clintons to tell us stories that fit their needs. Billy was found guilty of doing just that but under oath.

What is interesting is that Hillary Clinton is at a Jewish house of worship. This is pretty indicative of the fact she is running in 2008. She and Billy did everything they could to alienate Jews when they were at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. They invited Arafat to the White House more times than any other leader and they courted the whims of the Palestinians. They shunned the Jews in Israel, and by extension Jews everywhere, by courting the very terrorist who was out to end the Jewish race.

Yes, it must be election time because the Clintons are out pandering to crowds they have no use for any other time. Of course, maybe she repented when she became evangelical….

But I support the Democratic party.

Frankenstein Monster

Well folks, first Al Franken was on Letterman and then he showed up on the Today Show. He told the same story (notice I did not say joke) that he did on Letterman. I would think that if you are supposed to be a comedian then you would know that if a “joke” bombs the first time you do not use it again. Frankenstein does not know this because he is not really a comedian. I know for a fact that if you are a comedian you are supposed to be humorous. Frankenstein does not come close. I can’t help but feel a bit badly for him. He is so pathetic and his ratings are not measurable so he has to go on TV shows to remind people he is alive.

Frankenstein is saying that Rove and Libby will be executed for their parts (which have yet to be established) in the Plame Game. I would like to know why his flock of moonbat followers thinks this is funny yet they came unhinged when Pat Robertson mentioned killing a world leader. It would seem that this mention of killing people should draw the same ire from the people who were up in arms about Robertson. I guess that would be asking too much, I mean for them to be consistent.

If anyone knows about death it would be Franken. His radio show is so dead that it is near flat line and the crew is preparing to defibrillate it. Perhaps Frankenstein hopes the TV appearances will be the epinephrine he needs to jump start his show. Fat chance, they are giving him last rites (though he will likely refuse on the grounds of the fictitious separation clause).
