New Theme Tryout

I have been working on this theme for a while. It is a modified version of Tiga and it is widget enabled, whatever that means! I have been playing with it at a test site but wanted to bring it live so I could check for bugs.

Please jump in and take her for a spin. Let me know if there are any problems.
