This guy is like a monkey, who throws feces against the wall to see what sticks- he's not a real Constitutional scholar in any sense of the word. Barama has been selecting people who remind me of these kids you might see at a playground- no one will play with them, so they just run in and mess up everyone's game for the heck of it.
