The Democrats have not been very Fox friendly in that they have refused to participate in any debates sponsored by the network. Only Democrats in the throes of death or trying to recover from some gaff have made any appearances on the Fox network. Barack Obama froze out all Fox reporters for a report that the network aired in January 2007 about Obama attending a madrassa. The story said Obama attended an extremist madrassa and he took offense because it put him in the Muslim league, a place he started in with his daddy. In any event, Obama did not want anything to do with Fox News and the balance of the Democrats decided that they did not want to debate on Fox opting for more liberal friendly networks like MSNBC or CNN. It should be noted that Republicans have not refused to debate on any network. Which party is afraid?
Interestingly, it appears as if Fox News now serves a purpose to the new Messiah of the Democratic Party. Obama refused to appear there since very early last year and he has refused to allow Fox reporters to interview him but now he is having a bit of trouble because of his racist pig pastor and where does he turn to try to straighten this out? Why Fox News of course. The story of the racist pastor Jeremiah Wright has spread around like wild fire. He hates America, is Afro-centric, blames whites for all the woes in the black community and he called on God to damn this nation. Obama has been going to this church for 20 years, Wright married Obama and Michelle and Obama baptized their children and that means that Obama is part of the church and its beliefs. Obama has never repudiated those beliefs before other than to say he did not agree with a few remarks made by Wright. Now that the tapes of Wright have gotten attention people are not happy with his Islamofascist like hatred for America and his racist remarks about whites.
Obama is now in the spotlight, associated with those remarks as well he should be. The MSM might have bought his story about not knowing that the reverend Wright had said these things but I call Barack Obama a liar. He had to have attended when these kinds of sermons took place. He had to have been there when some of this was said. Wright had to have expressed these feelings when not on the pulpit. Wright feels this way so he had to have told Obama how he feels about white America and Obama had to have known how Wright felt and what he said. If he did not then he lacks the ability to be president. We do not need a guy who fails to see what is going on around him. Obama is not better than Hillary who wants us to believe she knew nothing about Monica until the story broke.
Now Obama has to try to put out the fire so he goes on Fox News. Why did he not go to CNN, MSNBC and all the other networks that are liberal friendly? There are at least two reasons. One, if you look at the cable news ratings, Fox gets more than all the others added together which means Fox exposes Obama to more people at any one time. Also, this issue is going to resonate within the evangelical community. The largest part of the fundamental Christians are Independent or Republican and are more likely to be watching Fox News. It would be stupid for Obama to go on other networks to appeal to liberals because most of them agree with Wright and see no problem with hating America.
However, in order to keep people from leaving him in droves (except most blacks) and in order to win in November he needs a portion of the Christian vote. He certainly needs as much of the white vote as he can get because blacks only account for about 14% of the population and they are almost exclusively Democrats. He cannot win without the white vote and Pastor Wright’s remarks could turn that vote away from Obama and toward Hillary or the Republican in November. This is especially important when one considers that Obama is only getting 25% of the white vote as it is. Yes, it is true that if he were not black he would not be where he is because 90% of the blacks would not vote for a white guy. So, it is extremely important for Obama to avoid alienating the people who will put him in office. Those very people are the ones that Wright insulted.
This is why Obama went on Fox News. He wanted to reach out to all the whites (remember, they call the Republicans the party of rich white guys) and he wanted to reach Christians, most of which (the ones who take it seriously) are conservative and are more likely to watch Fox.
It is funny that Obama shunned Fox earlier and the Democrats said Fox could not be trusted and yet that is who they turn to when they are in trouble. If I were Fox I would have either told him no or I the first question I asked would have been; “Senator Obama, you have frozen us out, and you Democrats do not believe we are fair or that we can be trusted so why are you on our network now?”
As an aside, Obama lied about his involvement and he lied about knowing what Wright was saying. Either that or he is so inept he should not be allowed in public without a chaperon.

There is no shortage of racists in this country; Wright is a racist because he was in a position to move his congregation toward inclusion, and opted instead for segregation. He is immoral because he told his (largely uneducated) congregation lies to achieve racial segregation, depraved because he would sacrifice the best interests of his country for personal wealth, position, and influence (power), and decadent because he perverted the word of God. I feel exactly the same way about white racist preachers.
We understand that racism has made people like Wright, Farrakhan, Jackson, and Sharpton extremely wealthy. In effect, they capitalize on racism and perpetuate the myth that whites are responsible for every ill that ever befell the black citizen. In truth, no one has done more harm to black Americans than their incompetent or dishonest leaders.
I think it will be interesting to see whether Obama’s explanation or repudiation of Wright’s message has any credibility with voters. I’m sure Obama supporters won’t be swayed one bit, but he may already have lost some “super-delegates.” Only time will tell.

Obama has always admitted he received $85,000 in contributions from Rezko which Obama has now donated to charity rather than keep.
Yet the civil fraud trial of Bill Clinton for defrauduing Hillary’s largest donor in 2000 into giving her campaign more than $1.2 million, pending in Los Angeles courts since 2003, is now preparing for a November, 2008 trial. The discovery that is now proceeding after a February 21 hearing, and the pending trial, have NEVER been announced by the mainstream media.
Hillary was able to extricate herself as a co-defendant in the case in January, 2008 after years of appeals to be protected by the First Amendment from tort claims arising out of federal campaign solicitations she made. Her abuse of the intent of California’s anti-SLAPP law after the California Supreme Court refused to dismiss her from the case in 2004 is emblematic of her contempt for the Rule of Law.
Hillary will be called as a witness in both discovery and the trial according to the trial court Judge who so-advised Hillary’s attorney David Kendall when he dismissed Hillary as a co-defendant in 2007. In a secret settlement of an FEC complaint by the plaintiff in Paul v Clinton, Peter Paul, the FEC fined Hillary’s campaign $35,000 for hiding more than $720,000 in donations from Paul, and it required Hillary’s campaign to file a 4th amended FEC report.
In that report Hillary and her campaign again hid Paul’s $1.2 million contribution to her campaign and falsely attributed $250,000 as being donated by Paul’s partner, Spider Man creator Stan Lee, who swore in a video taped deposition he never gave Hillary or her campaign any money.
Lee did testify to trading $100,000 checks with Paul to make it appear he gave $100,000 to Hillary’s campaign (admission of a felony) but none of that has been reported by the “overly critical” media!
Where is the outrage from Obama that the press is engaging in a double standard relating to his possible role in the Rezko trial and his refunding the $85,000 contributed to his campaign by Rezko- which Obama has always admitted taking. The media makes no mention of Hillary’s role as a witness in Bill’s fraud trial for defrauding Hillary’s largest donor- and Hillary’s refusal to refund the $1.2 million she illegally received from Paul, which she has denied taking from Paul ever since the Washington Post asked her about Paul and his felony convictions from the 1970’s before her first Senate election in 2000?

It’s very strange to me that the Democrats – the apparent party of justice for the little guy – has been so deeply immersed in political correctness and victimhood. Frankly, it’s quite pathetic.
Would it be true to say that the Republicans are currently the only real color-blind party?

So Fox made a mistake, and it was one show on the network that did it. It did not seem to matter to the libs that the major liberal networks called Florida for Gore BEFORE the polls closed in the 2000 election.
All networks make mistakes. Besides, Obama did attend a madrassa and we have only the word of the guy running it that it is not radical…
Isn’t it funny how the network that Democrats boycotted now seems to be important to Obama? This just shows us how much of a problem Obama’s reverend could be. While it is probably too late to stop him in the primary, this could prove to be his undoing in the general election.
It’s all about judgement and when it comes to judgement, Obama’s name does NOT come up, for his judgement about people is terrible.
