Maybe Jupiter Suffers From Global Warming

The planet Jupiter has lost one of its stripes and scientists are trying to figure out why.
Jupiter has lost one of its iconic red stripes and scientists are baffled as to why.
The largest planet in our solar system is usually dominated by two dark bands in its atmosphere, with one in the northern hemisphere and one in the southern hemisphere.
However, the most recent images taken by amateur astronomers have revealed the lower stripe known as the Southern Equatorial Belt has disappeared leaving the southern half of the planet looking unusually bare.
The band was present in at the end of last year before Jupiter ducked behind the Sun on its orbit. However, when it emerged three months later the belt had disappeared. Daily Mail UK
Perhaps this is from global warming. The people of Jupiter, like those on Mars, have been using fossil fuels and driving their SUVs all over the place just gumming up the works and making stripes disappear.
Of course, since neither of these planets are inhabited it would be foolish to blame any kind of climate change on the problems they face with warming (Mars) or bands disappearing (Jupiter) because that would indicate that warming or climate change on a planet is not man-made.
The most likely explanation for the loss of the band is storm activity, activity that took place in the absence of man…
Though one cannot rule out that global warming is to blame. If we hurry, we might be able to get Gore, Pelosi, Frank, Kerry, Lieberman, Obama and a host of other warmers on a ship and send them to fix the problem.
One can only hope…

As for the Jupiter example, looks to be the same.
Probably Owebamma instituted a “Stripe Tax”, and Jupiter had to give it up, because Barrie will “re-distribute” the stripe.
There is no trustworthy empirical evidence — that is, evidence untainted by scandal or a palpable conflict of interest — that Earth is experiencing anthropogenic global warming.
Listen to the lies and self-serving proclamations of the “we have to act NOW!” warmistas at your peril. Darrel, of course, is a charter member of the movement.
No, Darrel just follows the best scientific evidence. And the best scientific evidence overwhelming informs us, with a very high level of certainty, that anthropogenic global warming is indeed occurring.
Porretto probably follows mainstream science in other areas but in this area his extreme politics and insecurity does not allow him to consider the evidence fairly or think clearly. The truth is too inconvenient.
For some reason Porretto found it necessary to censor the following comment from his site on Feb 12. If he had the facts on his side (and he does not), it really shouldn’t be necessary to run from even considering, and actively blocking, dissenting opinion.

That’s an extremely strong consensus. But there’s more.

Notice “all of them.” Now it may be that the experts are wrong and you and your associates are right. But I don’t think reasonable people will think this is very likely. When speaking outside of your area of expertise, it’s good to have the best science on your side and not have all of it going against you.

Oh yes, the 97% canard. 97% of those listed in that society, not 97% of all climate scientists who are active in the research. I beat this one up last time.
NASA also say that nature leaks the same amount of oil into the Gulf each year equal to the amount from 2 Exxon Valizes. SO the oil leak is no big deal, right?
All of these bodies agree with things that have been discredited and were deliberately manipulated. The IPCC conclusions were based on flawed science and a hidden decline…
