However, we know he had them and we know he did not destroy them. We know he had them because he used them on the Iranians and the Kurds. We know they were not destroyed by him because there is no evidence that they were destroyed.

You cannot destroy chemical weapons without leaving a chemical signature. There are a number of chemical by products that are present when they are destroyed and none of these have been found. Given that we have not found any of this and there are no plants there to destroy them, we know he did not do so.

The most likely location is Syria. There is evidence to suggest he moved them to Syria and some of his military officers have stated they moved the stuff to Syria prior to the US invasion.

There is no doubt he had them and there is no doubt he did not destroy them. As to where they are, that is speculation.

That is my opinion about their location.

If you want my expert opinion then you would need to ask me how to treat someone exposed to the various agents or how to protect oneself from exposure.
