The General in charge of Helmand Province in Afghanistan was told specifically NOT to ask for more troops, so he had to "ask" for more Afghan troops, of which he did not have enough of either. Commmanders in the field are told not to criticize the Administration, or they will be shipped to remote regions with lots of snow. Now THAT'S a transparent admin- could Hussein's ego be fragile?
