Nurses should shut up and nurse. Getting into the politics of the world decreases the reliability of the profession. Misrepresenting ALL nurses is unethical but these groups don't care. I believe membership to the CNA is voluntary and perhaps this will cause more than a few to leave the group. I know there is a growing movement to disclose what this group is really all about-- supporting candidates who are far left and nothing more. Agreed. Nurses should shut up and nurse.
